We dropped off our suv. Had been vandalized. The timeframe that they gave us for the vehicle to be done was not correct. Probably 3 days past the day they said it would be ready. Finally after calling several times I found out they broke a piece and had to order and new one. They got it and it was not the right one. So finally we get our car everything looked great it first minus the tire well frame bracket was broke need to be replace which he done right in the parking lot.
I've been driving my car for about little over a month and walk out one day and this is the side of the car they supposedly fixed. It was a very sunny day. My car is usually in garage. So I never get to see this angle. It looks like trash! All I see is buff marks and swelling. I wanna scream. Don't take your car here. Not all it's cracked up to be

Andy and all his staff were very helpful Replacing the spoiler on my SUV. They ordered and received the part in just a few days and scheduled the short job to install it within a day of the part arriving. Andy coached me on how the scratches can be repaired without "breaking the bank" and going to way more work than needed. He's an honest fair businessman! And I'll be going back for more work on another vehicle.

Took my 2014 Ford Escape in for some accident damage. Not only did they turn my repairs around in one business week, they handled all my paperwork with the insurance company so all I had to do was sign papers. On top of that they detailed the inside of my car and wiped down all surfaces so I got back into a better than before car! Highly recommend!

I would never ever go back to Peter's body shop again because my dashboard got cracked in a few different places on the he driver side and when i asked what happened to the dashboard Andy was very sarcastic with me. So I got off the phone with him and waited to call again on the next business day and Andy answered again I asked him to speak to someone over the shop and he said he was the one over the shop I told him why I was calling again and he said take it to fabinies auto shop and he named another place telling me to have them look at it and if it's not due to the weather he would pay for it I asked Andy did he want me to bring it to them to look at it he said no. Greg called me back and asked me to bring it to them so they could look at it.
Only to say it's weather related. They had my vehicle in the building most of the time they had it and it was outside in the gate a couple of times so I don't understand what happened to my dashboard in their care my vehicle sits in the sun rain snow and all never had that problem since I've had the vehicle I will never refer no one and I recommend anyone taking their vehicle to them take pictures first of everything on the vehicle

Peters body shop has excellent customer service! I damaged my car twice within 4 days and needed ALOT of body work done on my 2014 kia forte. They told me it would take some time since the damages were so extensive. My insurance company alotted me 30 days with a rental. I contacted Peters and told them my rental ran out, and they told me Andy, the owner, would take care of a rental for me until my car was finished! What a great thing, since I'm a single parent and short on money with the 2 accidents! High five Peters body Shop!
