Osceola Garage

This place is legit. They worked on my 2013 Honda Accord. They are very professional and courtesy. They took care of the issues I was having with oil leaking from the engine and changed a defective oil pressure switch/sensor. I also had work done on my brakes and needed new calibers along with new front bearings. These guys know there stuff and my car is running smooth. I was recommended by a friend and it was the best decision I made. I will definitely return to this shop. Thanks Proper Service.

Proper Service did an amazing job on my car! After going to other repair shops in the area, and not being totally satisfied, Joe and his team diagnosed my check engine light problem and also found a problem with my read brakes. Thank you for the excellent service and the highest quality of repairs. I will definitely return, in fact, I made an appointment for my wife's BMW for tires and an oil change for next week.

I highly recommend using Proper Service. These guys do an amazing job and treat your car with respect and dignity. These guys only work on my vehicles. I have a 1970 mustang to a 2012 Ford transit. There is nothing too old or too new that these guys can't take care of. Stop in and ask for Mike and he will take care of all your auto needs.

This was the first time that I used Proper Service. There was a transfer of management from Osceola Garage, that I had frequented for 20+ years. The same great service is here too. They've retained the staff. I had an oil change, tire rotation, replaced spark plugs and serpentine belt. I will continue using them, because they keep my car dependable.

I had a fantastic experience with everyone at this garage. They were all so friendly and helpful. I know nothing about cars and they helped me out by explaining the issues and talking through what my options were. The even gave me ride home and dropped my car off! Highly recommend. I brought my car here for a new tire sensor, a tire rotation and state inspection. They failed my car because of the tints and still ran the inspection. They claim my tints are illegal, which has never happened in the years I have owned my car. But that is okay. I am not upset about that. My real concern is the company could not sync the new tire sensor to the computer and never completed the tire rotation.

I brought the car back 3 times for them to complete the computer sync, which they never did. When I left a simple review on car fax the owner, Joe, had an employee call me and state, "my boss said to stop working on your car and refund your money." Joe then proceeded to write a negative response to my review on carfax, concentrating on the inspection which I never mentioned in the review.

Maybe the owner was having a bad day and did not appreciate the review. But a review is a review. To over react like that is unprofessional. He should focus on solutions. FYI, my dash lights are still on caused by the company. Thank you for my refund though.

Justin was very accommodating, discussed a minor issue with me, investigated it further and cured without there being any delay or incremental repair needed.

These guys are great! They fixed my car while I was in New York and I had a problem with it a few months later, halfway across the country, and they helped me sort through the warranty process and get my car repaired! Thanks Mike! You rock!

All around it was a pleasant experience. My wife was amazed at how polite everyone was. No cursing, no dirty jokes. She generally does not like going into those types of garages. First time at this place for a state inspection for my beloved 20 year old Z3 Roadster and was treated with utmost respect, sincerity and professionalism. The owner came by and said hello and the rest of the staff were just as kind. They told me the car is in great condition and did not try to sell me on anything unnecessary. I'd gladly go back to them for future services. What a great staff!

Osceola is the place to bring your car! The guys are honest. They never try to sell unnecessary services. They also honor warranties. The shop is immaculate.

Took advantage of my wallet. After paying over $1000 for repairs, a month later my car did not pass inspection because of frame rot in the area of my wheels, posing a danger to driving this car. Repair estimates to the frame was over $2500 and not worth the value to this 2002 automobile. I had to dump my car right after having Osceola recommended repairs.

My complaint is: A month before my inspection was due the car was at Osceola and while up on the lift, this would have been very noticeable. Yet I was talked into, and charged, for some optional performance improvements (oil flush, etc) that were guaranteed to make my car run longer and smoother, without even a mention of this rusting potential hazard or inspection fail.

I would have not spent the $1200+ had I known the true condition of my vehicle and instead used the cash toward the purchase of another car. Osceola has some fast talking managers and a mission statement that promises care and honesty. Traits that are not found here.

This garage is not your typical garage! First of all, it is sparkling clean (a small thing but indicative of pride and the organization), and the staff (from the mechanics to the owner) are incredibly professional and kind - and most of all, trustworthy! I am a lady who knows nothing about cars, but I do know people, and Joe Marconi is such a wonderful person and owner who personally checks-in with his customers.

He truly cares about his community and business and it shows. I only had basic services until recently when I had a flat tire, which was handled so well (and thankfully was able to be repaired not replaced!) it was seemless. And the next day, Joe even checked in with me to see how the tire was doing. Very glad to have found a place I can trust!

Long time customer and they never disappoint. My truck is 19 years old and means a lot to me to keep it going on and on. Joe M is always available to satisfy my needs. BoB W.

Can't imagine there is a better place in the area for service! Nick and the crew took my Lexus 400h that was sitting for 8months and brought it back to life! Now drives amazing and even found me a set of new tires at a great price! Can't say Thank You enough! Drove it cross country to Cali No Problem. Just in time to see my kids, Thanks to Nick and the guys at Osceola!

This place is top notch! They are knowledgeable, experienced and caring people! They have taken care of my vehicles for many years. They have given me a ride when I had no way to get home, done reliable work and have been fair with costs. Today they went above and beyond for me when my motorcycle broke down near their shop! They looked at it, gave great advice and took care of it while I worked. I went to pick it up and they didn't charge me a thing! They are great there! Thank you Joe and team!

5 stars. Have been bringing my car here for some time now. Don't bring it to Audi anymore. Always been very good to me. Ask for Nick, but they're all great there. He went above and beyond helping out with doing extra research on better parts for my car. Thanks for the great service guys! Highly recommend!

Something has changed over the last year or so. We used to trust Osceola. Now, we feel like they're trying to scam us every chance they get. They keep recommending/pushing unnecessary and expensive work.

Very professional team! They go thoroughly with me to explain what needs to be done and why. The team there is always friendly and they look as a family. On top the place is so neat! I always just stay there and wait instead of leaving because I can plug my laptop and work, they have refreshments on the waiting area, tv, and is not noisy at all while waiting. Been bringing my car a few years now and never had any issues with it.

Joe and all of the mechanics and managers are awesome! Very professional very fun group of mechanics exclamation point there was an event today May 6th, where they help families with a Cause. There was two different radio stations and tons of food and games that they provided. If you ever need anything at all for your vehicle to be fixed I would suggest going here first!

Thermostat and coolant sensor, (60 bucks at Advance), diagnostic test, ( free at some auto parts stores) $210.00 at Osceola, an oil change, . new anti freeze. I was charged $953.00. Parts and materials could possibly be $150.00. Professional and experienced mechanics should complete this work in less than 2 hours. The printed report they gave me said I had low air pressure in one of my tires, but they neglected to put the air in the tire, they also neglected to reset the oil life monitor, simple things and only 2 minutes to do. What else did they neglected to do, what other shortcuts were taken? How could I ever trust them again? Ridiculous price and many doubts about the staff.

These guys get it, they know how to treat people. Mike and his crew do a great job explaining all options. I never feel as though I'm getting taken advantage of. Awesome job Team Osceola!

Had tires replaced, wheels aligned and state inspection on my M3 today. Very friendly service, easy to make appointment. Very clean and well organized. I wanted special tires and ordered them off tire rack- the guys could not have been more accommodating.
