Cody and his guys are the best in the Atlanta area! Not only are they affordable and excellent at what they do but also extremely professional and very friendly. Other than having to take my cars to the dealership for warranty work I will never go anywhere other than PMCar (precision Motorcars). This is my fourth time using Precision and I can't overstate how great their customer service is. Bring your car there, you will be happy you did! (BMW and Volkswagen owner)

New to European auto ownership and Cody and team go above and beyond to give excellent service. Even before I took my car in for this repair, I just had a question for them about doing an oil change. They treated me extremely well as if I was a current client already. Right then I knew that was the place for me to give my business. (I didn't even get my call returned from another European shop I had tried to contact with a simple question a few days before.) I filled out a repair inquiry on Precision's website a couple weeks after my first interaction with them and was blown away by the fact that Cody personally addressed my problem after hours, and even more surprised that he even called after he had been at the hospital welcoming a new baby into his family!

This guy is a picture of integrity. He took my car in, told me when he would be able to get to it and gave me a spot on quote after finding the issues I couldn't find myself. He didn't try to sell me more than I needed and was 100% honest throughout the whole process. I had a coolant leak and a pretty substantial oil leak and they put an end to both two days ahead of schedule.

When I picked up my car, Cody and another very knowledgeable and courteous mechanic even took me out to the shop to show me the old parts and what failed and WHY they failed. Insane amount of respect and good will going on in that shop. If you have a European auto, please don't take it anywhere else. You're gambling and throwing money in the trash if you do.

I will ALWAYS return to Cody and team with my Audi and won't hesitate to call them up with questions when I'm trying to DIY. Thanks guys! If you go to Precision, you're gonna get treated like a person, not a blank check.

They took an $1850 repair estimate from pep boys and did the same exact work in 1/3 the time for $806 on my BMW. Amazing customer service, showed me the bad parts, demonstrated the vehicle after repairs, cleaned my engine. it runs like brand new! Even suggested preventative maintenance while saying at this point it's not necessary. I can't say enough about these guys!

Finding a place to work on smart cars is kind of hard around here but these guys are in a nice location and they are really nice and are really good at what they do. My car needed repairs done to it and at first i didn't know what they were but they found out and told me the best possible way to solve the issue and it definitely was the right call. If i ever need any repairs or Maintenance done i will always call them first to see if they can help!

I took my 2007 mercedes ml here. I spoke to Cody and David. They both were very professional and did not talk down to me when explaining what was wrong with my car. They did quite a bit to my car to get it to pass emissions including fixing an oil leak, radiator, and engine work. All under $1000. On top of that Cody fixed my headlights on the house. They were very jacked up. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

First time at Precision Motors and Cody was incredibly kind and polite. Repaired my tire quickly and their waiting area is very comfortable. I will definitely return if needed and recommend them for anyone in need of repairs for their import vehicles. He was honest, and gave me advice on my Mini Cooper! Up until I moved to GA, I had always had my Audi Q5 dealer serviced. No more. One visit to Precision and meeting Cody they will have a lifetime customer. He explained various mechanical aspects of my car. He even brought me out to the service bay to show me underneath the car. They do not do the unnecessary service that a dealer will charge you to do.

Cost is cheaper and they use the best parts for your car. They work on everything- from classic cars to every make and model. I will plan to bring my other cars as well for service. Highly recommended!

I had my Volkswagen water pump replaced here based on the google reviews, so hopefully this helps you. Cody was so easy to work with. He was up front about the work being completed and the pricing. I got a better part than stock at a better price than other shops had quoted, and they buttoned up a few minor issues I was unaware of that they noticed for honestly not that much more money. I would recommend taking your vehicle to them if you're on the fence about a mechanic to trust.
