Excellent customer care and concern. Not only were they expedient, got my car fixed quickly, they called after I picked it up to make sure that I made it home safely. It's rare to find places like this, so grateful that I did.

Absolutely the BEST mechanic I've been to in the North Austin area. If you want cheap, quick and ok service don't go here. They're high quality, thorough, fair knowledgeable and incredibly professional. Everyone I've interacted with knows their stuff. From the receptionist to the owner and mechanics on staff. Lifetime costumer here. We were recommended this ship by a friend after out two family vehicles were damaged at a different shop.

The best experienced in very long time. As a woman approaching a situation she knows nothing about, these guys are honest and don't oversell their services. Came in for a simple inspection and headlight replacement. They are competitively priced, friendly, and didn't make any false promises before checking out my car. They even found a secondary problem that only experienced mechanics might be able to notice. Definitely has a family owned feel and I will be back since they are right around the corner from me.

UPDATED---today we were informed of a class action lawsuit related directly to our make/model of vehicle and the issues we were experiencing. In a nutshell we had been going to Pampered Auto Care for around 3-4 years. We brought the vehicle in for a repair and were quoted $1100. Once the vehicle was taken apart, the $1100 became a $2400 repair that resulted in disabling the vehicle.

From there we were informed that it would require an additional $5000 (expensive MB part at factory cost plus labor) to repair the vehicle. The owner/mechanic informed us that the carbon build-up in that diesel was a known issue, and that basically we should have known. We are not mechanics. We had brought the vehicle to Pampered Auto Care trusting their expertise.

As the owner/mechanic was aware that it was a known issue, had he explained the potential problems and related costs BEFORE doing any work this round, it would have given us the opportunity to make different decisions rather that feeling like we were being led down a financial rabbit hole. We ended up selling the vehicle at a loss.

This shop has 6 bays, Alignment, and amazing customer service. Such a clean and organized office as well.

Pampered auto care is a gem. They are honest people. They are very friendly and take the time to explain to you what's wrong with your car in ways that you can understand. They are reasonably priced, and they give estimates before carrying out services and give you options on what to do. They really do have your back like another reviewer said.

This business has saved me so much money! Iv never driven a car more than 2-3 years. Because of Pampered Auto I'm driving a vehicle that is almost 10 years old. They are honest, efficient and great mechanics. They tell you if what you want to have fixed would cost more than the value you will get from the fix. I totally trust them and have for many years. The woman on the front dest is amazing! She is such a good communicator. I can not recommend this business more!
