Everything!!! They dont know how to fix cars, they only know how to rip people off!
I took my Car in about a month ago because it kept pulling on me. I explained the situation to one of the mechanics there..I gave him a suggestion on to what I thought might be, but since IM NOT A MECHANIC and don't know much about cars I was bringing it to them. I was called 2 days later stating that the problem was fixed. I payed almost $300 and was told that they replaced the part I had SUGGESTED that could of caused the problem.( They NEVER called me prior to replacing the part to make sure it was ok with me), anyway..I took my car in the NEXT DAY because my car CONTINUED to have the SAME problem. Once there and talking to the mechanic he actually admitted that the ITEM REPLACED was NOT necessary but with hopes that it would work! Left my car there AGAIN for another 3 days. PAID an additional $457 dollars because they stated they replaced another part ( NEVER called to confirm with me either-AGAIN)! To make a long story-short... after the 3rd time and leaving my car there for the 3rd time and this time for over 2 weeks...the decided to hook it up to the computer and run a diagnostic test to figure the problem ( They should of done this the FIRST TIME-right??) ANY-WHO..The car IS STILL NON-FUNCTIONAL because they stated it NOW NEEDS 2 NEW parts and will now cost me an ADDITIONAL $786.12!!!! They replaced 2 UNNECESSARY PARTS, I am down $757.00 for things my car DIDN'T need, and STILL want me to pay an additional $800. .
AND TO TOP IT OFF, THEY STOLED MY iPOD from the glove-compartment!!
*This place is a JOKE!! DO NOT TRUST THEM.
