Perfect Finish Collision Center

On the 16th or so of this month, I went there to see if they could replace a blown out rear bulb. As I entered, there were probably 4 workers who were inside. I talked to the first person closest to the entrance and explained what I needed At that point, he responds, saying that they would have to order the bulb. That is understandable. So I explained that a repair shop recommended that I check a body shop and that I couldn't get this done at the local dealer ship until Monday.

But I said to him I have some I need looked at would you mind looking at? This guy just sits and stares at me, saying absolutely nothing. After a 30-second stare contest, I tell him never mind I'll take my money somewhere else. PART TWO: Conversation with the manager I go outside and get in my truck and think call the manager and let them know. Phone rings and is answered.

The manager comes to the phone I explain what I said above. I told him how rude I had found his employee. He replies, saying that employee is a customer service representative and that he does not do estimations I say that he simply had to announce that and get a person who does do the estimates. Yet, he decided to look at me as though I was crazy and chose to say nothing. But, I explained that as a CSR, this guy is supposed to be the first point of contact. Hence, he is the face of the business.

So that he is missing something when he is unable to be effective at his job. The manager said he would have a talk with him, to which I replied he needs to be retrained. I then told the manager I had done business there years ago, but he could be assured that I wouldn't ever come back there. How do you place someone in a position as the face of your company who is unable to handle the job?

He certainly was rude in his mannerisms while working at his place of employment. I won't be back ever again. Also, if not for the manager, I would have given this a 1-star rating.

I was beyond satisfied with the repair on my 2021 Ram 1500. Pandora was on it the entire time. This was a well ran shop and I am very thankful for her and the team there. I would recommend absolutely anyone there. I would give them a 10 star rating if I could. Thanks again. They are not happy unless youre happy with the job that they did. If its not right then they will go bqck qnd make it right for you. Its a very friendly place to go. You gotta call and setup an appointment before ypu can get an estimate. Thats the only down side of it.

Had some body work to my Aspen done here about 6 or 7 yrs ago. Superb job done and no complaints from me.recently a tree fell on my Chrysler 300 and I'm planning on taking it to them.i hope I receive the same treatment, being that "GHOST" is my baby and I want him back exactly how he was.bigups to perfect finish!

My overall experience was horrible. Customer service was horrible. I constantly had to reach out to them with bare minimum feedback. I felt like I would constantly have to reach out to them and they made me feel like I was being an inconvenience for asking questions. Even though I've already paid for my services but my part was on back order for over 3 months. Which I had to constantly follow up on and even that went unanswered for days.

I needed my bumper repair from a rear end hit. I was expecting a week or so to get my car back but it was only a 3 days! And it looks great!

My van was banged up in auto accident. Perfect Finish lived up to their name and straightened doors, painted and did an excellent job on the repairs required. I was made aware of job being done, how it was progressing and generally given excellent petsonal service. This is a auto/body shop that knows their trade! If you want your vehicle to look it's best then "Perfect Finish" is the professional shop to have the work done.

Absolutely recommend having your vehicle serviced here. Steve and his manager Tony kept in touch while my truck was being repaired from accident. I'm from Michigan which is 10 hrs away, so phone or texting was my only option. They were knowledgeable and polite. To take the time to connect with me assured me they were going to do a great job. Just picked up my truck.amazing work. Please thank all employees who repaired my vehicle. Bonus! Was nice to know they have warranty on their work. I highly recommend.

Did an outstanding job on my auto body repairs! Very professional and a nice new state of the art facility. It looks like somewhere you want to take your vehicle to be repaired. Customer service was top notch! The day I was picking my truck up when the repairs were finished I was on a time crunch to get my daughter back home after a weekend visit and Steve let me leave my rental car there and he returned it to Enterprise for me!
