Preston Watts Auto Collision

I first went to Preston Watts just a little over 20 years ago. I had two years of college left, and had just gotten engaged and was rear ended at the northeast corner of the cemetery on campus by someone who had no insurance. Because of my situation, I really needed to find someone that I could trust and wouldn't try to take advantage of someone in a bad situation.

Finding Preston Watts with Kurt and Kerry was the best thing that could have happened in terms of finding a body repair shop. They took care of me then, and I trust them to take care of me now. There are two main reasons I go to them: 1) The quality of their work 2) Their honesty Every time I have needed to take in a car, my insurance company has always told me that their shop was "not in network" for the insurance, meaning that if there was ever an issue with a repair, the insurance would pay to have it re-fixed.

After 20 years and 8 or 9 repairs, I have not once ever had an issue with a repair. NOT ONCE. So, for me, it isn't an issue if Preston Watts is "not in network" because I know I won't ever need to call them to fix something again. Every time I have picked up my car, it has always looked better then when I first purchased the car. As for their honesty, I overpaid my deductible once by ten dollars.

I never would have known, except four days after I picked up my car I got a letter from Kerry. All it was was a ten dollar check with a post-it note attached to it. The note simply said, "Great to see you. You overpaid your deductible. Kerry" He could have kept it. I never would have known. But he didn't. That only proved to me that they will never try to take advantage of a situation.

I have been living in Salt Lake for the last 12 years. But every time I have ever needed a car repaired, I have always made the 200 mile round trip to get my car to Preston's. I have even gone to the extent of having a AAA membership in case I need to get my car towed up there. I trust them that much. So glad that Kerry's son is now at the shop so I know I will continue to have a shop to go to.

Great and friendly service! I had a windshield replaced in my car and all I had to do was tell my insurance and drop off my car, they handled the rest. It was a super slick process. They were kind enough to vaccum my car, made sure the windshield was spotless, and there were no issues, what a treat!

We are from out of town and had a bad rock chip in our windshield we wanted to get fixed before traveling a long way home. Great group of people that are so helpful and accommodating, especially Whitney! You can't go wrong taking your car to Preston Watts Collision & Glass!

Preston Watts is my "go-to" company for towing! I like that they give me up front pricing so I know what I'm going to pay! Mindy is a great office manager and is helpful!

We had an unfortunate event that resulted in our trailer getting impounded which we didn't find out about until over a month later. Preston Watts was completely understanding, fair and professional. We are truly blessed for them to care so much

Incredible customer service. I got a rock chip repaired for only $40 and when I found 2 more a couple hours later, I came back and they repaired them for free! Excellent service, kind folks, and we'll worth the extra 5 minutes to come here from Logan.

When I went in to Preston Watts, I wasn't quite sure what was wrong with the front bumper area of my car, but it was loose and needed to be put back in place. I walked in and was greeted by Josh, who did a thorough assessment of my car and knew immediately what needed to be done to fix it. The price that he estimated was accurate to what he charged, and very reasonable for the service he did on the car.

He was able to solve the problem very quickly and efficiently. Once he was done, he made sure that I knew what work had been done on the car, and offered that I could bring it back to him if any problems occurred with it. We have had many vehicles serviced here over the few years and all of them have turned out great. We've had everything from minor repairs on the cars (like today) to several windshield replacements.

Each time we have been treated well and the service has been excellent. I had a great experience going there today just like I have in the past. Josh was especially professional and helpful. I highly recommend Preston Watts!

I huge shout out to Preston Watts for awesome customer service! We had our windshield replaced and soon after had some water issues so we concluded it must be the window so upon calling we were offered a prompt appointment which they looked at ever possible way we could be getting water and nothing seemed to be leaking. They looked under the car and then removed carpet and found a drain hose had come undone over time.nothing to do with my windshield repair but helped me solve my mystery!

They were super friendly and didn't give up when they could prove it wasn't a problem caused by them. I highly recommend Preston Watts and will be returning for future car care!

Whitney was so great to work with. I was coming from out of state and only had a short window to come in and get it fixed. Whitney worked quick and helped me with the insurance claim and was able to get me in. She was professional and courteous when my requests was on a tight timeline. The entire staff was great.appreciate everyone who worked on my car!
