Oil Can Henry's

I am leaving a long review of the incredibly fine customer service the staff and the manager gave me. They have my business for life! I arrived at 4:45 on Saturday afternoon. Although there were a number of people ahead of me and I didn't get into the bay until after their closing time, all of the staff were unfailingly polite and helpful. They even ran after a man who had finished his shift to take care of my air conditioning!

I drove straight home and didn't use my car on Sunday. When there was a problem with my car on Monday morning, I called to speak to the manager. Nick came to my house, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, took my car back to their location, ran more diagnostics, returned my car and cleaned my garage floor. I had been extremely worried, but under his calm, capable and kind assistance I was reassured. Never have I received or heard of such outstanding customer service. I will be forever grateful and impressed with Nick and his staff. Thank you!

Thanks to the store manager Alex I received excellent customer service and a really good discount with this coupon + an additional $15 off with my military/Veterans discount. Good looking out. I really appreciate it.

The lines are way too long. Associates spend way too much time joking and playing around. It took almost 2 hrs to recieve service. They didn't check my lights nor do the inspection that comes free with out asking. But they were friendly, and I got the discounts. So, I would recommend them for service. Just beforewarned.

It took a little while but the service was pretty good, the folks were nice.

Helpful friendly staff. Came in for an oil change and ended up leaking. Had to come back two more times, manager Tom willing to personally fix mistakes after multiple visits. Everything ended up OK.

My favorite place to get an oil change! I'm female presenting, so getting car work done is always kinda stressful because well iykyk. Everyone was so hyped and it was a fun experience! Super nice people, and I'll be back for my next one :

These guys are absolutely the best. Realized at 530 on a Monday I needed an oil chANge before going to LA. These guys had awesome reviews so took a chance. Awesome work had the oil change with top quality parts and back to my office in all under 35minutes. I know of some companies that should take a lesson from these guys top tier customer service. just awesome thanks guys.

We had a unique situation which they were honest and tried to help us with it. Was nice that we were able to call ahead and get confirmation that they could help. All other oil change places in a 15 mile radius of us weren't able to help. They were quick, curtious and kept open communication with us and other mechanics working on our car. The cameras showing what's going on both under the hood and under the car was awesome as well as reassuring that we weren't being swindled.

They answered all our questions and when they didn't know they said " I don't know" which is honest and we like that. Service was great and the staff were awesome. This location is our new go-to.

I always went here to get the oil changed on my cars. They were always fast and friendly and very thorough. They would give me the morning paper to read which I never got to read much of because they were so fast at getting the job. They did other things like put in wiper blades and many other services. I would definitely highly reccomend them.

Had an oil change this morning. I was there for an oil change. I thought it was strange usually they have cameras showing on a screen what's going on underneath but it was off probably cuz One of the guys that was underneath my vehicle changing oil literally was shaking the car as if to say he's checking it. I didn't say anything although I should have.as I drove away and turn onto the free way I could hear something I pulled over to find these guys didnt put my car back the way they found it. Probably cuz the guys underneath hanging on it like an ape smfh

Best oil change ever! Drake and Kehaulani had me in and out so quickly. They asked all the right questions and saved me money by accepting competitors coupons! 15 minutes and I was done, so great. Definitely will come again next time.

This is my go to place to get my car oil change. It's not the cheapest in town but it is the most convenient you just drive up they do the rest. The workers are very friendly and curdious. On the bad side they always try to up sell you on other services or products and on the weekends the wait time is long but overall highly recommended.

I will never come back! I was in a company car. ask after the oil change may I call the company and have them give you a credit card over the phone he said. OK After the oil was changed would not take a credit card over the phone Sooo I use my personal credit card. they could not print off my receipt. Told me they would e mail never did.receive. I ask them to send again they couldn't do Just in a hurry to get me out of the stall for the next car Jiffy Lube will vacuum your car take credit cards over the phone doesn't I lie to you Minus 10 Told my company never to do business with them Terrible customer service

Oil Can Henry's is a great place to get a fast oil change even though they as re a little pricy but they don't try to sell you things you dont need. stop by and get an oil change

I waited for 50 minutes until I couldn't wait any more. I saw three people go through in the other lane. The greeter guy was apologetic but I will not be able to get my time back. I had them too me off and even that I had to wait for. I miss the old Oil Can Henry's. I will not be back Ok, I had to try it one more time and was pleasantly surprised by the turn around in customer service. Everyone was amazing and very polite. I will chalk the above experience to a one time thing. Thank you!

Quick but thorough oil change and inspection. I like that they have you stay in your car; it makes the process easier and you can see the work being performed on your vehicle. The mechanics are also friendly and don't try pushing you into any costly/unnecessary additional services like mechanics at some other places will. Really happy with my experience here.

