Services
Lube, oil, & filter change plus 35-point vehicle inspection by ASE Certified Master Technicians. Replace timing belt, Inspect cam and crank seals, Inspect tensioner, rollers, and water pump, Inspect drive belts. Most mfr's recommend replacement every 60 to 90,000 miles to avoid costly breakdowns. Oil change consists of full synthetic motor oil.

I am very disappointed. Called to get help with my daughter's car and was told if it's 20yrs old, they can't help you, so nothing past 2002 can be worked on at this shop! Was highly recommended by a few people and to be honest! Was shocked! A mechanical shop that doesn't have a Wheel house larger than 20year! So if you have any foreign car that is older that 2002! It's not in their wheel house!

These guys did a fantastic job with the brake repair on my 2019 Mini Cooper. The dealer where I bought the car told me I needed front and rear pads and new rotors, and the cost was going to be just under $4,000. Prescott Import did my front brakes, and let me know the rear ones were fine, for a cost of $532.and that included an oil change. I will never take my Mini anywhere else. Thank you so much!

I was recommended to Prescott Import when I first purchased my 2016 VW Beetle. I'm very particular about my cars and who services them. From Day 1, I have had nothing but amazing service there. They're very welcoming the minute you walk through their doors, respect their customers and do everything possible to make you feel extremely comfortable. If you need transportation to get to work, and give them enough notice they will also do everything they can to either loan you one of their cars or have an employee drive you to your job location. They are also very honest. I will never take any of my imported cars anywhere else, ever again. I highly recommend them.

Thank you! Diagnosis and a friendly call. Asked about my factory and extended warranties. Recommended factory warranty work to go to dealer and maintenance "stuff" done here. In other words, they saved me money by being honest about factory warranty work. I cannot give a higher recommendation than this location for your European import car.
