Wish I could give them 10 stars! If you are looking for good HONEST mechanics at a reasonable price this is definitely the place to go! Took my car for repair at Protech because the dealership wanted to charge me $1700.00 for repair and they quoted me $600.00. Since their reviews were good, I thought I would give them a try and I am sure glad I did! Dropped my car off and Lantz called me later and told me I didn't need the repair the dealership told me I did.

They could have just charged me the $600.00 and not did anything to my car and I would not have known the difference. In this day and age it's hard to find a good honest mechanic. I am so GRATEFUL for their honesty, integrity and wonderful customer service! ALL my future repairs and any routine maintenance on my car is going to them for now on because I know they will not take advantage of me and will give me the best price and service period! I am also recommending them to everyone I know who needs a good honest mechanic. Thank you Lantz at Protech! :

Amazing service! All questions and concerns are addressed in the professional and customer oriented manner. All mechanics and owner Lantz are knowledgeable and polite. This auto shop is so popular that there is a waiting time for an appointment at least two weeks in advance.

I can't speak highly enough about Protech and its owner Lantz. In my personal.dealings I have found Lantz to be honest and honorable. He watches your budget almost as carefully as his own and is not one ro replace parts willy nilly My 2019 Impala (Elizabeth to her friends) Is maintained meticulously by Protech and is as young and playful as the day she rolled off the assembly line despite some neglect by a previous owner. Protech is always busy you're going to need an appointment and be prepared to leave your car, first come first served

Update from 2021: Lantz got me in quickly after my radiator cracked. Fixed it the next day. Also did a great job on a 4 wheel brake job during the same visit. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend again. From circa 2018: Very pleased with the work at Pro-Tech Automotive. Had an AC compressor replaced on Toyota Sienna. Lantz quoted me the job on the phone with great detail.

Quote was significantly less that local dealership. It turns out that I did not need the extensive work that was first thought, so the final repair cost came in even lower than the estimate. Did the work in less than a day. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Took my F150 here for some engine work after getting an astronomical quote from a chain repair shop. Lantz was able to accomodate a same-day appointment with fast, fair, and professional service. Pro Tech is fantastic. We've taken 3 different vehicles here over the years and gotten great service each time. This latest issue was the dreaded check engine light, which could be minor or very expensive. These guys diagnosed my issue, which thankfully had nothing to do with the operation of the car. Since nothing needed to be repaired and the issue couldn't be duplicated after they reset the check engine light, I wasn't charged anything, not even for the diagnosis. It's hard to find honest people in the auto repair industry, but that's what you get here. We won't take our cars anywhere else and would recommend Pro Tech to anyone.

Lance and the team are excellent! Very good and thorough. Very reasonable prices, in and out per schedule. I had a top down, end to end inspection on our new, used van I bought online. The Pro Tech Team changed the power steering and brake fluid for the 60k mile maintenance, in addition to the inspection. In and out in under two hours.

I came here to have an aftermarket Borla exhaust system installed and they did it very well. Informed me of the fact I should come in a couple weeks later as the metal can shift from the heat so they can make minor adjustments and weld tight. The service was great, price reasonable, and very professional. Thank you!

I was recommended to come to Pro Tech by a coworker. I brought my 2003 Chevy Avalanche due to a rough idle and fuel pump replacement. Lantz and his crew did a thorough diagnosis and found a couple easy fixes of vacuum line replacements (I was told elsewhere it needed a $500 intake manifold). Had a couple issues with the fuel pump that were quickly and effectively replaced. Just wanted to pass on my great experience and say that i'm glad I found a local mechanic that is trustworthy and seems to care about his customers.

Just left the store and knew I had to leave a review for them. This was the friendliest auto-repair shop that I have ever been to! Lance was really great to work with, understanding of the problem, upfront about the costs, and really great to talk to in person and over the phone. My car needed a new engine mount and Lance was really fast at getting the part to the shop and had it replaced in 3 hours. Outstanding service, recommending to all my friends.
