Volunteering to go pickup an illegal tire dump, not often you see that kind of integrity in the auto service industry. 5 stars in my books.

We had an accident just west of Evanston on I-80 where our passenger side tires and wheels were destroyed. Our Jeep was towed to Les Schwab Plains Tire Center at the recommendation of the tow truck driver. We started working with Robert who diagnosed the need for both tires and new wheels and provided aftermarket solutions. Although we opted for matching wheels and tires thru the local Jeep dealership, the diagnosis and detailed recommendations provided by Robert were so very helpful.

After all their work, Robert refused to charge me a dime - in this day and age, it was so refreshing. Although I didn't actually have them do the work, the business approach is absolutely worth a 5 star rating. If I'm ever in need of their services and I find myself in Evanston, they will get my business.

Unfortunately my tire fell off my car in IL on my way home in Michigan! So I wouldn't go back or recommend anyone go there or think of going there. The claims department has been very helping and understanding, would definitely like to say Thank you to CLAIMS

Excellent Service! The staff is always courteous and very efficient. They are always willing to work on any problem we have and always work us in if possible. They have helped with seemingly impossible situations.

Drove through Wyoming on our way to California and we noticed our tire was losing pressure/air We were able to go to Plains Tire and they fixed it within 30 mins ($22)! Thank you for the speedy service.

Great tire shop! Called first thing in the morning to check availability for tire rotation for an F250 and 26' travel trailer, LOF and replace seals and repack the bearings on the RV. "Bring it right over!" We got there at 8:30 am and were out around 10:00 am! Be aware they get busy fast and it's first come first serve! The boys did a great job!

This is the best tire store I have ever been to. They noticed that another tire company had put the wrong tires on my one ton van and notified me they were the wrong size and not listed for the weight of my vehicle. With their help we replaced all four tires with the best tires on the market and I am pleased to say they work great and I feel safe now using my van for work and travel. Thank you Plains Tire.

The worst experience ever the man who changed my tires stalled my car, left the the plastic seat cover and floor mat in my car and stretched my parking break. I recommend going somewhere else! I worked at a tire shop and this one place I would stay away from!

Superior products and services. The staff are awesome. Honest and friendly and give great deals. The only ones I buy tires from. If they don't have what u want they will order it and install it asap with integrity. Thank you for handling my tire needs Plains Tires.

I had a real head-scratching problem with a squeak that was so difficult to find. Three other shops from Denver to Salt Lake couldn't fix it, including TWO Land Rover dealers, and these guys figured it out. Quality, smart and kind fellas at Plain Tire. Thank again boys for getting me back on my expedition!

I highly recommend these guys for tires! We went in for a set of four. They gave us three options and the prices were great! Plus they found a problem with a tie rod.replaced it and the tires in the same day! Awesome customer service and communication of recommended services needed. Will spread the word and return! Jason and crew were absolutely amazing! They had multiple people volunteer to stay late on Saturday night to get me back on the road. Absolutely thrilled about their service, attitude, prices, and service. I had to get towed 70 miles (30 miles passed other tire shops that aren't open on the weekend. I am from out of state and after getting my second flat tire in 24 hours and arranging for the long tow I was not in the best mood. Again, these guys stayed an hour late on a Saturday, was cheaper than they quoted me (including their protection plan!).

They truly helped me out of a pickle and had me out of there before the tow truck driver was done with the paperwork. Seriously, 4 tires after hours and done in 10-15 min! Thanks Jason and everyone! I'll be singing praises for a very long time!

Great place. They have great service and always provide options and the truth. They don't try to rip you off. If you're a little car dumb like me, this is the place for you. They can explain everything and help you with every detail. They're great on communication as well. I've been in here twice and both times they were able to fix the problem within an hour.

I was mislead and lied to when I purchased new tires. I called ahead (I live 3 hours drive from their location in Casper) and asked if Plains tire would price match Costco and match a $50 promotion Costco/BFG was offering. They did match the price of the tire and told me they matched the promotion. When I checked out I noticed there was only a $20 discount not $50. When confronted on this I was lied to and told they did match the promotion, then told that Plains tire would not match any other competitor's promotions.

I have been using these guys for my maintenance and repairs and have had very good experiences. Pricing has been reasonable as well. The biggest plus for me is that they have always been able to fit me in, no matter how busy they are. There is also a convenient waiting spot. They are pretty friendly but get right to business. I'm glad they are focused on getting the job done.

They just seem to crank it all right out. I have still kept two stars off because their tires really are overpriced. The generic, no name brand ones especially. If it weren't so expensive, I might have bought my tires there, but alas it's not the case. I would recommend them for service but not for buying tires.

As someone who just moved to Laramie, it's sometimes hard to trust a new car shop and I am very happy with my service here so far. The guys working seem like experts and have helped me greatly with routine maintenance and one problem in my car. With the problem they showed, and explained, to me exactly what was wrong which I appreciated and fully trusted their advice.

While heading back from Cheyenne earlier in the week, we suffered a blowout near Buford. After limping back to Laramie on the spare, I started making plans for getting it replaced. Although I had received a recommendation to go elsewhere, that station wasn't open on a Saturday. PTB, however, is open all day on Saturday. Yay! I rolled up around 2 in the afternoon, and was met with a rather pleasant gentleman who was more than happy to take a look and try to match my tires.

He didn't try to upsell. He didn't treat me like a lost little girl. He simply took care of my request, and I was out of there in less than an hour. Not only did he match my tire, but the price was right in line with what I paid when I bought them (slightly cheaper, actually) in Georgia a few years ago. I will most definitely be back next month to replace the tire on the other side to maintain even wear.
