I took my RV and my Generator in to get repairs done. I was told that if I brought in the parts for the generator that they would install them for me. Without calling me to let me know how much labor would be they charged me $350.00 to install a breaker and a solenoid on a 5 year old $500.00 generator. They also charged $250.00 to put a new door latch on.

They wanted to Charge me $350.00 to fix my sink that was falling down and I told them no on that. When I got the rv home I looked under the sink and it was 1 10 cent screw that had fallen out. Everyone except the lady's in the office are rood including the owners! When I was complaining to the lady in the office about the labor charge on my generator the owner was standing right there and heard me and turned and walked away.

When I was hooking up my rv I heard a beeping coming from my rv and I asked the owner what it could be and he said no clue probably low batteries and again walked away. While loading my generator I asked for the guy on the forklift to help me because I had an injured shoulder and he said so do I! I will never go back and will never recommend this place! BTW my wife fixed our sink in less than 10 minutes.

I needed an axle bent to fix a negative camber on my RV trailer. Tim said that unfortunately, they wouldn't be able to help, but referred me to someone that could. That in itself is better than most businesses offer and it was much appreciated.

Great work with fixing the damage to the RV when we nicked the wall barrier of the freeway trying to avoid a collision. Very thorough walk thru before repair and after repair. Service: Body & Trim

Great place, had a small body job to get done on my jeep Wrangler. Because it was a small job, all other body shops had no interest in doing the work. These guys gave a firm estimate, a date and then followed through. Great experience, will bring my business here in the future. A place that excels in the little jobs tells me their emphasis on the big jobs will be great!

So let me just start off by saying I bought this car from Dolan Lexus on 8/15 with 65K miles on it. I was leaving work on 8/21 and backed it into a poll that I was unable to see due to extremely tinted back windows and no rear view camera. Furthermore my insurance wanted me to get it done at one of there shops and said they could've fixed it for around 2200$ I also got it quoted at 3 other shops which quoted me around 4800-5800. Paramount auto body was the shop I decided to go with because one they were supposed to have rental car while my car was being worked on free of charge (when you call and they put you on hold listen to there voice recording) and two because I heard they do good work and much better than the insurance company body shop.

Here is where my problem is, the day I dropped off my car they made me sign a waiver stating if there was more damage they would have to send a supplement to the insurance company for additional charges. One week later I get a EMAIL stating they're requesting an additional 3800$ to the 5800$ they already asked for because they can't fix the quarter panel and need a brand new one.

At this point the insurance company TOTALED my brand new car. I had called back and said no I would rather drive my car to a different shop and get it fixed but apparently paramount had already taken my quarter panel apart and I was unable to drive it off unless it was towed. My insurance company told me paramount already charged me close to 3 thousand dollars to take my quarter panel off so if I were to take it to another shop i would be looking close to the same cost.

Read the reviews from other people who got put in this same postion I would not recommend this place to anyone. I paid 20k for a car that got totaled for a little tiny damage on the bumper and quarter panel I have attached a picture. Turns out they offer "Loaner Cars" not rental cars and by the time I was aware there was a difference they had no loaner cars available so I had to pay for rental!

So I am driving a rented RV from Seattle. The stink inside the RV just about killed us over Dinner Pass. I called this business and talked to Alysia. She said the earliest she could get me in for service would be Feb. I asked her for advice. She was such a sweetheart. she said some folks try putting ice down the "hole" and driving around some more hilly areas. I so appreciated her. Her bosses should give her a raise. She's a keeper!

We got rear ended in our Class C motorhome. While the repairs took longer than expected, they did a phenomenal job and it looks brand new. Highly recommend them for RV collision repair.

I hit a pole with my new Airstream trailer. It creased the rear bumper. I removed the bumper and brought it to Paramount to see if they could remove the crease in their hydraulic press. I talked directly with Steve the owner. He wasn't sure what they could do but was willing to give it a try. Steve called me back in 30 minutes and had it done. I worked perfect. Saved $750 on a new bumper and it looks almost new. Thanks Steve!

On vacation 3 weeks ago and ac and heater went out went to paramount and bought a new thermostat, still need more went to the repair dept.and talked to Norm, he said I should take it out (basement type) as he was booked for 2 weeks. The directions he gave me were great and he had it fixed fast and I did't feel like I was ripped of. We will go back as needed even if I have to drive 4 hours to get there.

We were travelling through Nevada when we had a blow out on our tent trailer that required body work repairs. We are old and new to trailer camping as a way to escape the covid. We also blew the head gasket on our car and had to rent a car and stay in hotels and were so distressed when our simple efforts to escape the covid put us in more contact with people than we had since March!

These guys were absolutely the best! Their professionalism, attention to detail, compassion, and dependability were so amazing. We could not have been in better hands and highly recommend them to anyone with car or trailer problems. Steve, Norm, Peggy, Carol and all the others that worked on our problem -- Thanks to you in a big way! We finally made it home to Portland, Oregon!

Although they were very pleasant and professional, they did more damage than good. When we brought our RV home the auto steps didn't work, the onboard generator would not start, and the house battery was dead. Our RV is now in a different shop trying to fix this stuff so we don't know what else has become a problem if anything. Paramount didn't offer to fix any of it they gave us some possible problems over the phone. Never again will we go back.

We brought our 5th wheel here after getting it lifted at Kro-Built down the street. They gave us an estimate of $6500 for the damage to the right rear and bumper sections. My insurance had pre-approved the quote. I tried calling them numerous times while they had it to try and get updates before finally getting through to Peggy, who is very overwhelmed.

I was told they had to order one more part (a seal) and that it just needed some clean up. This was 5 weeks in. I finally received a call to come get it. I also received an email from my insurance company that a new claim had been submitted. I called my insurance and apparently Paramount had asked for another $5100. I asked for a copy of the quote.

In the quote had right rear tail lamp listed. In the original quote it had the same thing. So, they were double charging. When I asked the owner about that, he said that the original was to remove and reinstall the tail light and the 2nd was to replace it (it wasn't even damaged). Mind you, we had been charged over 63 hours of labor @ $139 an hour to fix my 5th wheel.

When I asked him why he's charging me to remove the tail light and reinstall it when I'm already paying $139 an hour in labor x63, he said who told you that? I said you just said that in the office.to which point he started flipping through the papers and ignored the question. They also charged me for things like license plate lights when my license plate doesn't even have a light on it.

My wife had asked him why the cost had almost doubled from the original quote. He said that happens in almost every instance. (ok, this is the biggest part of my entire feedback."THE COST IS DOUBLE THE QUOTE ALMOST EVERY TIME". His words, not mine). My wife said that we were never contacted and they just did it without asking.that our rates were going to skyrocket.

His response was that it doesn't matter how much as long as there's a claim that our rates would go up. Be aware when going here and dealing with insurance claims that these people are shysters and will screw you and your insurance company over. Part of the quote was to fix the bumper and trim. They did not replace the left trim which is bent up and warped.

I showed him and he had the audacity to ask me if that was part of the repair. I said, it was fixed on the right side, but not the left, why is that? He said they could resubmit to our insurance and get that fixed. I was outta there.
