It started out as a small operation, and has grown to become one of the largest independently owned repair facilities in Northern Colorado. What use to be the best auto body shop in NOCO is now the worst. I can no longer give them good reviews. Had two vehicles with them and nothing but missed promises after missed promises. And 7 weeks later I'm gonna drive away my car and it's still not complete. The worst experience I've ever had with a shop. There's likely a reason they've lost their accreditation with the insurance companies.

What was promised as a two week repair ended up as a thirty day repair. Repeated lies about parts coming in added to the dissatisfaction. When I finally received the vehicle back there was a significant amount of wind noise not previously encountered. Recommend going to a dealer for repairs as long as there may be spot shortages for parts. They will receive shipments faster than an unaffiliated standalone repair shop.

Very friendly people here. Paul took the time to educate me on the pricing, he took the time to pinpoint the problem, and he explained the different ways there were to approach the process. This company has very educated, experienced, and CARING people. I find that is hard to come by these days. I recommend giving them a try and I definitely don't mind returning when and if I need services like the ones they provide. Thank you all again for the work you do for the community and in the short time I visited your shop you have helped me more than you know!

I'm so happy to have used Ozzie's! My experience with Megan and Paul has been nothing less than excellent. I was recently involved in my first car accident, alone in a new town across the country from my fiancee and family. I chose Ozzie's based on google reviews. Megan walked me through the entire process, and was very gracious and patient with me and all of my questions. I'm still going through the process, but so far my experience has been wonderful.

I absolutely will never take my car anywhere else to be serviced, they did a repair on a claim through insurance. I had never done something like that before and they were great about walking me through it. Megan helped me even after hours sometimes and they even helped me through my rental car process! ***I took car back today and explained the issues with broken arm rest and dirty condition of car. Customer Service was great. They said they would take care of the broken arm rest and I could bring it back to be detailed as it should have been before I originally picked it up. Will give 5 stars when finished. Original post: The staff overall were very professional. Receptionist, and estimator Jo were very helpful.

The only slightly negative, which moved rating from 5 stars to 4 stars was because of an interaction with a woman who I believe must have been a manager there. When I was paying for my repairs and asking for someone to help get my car home she was listening and came out of her office visibly irritated and said that it was too late, then asked how far did I live from the shop, etc. she was emotionally charged and spoke with a very disrespectful and aggressive tone.

I've got a pretty thick skin and gave the benifit of the doubt. Figured that she was just tired or having a bad day so I offered to just come back at a more convent time for her. But when i explained that it was 3 min drive from home they made it work out. Additionally the car wasn't cleaned after their repair work. Dirt and Footprints on back seat door entry and the arm rest in front seat had been slightly broken.

Joseph did an excellent job of explaining the process of working with insurance coverage and they did all the negotiating and sending proper pictures. Joe actually made me feel very calm and relaxed. Ozzie Body Shop is fantastic! I took my vehicle there after my car accident, they were so professional, finish the repairs in a timely manner, called me several times during the process to keep me updated on my cars process and when they finished with my car they call me back several times to make sure I was completely satisfied with the repairs and their service.

The sign in their lobby says; " To be the BEST, you have to be the BEST", They really mean it! When I do business with most companies they really don't care how things went. Ozzie Body Shop really cares, they are very impressive and you can tell every client is important! I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank for your assistance in fixing my car everything from start to finish was absolutely perfect!

I would highly recommend Ozzie's Body Shop to do any work that you need done on your vehicle. From the very beginning, Paul was very communicative and professional. I felt very confident that his experience and expertise would end my many month saga of going back and forth with insurance. And my feeling was correct. Paul and Ozzie's Body Shop dealt with insurance and did the work so perfectly that I have only good things to say.

From constant updates to allowing me to garage my vehicle while I was out of town, I feel very lucky to have listened to my dealership's recommendation to get my vehicle's work done at Ozzie's and I suggest you do the same.

