Petty's Auto Electric Service

I want to thank Petty Motorworks. I went in there for a job to replace apart that would of taken 3 hrs labour. But after inspecting the part that needed to be replaced they found I was misinformed that it was not defective and it was only was small air valve that need replacement. And that only took 1hr labour. I want to thank them for their honesty and appreciated Is immensely. I highly recommend them for anybody who needs any small or large job taken care of they are very efficient.

I trust Mr Petty and his son Tom, they do excellent work and prices are reasonable. My husband and I bring both cars there and we've recommended so many more people and they were happy with his work his service and his honesty! I just moved to the area and Petty Motorworks was recommended to me. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with their service. My car drives better than it has in a long time. They made several repairs including diagnosis of a problem that I have had with the blow motor (fan). I had underneath damage which was repaired and an alignment was done. The mechanics are excellent and truly understand customer service. I highly recommend them.

Being new to the area we have been shopping around for a place to have our cars serviced. Going to a dealership would mean an extremely long weight just to get an oil change. Other places we have been to didn't exactly seem like a place we would go to again. Petty Motorworks provided two oil changes quickly and, since I waiting for both cars to be serviced, I listened to them talking and they seem to be quite knowledgable when it comes to servicing cars. We are very pleased with the service and will go back again.

You know when you go in to get your car fixed, and you have this skeptical feeling? Not with these guys. This is the first time I have gone to Petty Motorworks. From the moment I called them, their customer service was fantastic. I was very impressed with their workflow system that keeps the customer updated with every stage of the work via text and email.

They did a very in-depth inspection, and helped me prioritize what was most important to fix first. I called to get an update, started to get the low-down, and the gentleman on the phone said that he would call me back, as he wanted to spend some time looking at the report, before we spoke about it. That's when I knew I would be a repeat customer.

They are the place to go for electrical issue hands down. My van has been sitting for a while and I needed computer and wiring harness for it. They trapped the mouse who broke everything and now I have that mouse running on a hamster wheel generating electricity to pay for my very reasonable bill.

My stepdaughter had a 2002 Avalanche with a ridiculous stereo system. It was installed wrong and completely fried the electrical system. Windows wouldn't work, lights were weak, doors wouldn't lock. So we took it to Pettys and they fixed everything. Their service was very professional and very affordable.

I had problems with my car that no one could fix. They worked wonders on it. and they are super nice.
