Cannot recommend Leonard and his crew highly enough. I had my transmission act up on my way across country, and they were able to respond quickly, professionally, and thoroughly. They even beat their own estimate for the work! I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with my experience. Quality work and fantastic people. 12/10 would recommend.

These guys just replaced two transmission sensors for me which required a lot of labor, and the price quoted was the price paid. Love that. There was a weird, unexpected complication born out out of moving things around (long story, but not their fault) and they took care of it quickly and graciously. very impressive and appreciated. Leonard, who runs the show from the front, was so pleasant and kind as well as professional. I am so glad I found this place! They are fair, trustworthy, and easy to work with.

Very honest, they told me beforehand that it was $85 to get a diagnostic done (which is super reasonable). They werent able to get any transmission codes and reffered me to another place, which im super pleased with. Since they didnt get any codes, they didnt charge me anything. Shows that they arent money hungry mechanics, and i appreciated it. 5 stars from me

Nice people but they didn't go into detail at all. I had to leave my car over night. The next day I spoke with them to see how things were going. The guy said they were gonna test drive the car but they didn't drive much. I have the Progressive safe driver tracker.and for those of you who don't know the tracker starts tracking as soon as you start the car anyway the test drive was only for five minutes.

This is was during a busy hour on a busy street next to the shop there is a light. You could sit five mins waiting to turn in to the street before getting stuck at the light. Not even sure if they looked at the car. The guy called me up and said there's a "ding" (sound) in there and I would be very careful driving it it because it could slip. Told me a need a new part and that where the ding was he didn't know what it was that he would have to take it apart to see it but I should get a new transmission. he didn't do a complete evaluation of the transmission. I guess this was his professional recommendation given the ding. Everything was over four thousand dollars. He recommended getting a new car.

A great big Thank You to the Precision Transmission Team! When we received a check engine light and the code said it was transmission related- We are so grateful that your team was quick to give us confident guidance and even more grateful when you found it was low on fluid and had no leaks or cracks. Thank you for your expert eyes and quick service to get me and my 2012 Jeep Liberty confidently back on the road. I won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else.

Recently moved to Santa Fe and had issues with the transmission in my Jeep and wasn't sure where to take it. Started with the Jeep dealer who had it for 3 weeks and told me it would $4000 for a new transmission. Looked elsewhere and found precision online. Called and talked to Leonard since I couldn't visit due to COVID restrictions. Dropped my Jeep off and Leonard and his crew took a look at it. Wasn't sure it needed a new transmission until a dye test was completed and verified the housing was cracked.

In the end, Precision ended up installing a new transmission, slip yoke eliminator kit, driveshaft, and stick shift plus shaft. They had it for a while but were honest and provided information via email, YouTube, and phone calls. I feel they gave me an honest price and provided me an option to look for some aftermarket parts that I might want for Jeeping. I feel Precision provided good service and good prices and were honest with the repairs. Would definitely recommend them and will give them future business.

Went to PT today and they were great - dropped me off at work, competitive pricing for Santa Fe, and let me know that there was a small leak I didn't need to do anything about besides keep an eye on it. Couldn't be happier.

My truck broke down which I needed to have it towed to a shop and I remembered a point before someone referred me to Precision Transmission. I was quoted for a fair price of a repair of my transmission. The fault of my transmission was very well explained on how they resolved and did maintenance to it. My transimssion rebuild was done within 10 business days and when it came to pay out, the cost was lower of previously quoted. Normally shops will nickle and dime you. I feel these people were honest and sincere by which I gave them a 5 star.

I can't say enough about the wonderful staff and mechanics at Precision Transmission. We unfortunately had a mechanical breakdown during our cross country journey. They were very knowledgeable and professional in the work done and above all extremely honest and fair. It was so refreshing to see this kind of first class treatment, in an often shady field. They are simply the best and we are very grateful for the service provided

Terrible. 3 weeks after they did a transmission repair they didn't line up the transmission properly with my torque converter and cause my motor to spin a bearing. Wouldn't recommend or go back

I have 3 kids and drive a lot of high mileage vehicles. I have been having my vehicles serviced by Precision for probably 10 years. They have made simple repairs when others gave me large estimates. Their major repairs have always come in at cost or under. My repaired vehicles have held up well. The people there are very knowledgeable and helpful. I can readily recommend their shop if you are in need of transmission services.

Wow! Leonard totally helped me out today! I was broke down and worried that my transmission was shot. He was totally honest and made a few adjustments that got me on my way. He also said eventually I can replace a solenoid but it is safe to drive for the time being. This seems like the best place in town for transmissions since they are crazy busy. I look forward to bringing my car back here. Thanks guys!

Seemed like nice guys but I somehow ended up paying $100 for them to tell me exactly what I told them (transmission had a leak) and fill it up with fluid. I explained that I was from out of town and in a jam trying to get home but they still took advantage.

Just picked up the old jeep from here last week, and now it's not making that horrible sound in the back. Referral from Auto Angel, they were quick and responded to our questions professionally. We would go here again although hopefully neither one of us needs tranny work done anytime soon, it cost around $600 - yikes that's steep even if it's a good deal!