If I could rate them Zero I would. Terrible customer service. I was told my repair would be two days, for a very small/minor repair. It ended up being five days. No status updates (courtesy call) as to the delay. If you want terrible customer service, go here, if not there are other body shops that must care of their customers.

Paul S at Ozzy's was awesome. After a recent big snow storm, we broke our front bumper on some of the deep, icy snow. It broke the plastic under the wheel well as well, and that was hitting the tire. I showed Paul, fearful he'd say we needed to replace the whole bumper (which I couldn't afford at this time). I figured any repair would still cost, but instead Paul jumped under the car and fixed the wheel well plastic, at no charge. It was exactly what we needed at the time, and the kind of customer service that you'd hope for. Thank you Paul!

The older front desk lady at Ozzie's (brown hair, vine tattoos on her right arm, glasses) absolutely the WORST. Least helpful front desk I have ever dealt with, I would leave negative stars if possible. I am talking pretty much anywhere, you won't find a crappier attitude and she is a huge reason I will never return to Ozzie's body shop in Loveland. Ever!

No please, no thank you. No manners in general. Maybe the $50 ADMIN FEE should go towards some customer service courses for your ladies at the front! You can tell 100% that this place is not concerned about customer service. and then to be charged $450 for a 3 mile tow and 1 day storage of a vehicle in their nasty lot. God help us all with places like this. Never again.

Ozzie's Rocks! Great place to do business with. Kenny is the man! I threw many scheduling issues at Kenny and he was able to handle it without a sweat. To top it off my truck came out of the shop looking like it did off of the lot. They worked with my insurance seamlessly and even handed my vehicle back fully detailed. Thanks Kenny & Ozzie's!

Horrible experience. Don't go here. They don't communicate. They lie about the work they're doing. Generally unreliable and deceitful company. Go somewhere else. Maybe Carriage Shoppe or anywhere. Do yourself a favor. Avoid!

I took my vehicle in when it had been scheduled to be dropped off and was told 7-9 days. On day 7 I called to get an update on my vehicle and was told it had not even been started due to other projects taking longer than anticipated. I can understand that. My issue, however, was the lack of communication. As my paperwork clearly indicated, this was being taken care of out of pocket, not going through insurance.

At this point I began dealing with the general manager, Paul. Paul did a great job of communicating and keeping me in the loop. It was discovered that they had ordered a headlight without the daytime running light, when my vehicle did in fact have the daytime running light. I popped in to see what the status of my vehicle was and the headlight had just come in on the truck.

It was unboxed in front of me and it was the wrong headlight. Needed driver side, received passenger. So more time was needed. Finally got that taken care of and then was told my car requires an adapter they were unaware of for my fog lights. Was told it would be a few days, but in meantime I could take my car and bring it back when parts were available.

At this point Paul took care of me and ate some costs on his end to help balance out the additional charges I had endured. Despite the laundry list of silly things that had happened, I appreciated him doing the right thing and trying to take care of me. I took my car in this weekend to get the fog lights taken care of and came away this morning with only one working daytime running light.

I showed Paul, he took it to the shop and they diagnosed it as having running power, but apparently the LED light just burned out and essentially that is my fault. $4,000 sum dollars, 5 weeks later and my car is still not 100% complete. I chose Ozzie's because it was highly praised by friends and family that have used them. I have no idea why my experience was such a mess, but at the end of the day I am pretty bummed.

Nothing but good experiences on multiple repairs with these guys. They are the best in Northern Colorado. I live well over an hour away and still will only go to them.

Horrible customer service. Find another body shop. Expect to pay more than their estimate. They left 4 visible screws on the inside of our car and thought that was a good fix. Then I was told that I could bring the car back and pay more money to make it look better. They never called while they were fixing it to let you know that it was going to look terrible hoping you would just pay and leave. Would not recommend them.

If I could give them zero stars I would. 1. I was promised a rental car and confirmed with Ozzie's they had reserved a car for me yet when I called the rental car company they had no record of my reservation and were sold out for the next two days. 2. I told Ozzie's that my insurance would not cover certain repair work and that I did not want that repair work even mentioned on the quote as I wouldn't authorize it and neither would the insurance company.