This is a great place for a quick, but thorough oil change and, filter, fluid and light check. Everyone was super friendly, and they typically have coupons on their site which you can show them via their phone. Here's where this visit was extra special, in the three years I've had this car, no one including the Ford dealer has been able to find the cabin air filter, BUT assistant manager Patrick did!

My cabin air filter was tucked behind the console on the passenger side. When he removed it, it was literally black from five years of grime. Woohoo Patrick and team! Looking forward to better air quality in my car. Thanks for your service. Will definitely be back!

I live out of town but me and my family always come back because of the great customer service from Maurice! Very efficient servicing!

I came to Oil Can Henry's to get an oil change they informed me that they had ran-out cooling fluid for the radiator and to come back at a later day to top off radiator reservoir, I did two weeks later they told me that they did not have any antifreeze radiator coolant again, I do not know what's going on with the Customer Service or the Quality?; I've noticed it has gone Down Significantly**, I will never come again to Oil Can Henry's and I do not recommend it; my time is valuable to me and coming twice to try to get a top off for Antifreeze should be something that they should not be running out of. Note: I have a GMC Sierra 2007, it uses of red color antifreeze, they only have the green color not recommended by the manufacturer

Worst service ever! Horrible customer relations from the manager who offered no solution after staff lied to me and told me to be quiet when I confronted them and also put the wrong oil in my car. That was the second time they put a different oil in my car than what I requested. Sucks because it is convenient to just sit in your car while they do the oil change but I can't trust them any more to do the right work. Plus you do end up waiting a long time, this is no 15min oil change. I was literally so mad about them telling a lie to my face that I called corporate and complained.

Quick service. Just annoying that every time you go they try to rip you off with the oil flush bs and all these other upselling items.

Today I went to oil can henries for my first time So I thought I'd tell u about it in a Lil rhyme I had heard it was a quick and easy place to go I was helped by a man by the name of Eddy Hurtado He explained everything and was kewl as could be I was in and out as easy as 123 With a price as little as some pocket change I could see why oil can henries was all the rage They all worked hard even at the end of the day While I just sat in me car slumping some dre It took a Lil longer than a min or two but all that hard work deserves a big thank you.

I finally decided to come get my car serviced after I got annoyed by the little light on my car. Beep-beep. Anyway, I came on a Saturday afternoon and the line was long so that's not good. However, I do believe that they are probably popular so I waited it out. When you first drive up, there are these men with hats and bowties who hand you a newspaper. Whaaaaaa!

Oil change service was super quick. They seem very cordial in their demeanor and told me my options and provided me with recommendations. For my car, the total was a whopping $60 for an oil change. I believe the most basic oil change was $39.99. CHECK IN ON YELP FOR A $5 OFF COUPON!

My review would be a negative star. Where do I start? With them not tightening my oil filter causing a leak or so I thought after going to Cardinelli GMC- who by the way.have earned my business from now on, or where we had to call the fire department because they left an oily rag in our engine which almost caught fire? Or shall I talk about WHY I even was there for the SECOND time when they left the oily rag on my exhaust manifold because they dropped a screw into my air conditioner making it non operative? HORRIBLE, just admit your mistakes and we can move on.

Do not argue with customers that have proof that you screwed up, just give them their money back and we part ways. We have a 911 report that shows we had to call the fire department and they came to the Wal-Mart parking lot where we drove straight from Oil Can Henrys 'fixing' the screw issue ( which they argued that they did not drop.yet.why was I missing a screw after I left? and why did you find it in my air conditioning unit then apologize? huh?) This is two vehicles just within one family, typically, the staff is polite and friendly and that is why we always went there.until now. Thankfully we did receive an apology, I give them credit for that, although it was after the fact, after 911 had been out, very sad Oil Can Henrys.

Sweet. Set on your butt in your warm car reading a free paper they gave you while a handful of greasy teenagers bang on your car. $40.00 for a basic oil change. Keep your wits about you. These guys will try to sell you everything! So this place is here for those who don't know there left from there right or can't change a light bulb. Running short on time? Maybe. If you must, there ya go.

$8.00 off coupon on the listing! Wish I found this today, BEFORE I went and had the services rendered. I really appreciate the attention to detail. In this day and age: YOU better know how to say "NO" thank you to salesmen. It is there JOB to sell, up sell and sell some more. Do not blame them, for your responsibility to say no. They are just trying to do, what corporate tells them to do. It is not their choice! This place does a good job. It is difficult to work with the public these days. I know this from experience.
