Great people here. Purchased a Chevy Equinox and had an excellent experience. 10/10 If you need a new vehicle or service on yours I highly recommend Gregg Orr Cadillac in Hot Springs.

The sales department is great to work with, but it is entirely too long of a process to get a new Escalade from the manufacturer.

The employees of Gregg Orr Cadillac are great to deal with and take care of us any time we come in, but GM has a parts issue. 2 weeks is too long to have to wait for any part to arrive.

Sales and service are beyond great and always meet and exceed your needs, but Cadillac needs to figure out how to get new cars to their dealers.

Gregg Orr is the place to purchase your next vehicle if they dont have they will find it. The personal touch of the finance company is compassionate and helpful to make sure your purchase is within your budget. I highly recommend this company.

The work was done in a professional manner. I was treated as a valued customer. Austin, in the service department, did everything to accommodate me and ensure that the work was done properly.

I have purchased one vehicle from there. I drove almost 3 hours because it was a good deal. I have returned since then for service and warranty work and enjoyed the city of Hot Springs while I am in the area. The people who work there are super nice and professional. Have not had any bad experiences. Would recommend.

Originally told me they absolutely wouldn't sell me a car if I didn't finance through them, which is ridiculous. Then said they would sell it to me when my husband pushed the issue, but they wouldn't fix the issues it had, and refused to negotiate the price. They wanted at least $3k over fair market value (based on a perfect pre-owned vehicle) on a non-certified pre-owned car with defects.

The dealer was very nice, but they tried to tell us they were "basically losing money on it" and were selling it to us wholesale which, unless they overpaid for it, is a downright lie. I will not do business with them again, that was a horrible experience on all fronts.

First off I live in Conway., I was going to buy a new 2021 Escalade from Parker Cadillac in LR. The Sales man made me feel like I was wasting his time. told me I had to go online an send $500 deposit. and me telling him I'm ready to buy, Told me that was to hold the vehicle for me. never been told this. so I said no thanks called up *Tommy* at Orr Cadillac, Tommy told me he had an Escalade. it was the color I wanted and I did not need to send any money. he got everything going and I headed to hot springs. Took like 20 min to fill out everything, but first he showed me the Escalade to make sure I loved it.

He and the Finance Manager treated me with the Best respect and friendly service. Tommy was down to earth and a awesome guy to meet and chat with. people i'm telling ya. drive past LR and take the trip to Hot Springs. Ask for Tommy. You will be happy you did.
