I took one car for a test drive and the brakes were grinding. I would think that it should be standard procedure to make sure that the cars on their lot were checked for basic safety before allowing anyone to test drive them.

This company is way to money hungry extrema lazynes on cleaning there cars like new pre-owned with food and junk down in the sheets where that think no one will see it but as an actual dealer that takes pride in a clean car that has turned me a way from ever buying or referring them to the dealership I don't want a vehicle that still has food and garbage in it when I buy it this company needs to look at the condition of it's used inventory there is a serious lack of pride in there work when it comes to cleaning and detailing There vehicles I would go to any other dealer persoanaly

The salesman I dealt with, Paul Makarevich, did an excellent job in keeping me informed as to when the vehicle I ordered would be arriving to the lot. He answered all of my questions and/or concerns in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this salesman and Preston Honda!

Everyone I worked with at Preston Honda was kind, they didn't make me feel rushed, however, the people that delivered my car smoked in it, and I know they did because when I test drove it, there was zero smoke smell in it. It would be nice if they didn't smoke in the cars they're delivering because the person receiving it could have asthma, or has a child or sibling with it, or just doesn't want any smoke in there at all. Not sure how long it's gonna take to air it out, but for future reference, don't smoke in the cars you're delivering.

I had an Awesome Experience when I purchased my vehicle here about a year or more ago. I got the Exact car I wanted and am still in Love with it to this day. I removed my rating before because I was upset I was having an issue with my vehicle soon after I purchased it. Turns out the oil was low which caused issues. Other than that which could have caused major issues my car the experience was perfect.

Service please make sure all the fluids are where they need to be with the vehicle. We are investing in somthing and that should be the minimum taken care of. Other than that no complaints at all.

Had a wonderful experience working with Sarah and Nick at Preston Honda in New Castle. The whole process was much smoother and quicker than expected, and they made the experience of buying my first car for myself very easy. They were always straight forward and honest, as well as being very reasonable and enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to get into a new Vehicle.

I contacted Preston Automotive regarding a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. In the same day of original contact, we closed the deal(including a trade in) and they delivered the vehicle over 40 miles a way! Awesome experience at Preston Toyota! We had been going back and forth between Tundras and F150s. After a horrible experience at a Ford dealership, we were very skeptical coming in. Our experience at Preston was the complete opposite. They were very helpful over the phone, prior to our visit. Our salesman, Matt Sellers was great! He is a straight shooter, and up beat! I bought a new 2018 Tacoma TRD off road from Matt Sellers, I've never left a dealership and had something nice to say about a car salesman but honestly he is awesome! I was so guarded at first because most salesmen give you PTSD but what a breath of fresh air. We were signing the papers in 1 HOUR and he gave me the deal I wanted. I'll be coming back to New Castle Toyota for our next vehicle just because of that guy

1 hr 45 minutes for an oil change and could wait for tire rotation told I'd be out by 9'00, pushed to be out by 9:30. Its not the employees fault, upper management should care more about CUSTOMER SERVICE than the bottom line. Good employees, just frustrated employees and doesn't appear to be a happy workplace. That's why I buy at Palmiero Toyota. Even the lounge is much better, there.
