At Pinnacle Automotive At Seven Bridges we can diagnostically test your car to help get an inside look at the issues your vehicle is having. Diagnostically testing your vehicle gives our service technicians detailed information so that they can pinpoint the source of the issue. With this information we will work up a plan to best solve and prevent the same issues from happening to your vehicle in the future. We specialize in German Automobiles: Audi, Mercedes, BMW, Volkswagen however we also welcome other foreign and domestic car brands.

Cannot say enough about this place. Was referred by a family friend and initially went there after my Audi dealer said I had a coolant leak and the pump would need to be replaced. At the cost of $2,300. Wanted to some due diligence and brought it in. Not only did the tech show me where there would have been a leak then explained and carefully showed me how there was absolutely no leaks.
He could've cut the cost in half and lied but didn't. Now about 6 months later I had to get my 55k scheduled service at a cost of $1300 (again from the dealer). I wasn't sure if they performed this so brought to the dealer and called at the last minute. Not only due they do the service they could not have been friendlier and kinder when scheduling.
Not to mention at least half the cost. I can't say this will always happen with costs but if you're looking for a reputable, HONEST mechanic I would bring my auto here. They have my future business if not a 2nd opinion for sure. Absolutely earned my business. Thank you pinnacle.

Made A New Customer And Friend out of Me! Had a check engine light and needed to pass emissions on a Just purchased-(used BMW). By web search and good fortune, I found Clarissa, Steve and James at Pinnacle Automotive. They are by far the most knowledgeable, friendly, professional people I have dealt with in a long time. they were able to trace through the multiple issues, false code readings in the car and make it running great and pass in a very short and reasonable priced time! Pinnacle is great you will get quality service and never prices are more than reasonable. Oil change is cheaper than jiffy lube and they are all real mechanics that know what they are doing. I've had everything from oil chages to axle replacements done by these guys. I trust them and that is hard to find now a days.

Our family has been going to Pinnacle since they opened, and before that even when the mechanics worked at a nearby garage. We keep going back because we are treated like family and the workmanship is second to none. They are honest, friendly, and great mechanics. I could never imagine taking my business elsewhere.
