I have never during my adult time felt so comfortable, at ease, not a first time customer but more like a new kid in the neighborhood during the time they service my dream car BMW 750 LI B7. From the front desk manager, the technician, to the owner the way they communicated with me, not just about my car but about everyday things. The way the owner took his time to show me his building and talk to me about the things he love about what he is doing at his location and invited me back as a friend even if it not time for service. Brett, Eric, and the team at Pete's were great in digging into a misfire issue on my 2012 JSW. Despite some heavy winter weather that put a damper on things, they got it turned around as quickly as possible and kept me updated throughout the process. After reading several reviews, I brought my car to Pete's because I was having difficulty finding a shop that did quality work on older foreign cars. When I walked through the door, the customer service was outstanding. After describing my car's symptoms, I left my key and went to work. Later the same day, I received pictures of my car's issue, followed by a call from the mechanic assigned to me.

Several other friendly mechanics talked to me about my car when I picked it up after being repaired. The work performed was fantastic, and I could sense that everyone at Pete's cared about customer satisfaction. Oh yeah, they cleaned my car better than it had been in years! Pete's you have won my business, and I will share my experience with everyone I know!

I like Pete's a lot, and they have a better reputation than anyone else I can find. I think they do good work, but I don't know enough about my car to say otherwise. It runs well, so I have no reason to complain. Their prices seem high, but is it Pete's or the German car I drive? One thing I can say for certain they are so far away (now that they have moved) that it eats up the better part of a day to have my car serviced. I can't stand that. Pete's should open a second shop on the southwest side of Indianapolis in Avon or Plainfield. With their strong reputation they would soon be busy.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and very helpful. We were leaving Indy to go back to St Louis when our check engine light came on. Our daughter and her husband use Pete's for their cars. She called and explained our situation. They got us in right away and resolved our problem. We were on our way in a short amount of time. Would highly recommend Pete's.

They were pretty quick to get me in and even detailed the car inside and out once they were done. They were very responsive with questions and the reports were thorough I really liked the detail of the car reports when diagnosing and completing the work.

They did a great job on my Aston Martin and wayyyyy less expensive than what the local Maserati dealership was going to charge me. Service: Brakes

Pete's gives good, thorough service. My only gripe would be the lack of timeliness with the replacement of my timing chain, as the vehicle is my day-to-day driver. I wish I would've been given a realistic completion date.seemed to drag on and on with the date continuously changing. However, when it comes to such a complex and important issue, I'd rather it take a little longer and be done right than quickly and haphazardly.so there's give and take. You want your vehicle service done right? Take it here. You want it done quickly? Take it somewhere else and cross your fingers when you get your vehicle back.

Do not take your car here. Find another place. I did business with this place for 6 months. The first time I took my car here, they took about a week and a half to have everything fixed. When I got my car back, one of their employees broke something in the car, so I had to take it back to get it fixed(free of course, because they broke it, they did question me though as if I broke something right after receiving the car, shake my head).

First red flag. The next time I took my car to get fixed, they took a very long time, about a month. This place works slow, they don't give you a loaner car, (prepare to be stranded or paying for Ubers). They do not repair things well, I constantly had to take my car back just so they could fix things that should've been dealt with in the first place.

This place blames you for their issues, and they are never held accountable because of the paperwork you sign. They also quote you a price, just for you to come in and for it to be more expensive. I've spent ~$2,500 at this place and never again will I give these people another penny. I now go to Euro Motorworks and this place is way better! They also have loaner cars so you aren't stuck and they work by appointment meaning when you make an appointment, your car will be worked on that same day. Pete's will literally keep your car for a week even if you have an appointment. Don't believe Brett. I'm pretty sure these positive reviews are fake.

Took care of my specialty battery issue immediately once I called and talked to them. Why go anywhere else for BMW repairs. Very satisfied with Pete's! Service: Battery

Ive been taking my cars to Pete's for about 10 years or more even bought 1. They have always been good doing solid work. Eric especially really good guy. If you have a foreign whip i highly recommend

I am so thrilled to have found Pete's Service Center! They did a phenomenal job on my old Land Rover. I was a bit apprehensive to try a new repair shop- my vehicle is quite durable and honestly doesn't require much maintenance. But Indy's potholes proved otherwise and I needed service badly. The location is great for me, they assisted with a flatbed recovery truck, the repair was done with incredible speed, decent cost, and most importantly, my vehicle runs like a champ again.

I honestly did not want to park it after picking it up- lol Seriously, I am very grateful for their professional work, they even noticed that my radiator cap needed replaced and they kept the old original one for me as a souvenir!
