This auto shop is great. Wonderful communication very honest and kind. My daughters steering rack broke which is a big repair. The estimate that was given was spot on. They send you info via text message, email and are always available via the phone. Phil the owner is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this shop and am grateful I found a place my daughter can trust to take her car for any future repairs.

I love coming to Phil's Pro Auto Service! As a college student who is out of my normal town and who also happens to be a female, I was concerned about trying to find a mechanic out here. But everyone at Phil's is wonderful, knowledgable, and communicative! I have never had an issue with communication or any of the several services I have received while being a customer. I especially appreciate that Phil's reports to CarFax and gives me a full vehicle inspection so I know what exactly needs to be done and when. Overall, amazing experience!

I normally take my 4Runner to the dealership for needed repairs. However, the last time I went there it was a very very expensive mistake. So I did some research and found Phil's Pro Auto and I am thankful that I did. I found them to be very thorough and honest (unlike other repair shops). I know my vehicle needed a lot of work done and they did a great job at a reasonable price. I could not be more pleased. And I'm not easy to please. Thank you Jalou and Phil's Pro Auto! I will be telling everyone to go to Phil's for their vehicle servicing needs!

I've gone to Phil's for about a year now and absolutely recommend it to everyone. The staff here is incredibly caring and attentive, from the kind woman who drove me home and back to the shop, to Mike going out of his way to call my dad to discuss my car troubles. They're reliable and trustworthy and I never feel I am being taken advantage of.

Even though I live so close to this shop I never thought of getting serviced here. Then I finally did and these guys are great. Mike especially is very helpful, he explains in detail what might be wrong. When toyota dealership quoted me a $6k repair, Phils told me otherwise, and fixed my issue for way less. I plan on being an returning customer. Keep up the good work guys!

I had Phil's do an alignment on my 2015 Chevy 2500. They did an inspection of the truck and let me know what maintenance items might need attention. They aligned the vehicle while i waited and were about the same price as others in the area. They were recommended to me by my uncle and I will recommend and use them in the future for my auto repair needs.

It was easy to schedule an appointment and the technician discovered that the alignment on the truck was fine and he rotated the front tires and the problem was fixed. Mike was the person that helped me and he was great! They also did an inspection of the truck and the suggested maintenance was helpful. I will be bringing my truck back for theses services. Mike and John are professional, knowledgeable and very customer oriented. I recommend these guys for your vehicle repairs and maintenance. I'm glad I found them!
