Had a vehicle that I needed a full detail and on short notice. They were able to help me out and come to my work. They confirmed my appointment and showed up on time. I have been getting at the full Showroom Shine detail for several years but the quality has gone down my last two - three times. The inside was nice but the rims, headlights, and wheel wells were still not clean after the details. I spent about an hour myself finishing the job. I think the techs need to either take more time, schedule less clients per day, or reduce the cost of the detail.

I took my Airstream travel trailer to On The Spot for waxing and polishing. An important factor was the ease with which I could maneuver my trailer in their lot. They agreed to use a wax which was recommended for Airstream trailers. This was very important to me. On The Spot did a very good job polishing the trailer and it was done very promptly. This is a very customer friendly business.

Michael, did a fantastic job detailing my 2 vehicles. They were detailed inside and out and look brand new, not bad considering the are 8 & 12 years old. I had a full interior detail done on my car. My seats were heavily stained from having grandkids who eat, drink and SPILL things in the car. When On The Spot finished I could not believe my eyes. My car looked as good as the day I bought it! Their technician was on time, friendly and polite and did an amazing job on my car. (any shadowing in photos is where the seats weren't quite dry)

Got my car detailed here to remove a lot of dog hair and they did a great job. A week later I had noticed they missed a decent sized section under my trunk mats. I contacted them to let them know, and they immediately offered to fix it same day. I ended up taking it back a week later, and they re detailed my entire car at no charge. Very happy with the quality and their willingness to make things right.

On The Spot is by far my favorite car detailing service. With my work schedule being hectic, I'm not always able to physically take my car in for detailing service. Luckily they provide mobile service to accommodate for your scheduling needs. Dash not only arrived early but provided exceptional service just as quickly. By the time he finished, it looked like I had a brand new car. I definitely see myself coming back for future appointments.

Brittany did amazing work. Her professionalism and attention to detail were phenomenal. She was on time, extremely personable, and our cars look like new! We take our ford fiesta to concerts, camping, long road trips, and we never clean it. The Camaro is always in the city getting paint dings and sits under a tree. After Brittany worked her magic, both cars looked and smelled like we had just got them from the dealership. We will be utilizing her services again and more regularly, so she doesn't have to work so hard! Thank you so much, Brittany!
