I took the car to Orsini because there is a very minor scratch from my neighbor's car. Joe shows his magic, and it restored perfectly in a minute. I needed help with a seatbelt that had been extended too much on one of the car seats by my five year old and they all stopped to help me. It took 10 minutes max and they were super kind! Just a great group of people.

Had a problem with the hatchback on a Cadillac SUV. Joe's team diagnosed it, replaced a part and had it repaired in15 minutes for less than the dealer would have charged to just diagnose it. You be the judge. May 19th I bring my car in for a right rear fender and light. They are heavily booked and there is a wait. Problem. They look for a possible date. I suggest a month later, June 21. They agree. Monday, June 21,I drop my car off at 7:30 am when they open. At 2 pm, I call to see when my car will be finished. "This is more than a one day job.

It won't be ready until Tuesday or Wednesday." Then why did you give me an appointment for today? How can repairing a left rear fender and light take more than several hours? Even my neurosurgeon repaired my spine in five hours. When I thought for a moment to try to re-arrange my appointments they somewhat gruffly said they would bring the car straight back.

They hadn't done a think And I can assure you that I was most congenial. Perhaps, my price point was not worth their time. They go on their Main Line reputation to which I succumbed. You judge.

I recently had a fender bender and I had had great service from Orsini's before. When I stopped by, I got an estimate quickly. It would have ben easy to get me for major parts replacement which would have cost over $2,000, but I was also given an approach for a quick cosmetic repair for under $200. I accepted the latter approach. The repair was scheduled quickly.

When I brought the car in on the appointed day, not only was the work done as promised on time, but they showed me how part of the work was not needed and my final cost was less than the estimate. It is hard to find people in the auto service industry to trust. I trust Orsini's.

They treat their customers like family and make sure they are getting top notch service and even offered to drive me to get my rental and returned my rental when picking up my vehicle. I personally dealt with Rhonda and Joe and they are truly amazing. I was a pain in the butt and they were extremely patient and friendly. They actually listened to me and understood my situation. After a deer smashed into my car, I looked on yelp for an autobody shop and decided to go to Orsini's. Right from the beginning, Len Orsini and his team were great - they told me what I needed to do regarding the insurance company as well as getting a rental car. Len was very clear and specific about what was needed to repair the car and his level of communication and concern for me as a customer was fantastic.

I was very pleased with every step of this process and the car looks great. While I certainly hope I won't have the need for Orsini's again, they are definitely my go to place for any auto body work. I have and will continue to recommend them highly. Great customer service and a great product outcome. Could not be happier.

I have to say I had high hopes after reading some of these reviews but my experience wasn't as great. I found this place online for my daughter to get a second opinion on body work for her car and I chose it because of the favorable reviews. They were cheaper than another body shop we'd originally taken it to, so we decided to allow them to proceed with the work.

After we agreed to use them, they told us several days later that the quote was now about $800 higher. Still, we reluctantly agreed to proceed. Then, a few days after that, they raised the cost to more than the car was worth. At this point, we decided we'd sell the car for parts (we had no collision insurance). Unfortunately, before we were allowed to pick up our car, we were told we owed $500 for the parts they ordered and already painted.

Very disappointing, since the only reason we agreed to the work was because of the original lower cost and our assumption that they had provided us with a complete estimate. It seemed to me that the low quote was bait to get us to agree to the work and then they kept raising it to see how high we'd agree to go. Once we reached our breaking point, I feel they needed to make sure they got something out of us so they made us pay for a part that they never should have ordered in the first place without giving us a COMPLETE estimate. At best, it was very unprofessional and, at worst, it was very shady.

What a great business! Professional, courteous, and had the work done faster than expected. They gave me a price range on the estimate and then charged me the lower amount, even though I asked for an additional bit of work. Having moved to the area, I am very pleased to be able to recommend them. They have my business from now on.

