Yes, if you have rental coverage. Also check with your agent or insurance company to see how much of the rental is covered; some policies pay the full amount, some will only pay a percentage. If the claim is a liability claim (the accident was not your fault), the full amount will be covered. You will be notified by phone when your vehicle is ready to be picked up.
Whenever you are in an accident, we recommend that you call the police immediately to report the accident. Next, you should call your insurance agent to inform them that you have been involved in an accident. After the insurance company has been notified, you can stop in or call for an estimate. Make sure the vehicle is safe to drive, if it is not, give us a call and we will tow it from the accident for you.

While it has been a number of years since I have dealt with this shop, I will never forget my experience with them. When I got my vehicle back, I ended up having to take it back in because they had not fixed everything. At the same time, my brakes were squeaking as soon as I got it back and my radiator fluid tank had a small leak in it. That being said, I do understand that they are a body shop and do not normally do service work.

It is just that there is no excuse for getting a car back with brake and radiator fluid issues. After that, when I got my next oil change, I ended up having to spend over $400 for new brakes and have my radiator fluid tank replaced. Needless to say, there is no reason to use a body shop when I end up having to spend over $400 more than expected due to getting my car back from them with it still having problems.

Even now, as I need new body work on my current car, I made clear to my insurance company that I will not let Patton Brothers even touch my car. There is just no reason to use a shop like Patton Brothers that I cannot trust. Take your business elsewhere and avoid them.

My daughter is a freshman at UGA and this is her first experience living away from home and "adulting". On Thursday I received an S.O.S. call from her that something had come loose beneath her car and was dragging on the road. I am over 4 hours away and no mechanic. I told her to find a nearby mechanic, and luckily for us, it was Patton Brothers Body and Frame.

I was worried that upon seeing a young girl pull in alone that they may try to take advantage of her in terms of the service needed and price, BUT not only did they check her car and give it enough of a repair for her to drive it safely home, but they did it at no charge because it was a simple, quick fix. Thank you for being a quality business and more importantly, QUALITY PEOPLE. If she ever needs more service, she will definitely be using Patton Brothers Body and Frame.

My wife was hit in a hit and run on 06/22/2021. There was severe rear end damage to our 2020 Jeep Cherokee. Payton Brothers was one of the shops preferred by my insurance company. We were able to get the vehicle to Patton Brothers on 06/23 and was given a preliminary estimate immediately. They explained the process and we chose to use them. The customer service was outstanding!

From the front desk to the shop everyone was courteous, understanding, and liked to smile and laugh with us. Throughout the process I was updated twice weekly with how the repair was going and what stage they were in. When there were parts delays they informed me and let me know a possible eta. The repairs took about a month but that is understandable due to the damage.

I am so happy I chose Patton Brothers. They did a great job and on pick up they explained the warranty from my insurance company and the lifetime warranty on the paint they did. The tech walked me through the repairs that were done and made sure if I had any questions he would answer them. I don't anticipate any issues but if they do arise, I feel very confident that Patton Brothers values me as a customer and a person. I felt like more than a number. I feel like I made a friend.

On Friday, 6/25/2021 Todd Pierce of Patton Brothers was extremely rude and displayed very poor customer service when it came to giving me an estimate on my daughter's car. I did notice the customer service that was given to white female was very different than customer service that I received. I would definitely not recommend Patton Brothers if you are a black female driving a Honda and not Mercedes Benz. Mr. Pierce never judge a book by the cover.

My car broke down as I was pulling out of the Kaiser parking lot directly across the street from the shop. As I was trying to figure out why my car suddenly wouldn't move any more, within a few minutes some of the workers from Patton Brothers came out to take a look. They quickly diagnosed the issue (broken tie rod) and showed me exactly what had broken. Carter had the car towed across the street, kept me well informed about the problem and what they would do to fix it, and had it fixed by the next day.

While I didn't like that the car broke down (especially as I had only purchased it less than two weeks before, I couldn't be happier that it happened across the street from Patton Brothers. Thanks y'all!

Every body was super nice. They did a terrific job repairing my Lexus. They kept me informed about every other day about the status of my vehicle. Very nice place and great people. If I ever need any more work done on any of my cars, I'll be taking them here.

Patton Brothers is the only place I will take my car from now on! They were professional and fast. They kept me updated on my car via text, which is so convenient. Everyone I spoke to was super nice and helpful! You will not regret taking your car here!

What an outstanding job done by the team at Patton Brothers. Once the insurance company (NOT Patton Brothers fault) green lighted the repair the car was done ahead of promise time! The repair done was outstanding. Jay and Rodney's follow up was some of the best in the business. With 21+yrs automotive experience, I can honesty say a huge thank you for a perfect job!

I want to say thank you. Very professional. They kept me up to date on what was going on with my car while being repaired via email and phone. When my car was done the explained the warranty. Also they washed and cleaned my car. So a big thank you to them. I will recommend all of my friends and family. Excellent job!

I can't say enough good things about Patton Brothers. Kimberly at the front desk was extremely helpful in scheduling and assisting with insurance questions, and Kurt in the back of the house got my car looking nearly brand new. I have no hesitations about recommending Patton Brothers at all. They were great to work with.

My daughter and I needed a quote and some body work advice on 8/1/14. The employee at the front desk and Chris were so helpful and knowledgable. They both reduced the stress of having a scratched car door on our UGA move-in day. Chris was patient and thorough in his explanation of the what my daughter's options were for body work on her Honda. He also cleaned up her door as best he could.

A few weeks later she brought her car back for painting and Chris did an excellent job. I would recommend Patton Brothers for body work without hesitation. Professional and great customer service!

I had my Honda Accord fixed here when a grocery cart slammed into the passenger side door. The office staff were very friendly and professional and walked me through the entire process. I was even able to see pictures of my car online while the repairs were completed!

Do not use this vendor. I had hail damage and I went back 3 times to try to get my car fixed right. Even then they did not and after discussing with the owner he could care less and told me to take my businesses elsewhere. First time they cracked my paint and gave my car back without fixing. Second time they tried to convince me to not paint my 3 month old brand new car and I said no.

They painted the rail and hood. The rail looked horrible, didn't seal off the door properly and the clear coat was dried dripping down. The hood had a yellow tint and they nicked paint on the a new paint job and tried to touch it up. They fixed the rail and looked good but not the hood. After them having my car for 3 weeks and still not fixing properly glad I worked with my insurance to go somewhere else.

So I got my deductible back and did. Went to Elders in Watkinsville and they did a great job. Patton Brothers never once was sorry or apologized, it was like I was an inconvenience because I wanted my new car to look new again. Save yourself the hassle and go to Elders.

Alright, so this was officially my first door ding. Have I mentioned that I hate parking gates? After being initially shocked by the estimates I received, Patton Brothers gave me a fair estimate and explained to me the entire process from start to finish. This made me realize how much work was going to be done, but also reassured me that they knew what was needed.

I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday and had it back on the road Friday afternoon. During the repair process, Patton Bros. even posted photos of my truck on a secure website, so I could go see how my baby was doing! Chris Beusse provided excellent customer service and follow-through, even answering questions after the transaction was completed. It's been 10 days since I got my vehicle back, and I am loving it. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Patton Brothers for repairing your little oopsies.
