Always a good experience at Palumbo's, reliable and trustworthy service. Today I popped in hoping to schedule a slot for a tire repair before the weekend; Patrick, who was manning the desk, helped me on the spot. He patched the tire, replaced the donut and I was on my way, all in a matter of ~10mins. Greatly appreciate that level of customer service, and he was polite and professional to boot. We started hearing a noise in our RV and came here to have it checked when we were on our trip. They treated us so good! They got us right in and worked on our RV in their parking lot. Matt went above and beyond and Josh and Nick jumped in to help. Without their help, we may not have been able to get back on the road. I highly recommend this place.

We were on our way to Boston and could hear something scraping underneath the car against the pavement. We pulled over and saw that the skid plate was hanging. Drove off the nearest exit and found Palumbo's and they so graciously took us in right away. Judy and Patrick were so wonderful. We were in and out about 10 minutes and the shop was already busy so it was just wonderful that they were able to squeeze us in! Thank you thank you thank you!

Palumbo's is so helpful. My tire pressure light came on and I stopped in to see if someone could help. They were happy to help and had me back on the road really quickly.

All staff are helpful from the moment you step onto the lot. I can not say enough wonderful things about Palumbo's. My daughter's check engine light came on so we pulled in with no appointment just to see if it was safe for her to drive or if it needed urgent attention. We were immediately greeted by two young men who offered to take a look right there. They ran a diagnostic test. Patrick then came out to tell us about the findings and basically confirmed it's safe for her to drive back to school and it can wait until next week when she returns.

I then went to pay for the test in which they did not charge us. I know the dealership would have for sure. It's nice to be able leave an auto mechanic shop knowing you were not taken advantage of. It is very clear that this is a family run business who care about their customers and their community. Pete is a constant presence in the school system and always hosts car washes for the local kids sports. I highly recommend them.

On my way from MA & MD & I got a flat. Palumbo's had a FULL lot when I pulled in without an appointment. They didn't have my size tire but put on the spare & gave me the name of a nearby tire store. They provided me cold water & even apologized for not have any breakfast for me while I waited. I was in & out in less than 30 minutes. All this for no charge!

Woke up to a flat tire on my car in the driveway this morning. Called Palumbo's, and in within the hour Peter came to our home, took my car, repaired the tire, and delivered it back to me so that I could to an appointment on time. In lieu of payment they ask for donations to the Guilford Food Bank. Palumbo's wonderful staff goes above and beyond! Thank you!

Going to Palumbos is like clicking your heels three times and magic happens I am in a wheelchair with an accessible vehicle and my key fob battery was dead so I stopped in to Palumbo's and a very nice gentleman. came out and greeted me in my car and took my fob, brought it upstairs, put a new battery in it and checked to make sure it worked viola!

I tried to give him a tip - he wouldn't except it but he did offer to put it into the Guilford Food Bank jar that they have - I am very grateful they are right across the street from where I work Bravo!