Joe and his team were great to work with. They were accommodating, professional, and fair. My car was completed on time and with quality care. Their partnership with a local rental car company made my loaner experience seamless. I hope to not need collision again, but would quickly head back to Orsini's if I did.

I did my research before taking my car to Orsini's Auto Body. This shop definitely lives up to all the great reviews. The owner, Joe was friendly, quick with the estimate, and maintained communication through the whole process. The staff was equally professional. Great work, reasonably priced and finished within the estimated time! My Audi Q5 looks great! So happy to find a body shop that I trust and that does great work!

You have to be insane to want to visit a body shop, but whenever I interact with this business, I wish I could. My poor cars seem to attract problems, even when parked, so I've use Orsini's four times over the years and every time the experience is five stars. From doing an outstanding job to advocating for me with thr insurance company to just being nice people who are easy to work with. They get the job done quickly and efficiently, I love this place.

We had a deer run into our car and came into Orsini's the next morning. The receptionist was incredibly nice and we immediately spoke to the owner, who answered all our questions and directed us on how to file an insurance claim. He also offered getting us an Uber and was so nice! The repair didn't take long at all and at the end he didn't charge us a dime because it was a small fix! Very grateful to these guys for helping me out during a very stressful time. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with Orsini's Auto Body. Was in a weather induced accident on the evening of December 13th. The next morning I was paging through Yelp to find a local auto body store I could take my car to as my BMW dealer did not do any body work. To my luck, I came across Orsini's. Joe was very pleasant to deal with from the start and was very honest and up front.

In a situation where most people would panic and be worried about leaving their car with an auto body that no one recommended them to, I felt completely fine with leaving my car with Joe and his team. The initial estimate was 14 days but somehow Joe managed to replace my bumper, grill, hood, radiator and some other parts in a matter of 3 days, all using genuine BMW parts(new).

Everything went smoothly with insurance and I did not have to get involved in anything else along the long. I received prompt updates during the week on how everything was going. Would highly recommend Orsini's to any of my friends or anyone in Delco that is looking for body work for their cars. Hope I don't need to come back (lol) but if something happens I know who i can go to.

Joe and his staff are so wonderful! Simply the best service! We have used Orsini auto body a few times now for minor accidents and the results were true perfection. Joe is quick with his estimates and responses and is so easy to work with. I cannot recommend this auto body enough!

Thorough, professional, and reasonably priced. My vehicle's passenger side mirror sustained damage at a local car wash (see my reviews for the name of the offending business). I was concerned about paying tons for a repair which occurred under frustrating circumstances. How many estimates would it take to find the right shop? All it took was one call to Orsini's to get started on the right track.

They thoroughly inspected the damage and provided a written estimate. Within a couple days the parts were in, and it took a short time to properly repair the damage. The mirror looks and works great! Plus it feels great supporting a local business. I strongly recommend Orsini's for your auto body needs.

Orsini's Auto Body Repair Shop is excellent. I cannot recommend them more highly. They are honest, trustworthy, reasonably priced, and do a great jonb. Len Orsini (owner) is a pleasure to work with and really knows the business in terms of price and timing. My repairs were done on time and on budget, which was hundreds of dollars less than a local competitor. We have used Orsini for years and have never been disappointed. The Enterprise Rental a Car shop is right next door which makes it very convenient if you need a rental.

Took my Mini here to get the hood fixed after a rear-ending and they were great, came back looking better than ever! Right near a rental car place, so its very convenient. Nice guys, easy to communicate with, couldn't ask for more!

I recently was involved in an accident where a girl hit the back of the car. I was referred to Orsini's by Ford Dealership and couldn't have been happier with the results. Not only did they fix my car in less than a week, they even cleaned the inside, and took off paint that was on the side of my car from a previous incident. They exceeded my expectations and Joe was just the nicest person to work with. I wish them the best of luck in their business - I'm confident they will do well because of the great customer service and excellent car repairs!