They assured me they wouldn't list it and would only estimate the repair work the insurance company would cover so as not to total my car. They lied. Insurance company called to say car was totaled and I was SOL. 3. Went to pick up my vehicle and they had cracked my windshield while my car was in their care. Seriously have no words at this point.

Had to use my roadside assistance that came with my truck. Another outfit couldn't help, so I called for another (tow, i.e.). Ozzie's came to the rescue and arrived sooner than promised. Very professional and courteous. They understood our needs and got us where we needed to be. Highly recommended. Thanks a million!

Car towed about 500 feet and charged $205. Towed at 5pm and 10am was charged for 2 days storage! Step on a person while they are down. I won't do business here again.

Recently I took the same car, a project 1980 Camaro, to 4 body shops in Loveland. Each shop was given the same scenario: I want to do some of the bodywork myself, but the shop would fix a major dent, patch a rust hole, and paint it. Here's how it went: #1 Ozzie's, A+. Gave me a few bodywork pointers and offered to give more as the project went along. Gave me a professional, written estimate with the three parts of the job broken out separately.

The enthusiasm for my project was also nice. #2 Affordable Auto Body & Paint, B-. A guy looked at the car for less than a minute and verbally threw out a number that was higher than Ozzie's. That was it. #3 ABRA, C-. When I said why I was there, the reply was "estimates are by appointment only". Never mind that I had used them before (happily), or that I had trailered the car in from out of town.

The only response to "I don't remember making an appointment last time" was "Things change." Indeed. Like who gets my bodywork and paint dollars. #4 Poff Auto Repair & Body, F. The response was "we don't do that kind of work" (bodywork!). The guy obviously felt I was wasting his time. I won't any more.

I am very happy with the work and service I received from Ozzie's Body Shop. I had a car that had been rear ended and had significant damage. The damage was not covered by insurance, so I had to pay out of pocket for all repairs. The estimator was good about going through all of the items that needed repair and we agreed on what needed to be fixed and what was merely cosmetic and could be left alone to save on cost.

Throughout the repair, we got regular text updates on the process and also received phone calls to let us know the current status, when it was expected to be done, and any other required work that was discovered after the tear down. I am pleased with both the results and the experience of working with Ozzie's.

PART ONE: Was really happy with the job they did and their fair price to repaint a door. Had initially written a high star review until repair part two. (Though I did notice some overspray on some rubber later). PART TWO: Unfortunately with another reason to repair another vehicle and did not bat an eye to return to them. BIG, BIG MISTAKE! Apparently with insurance companies which my other repair was not.

Be prepared to get raked over the coals. Knowing my own insurance company might have to pay for the repair, I specifically ask that they not do anything that was not absolutely necessary. The average person does not understand if your own company pays a bill, you will be paying for it the next few years on your premiums. Yanked my car out of there when the adjuster wrote for many things not needed for the second repair and not for things needed they wanted to gouge for another deductible. Collusion cause it takes 2.

I had a minor collision, they had my car for over 2 weeks, when I went to pick my car up, they missed several issues. They also told me it was my responsibility to find the issues. Horrible service, rude and took forever with my car. Would not recommend or go back.

I've had my oil changed here consistently and always a friendly service call and very timely even thought I just drop in. I know a few others that go here as well and they are happy with their car maintenance options all under one roof. Highly recommend.

Rude, rude, rude, inconsiderate, and the receptionist looked me in the eyes and lied to me four times. I've had them do my repairs a few times over the years and they have gotten much worse with time. Due to the horrific customer service, I had my vehicle towed to another repair facility. I used to really like them but now I would not let them touch a little red wagon.

So let me get this straight, I get my car towed there without consultation (Can't blame the Loveland Police I suppose), and being towed 5 miles from the accident scene to their place + one day storage while I determine my options is $330. Talk about highway robbery. First, and last dollars spent there (I hope).
