PFM Car & Truck Care serves the automotive repair and tire needs of customers throughout central Indiana. With our ASE Certified technicians, experienced service advisers and support staff, 61 service bays, and our state of the art facilities in Indianapolis, IN, Zionsville, IN, Carmel, IN, and Castleton, IN are fully equipped to maintain and repair all makes and models of foreign and domestic vehicles with gas or diesel engines.
In 1989 John Neely purchased Preventive Fleet Maintenance, a small shop operating in downtown Indianapolis since 1972 with 2 employees and modest revenues. Soon after, the name was changed to PFM Truck Care Center to help clarify that PFM was about more than just Preventive Maintenance as the original name suggested.
We are one of the leading auto repair shops serving customers in Indianapolis, IN, Zionsville, IN, Carmel, IN, and surrounding areas. All automotive repair and mechanic services at PFM Car & Truck Care are performed by highly qualified mechanics. Robin, Dave, Chuck and Jesse are the best in the business. I am the shop manager for Calvin landscape and it has always been a great relationship. They do what they say they are going to do. Communication is always on point which is crucial to our production in getting crews back on the road. They stand behind their work. If something's not they will make it right. 5 star business in my book!

I have a 75 unit fleet of Tractor/trailers, Midsize Trucks/trailers, cars, vans and SUV's that travel the entire USA. I am blessed to have PFM on my team and know when I send a driver out on the road they are safe and will make it to the contracted destination on time. My only regret is that PFM is not located in all of the cities we visit. The hours are great (I put them to the test with "emergencies" on the regular) and the pick up and delivery is a game changer! Very courteous, and professional and respond awesome to my demanding schedule! Thank you guys so much for the teamwork and great service!

These guys are fantastic! I needed both of my wheel hubs replaced so that I can make my Thanksgiving travels. Despite being completely booked, they squeezed me in and got the job done so that I make continue my Thanksgiving travels safely and on-time. I can't say how much I appreciate PFM, Chuck, and Brant for their exceptional service.

I appreciated this location being open such extended hours and for getting me in so quickly when it turned out I had sidewall damage on a tire. The representative was really nice, but even he said they don't do much with small tires. It took them a while to even find the damage, then 4 days to get me my existing model of tire (even though it is a Goodyear), and I just noticed after feeling like the car has been driving a bit sluggish and checking the air pressure.that the new tire was mounted inside out (the outside I see says "this side mount in" very clearly).
Now I will have to take more time off to go elsewhere to get this fixed. I still gave this place 4 stars because they were open late and nice, but if you get the opportunity, I would go elsewhere, even if you're a Goodyear customer.
