Luis and his team saved us! Fantastic, friendly, fast! Helped us out while we broke down on our trip. Didn't need to go out of their way, but they went the extra mile. Highly recommended.

Worst towing service I have ever experienced. Worst customer service as well. How does AAA find providers like this? I don't pay AAA for 17 years to receive kind of poor service. I have a m3 coupe with dual clutch and simply asked the driver if he knows how to get it on the bed because it's a very unique transmission. Tow driver didn't seem to care.

He was going to start the car, when the car shouldn't be started. Further, the car can't be put in neutral normally, but the tow truck driver didn't seem to care though. I wouldn't be surprised if the tow driver would have even cared if he ruined the car. He acted like he knew everything, and when asked if he knows what he's doing, he became extremely aggressive, irritated and rude and left me stranded.

Instead of letting me or the shop guide him he thinks he knows it all. This type of person is exactly the type of person I wouldn't want near my car. I don't see how someone like this with this type of behavior could work anywhere like this. And especially AAA, how the heck do people like this find their way to AAA? Now it is a big inconvenience to me, aaa, the repair store, all because of George.

The tow tuck drivers name was George. Apparently AAA claims George says I lied to him and said I said he didn't know what he was doing. This is 100% untrue. I simply questioned his ability. This is when he was irritated by my questions. George is lying and saying I lied. This is 100% FALSE, and the auto shop rep was right there heard it all. Not only did George lie about what I said, but also left me stranded. One-star service, if I can give -100 stars I would.

I have also submitted a formal complaint with AAA about this company. As I've been told that they operate under multiple names: Bayside Towing and Oceanside Automotive. Hopefully they discontinue using this provider for towing considering not only my situation, but who knows how many other people these people have left stranded.

Horrible experience. I wasted my money here. A technician was sent to reprogram my key - failed to tell me I had the wrong key until after he assigned a makeshift microchip to my car. I asked that they assist me further because I felt as though the service provided was not clear, but instead they stole my money and failed to properly complete the job. Horrible experience and horrible customer service.

I have always received a fully transparent description of any needed repairs and a full accounting of all charges, both parts and labor. Plus these guys are problem solvers who will get the repairs done quickly and properly. We had truck problems on our way to Oceanside from Phoenix. I called and they said they would be able to get us in to at least let us know what the problem was. They kept their word; diagnosed the problem and thankfully, for us, they had time to fix the problem right away. Oceanside Automotive was courteous, professional and honest. Thank you Oceanside Automotive for a providing exceptional service ending a stressful beginning of our vacation.

Louis in automotive repair was friendly & provided excellent service.from diagnosing, calling with problem & estimate, ordering parts and keeping me updated on progress. My car was ready 3 days before scheduled! I would recommend Oceanside Automotive.

These guys are incredibly professional and always do a great job on my truck. I've used them a few times for oil changes and minor repairs and will continue coming back. They are upfront about costs and pretty honest with how long it will take. It's also a great location because you can walk around the shopping center to target, get a haircut or nails done, or even go to a movie. Would recommend if you're looking for a reliable service center.

Car was leaking oil from a poor cleanup job after an oil change from a quick lube. Gave it to these guys and they cleaned it up and sent me home for no charge. In and out in 20 minutes. Great service.

I won't come back here again. I needed a new battery in my truck. I wanted to support a local business. I was charged $310 to put in a new battery which took just 30min to do. No other work was done. This was beyond a rip just to replace a battery. Steer clear of this place & don't get ripped off

I came here for the convenience on the distance to my home. I work more than 15 years training people in marketing and customer service so is disappointing when you see somebody that rude as the person at the front desk. I just change the oil of my car and the same guy recommend me to replace the arm bearings on the front of my car, he mentioned that was really needed!

I was about to come after a week or so I had a professional inspection on a different mechanic, but not happy with that I ended paying for a expensive diagnostic on the Jeep dealer (my car is a 2016 jeep) in both place's couldn't fine any problem. So be smart and pick another place.

Had an emergency with our car at about 4 pm on a Saturday. They could have easily told us they would get to it on Monday but they took the time and got us back on the road quickly. We live in Temecula and thought we would definitely have to take an Uber home but they took care of us. Thanks to Ron and the entire crew here for helping us on such short notice. Great service. Been taking my car here for years they always are real with me about prices and never try to rip me off

My spouse recently just went for a routine check up sometime in the afternoon. When she arrived she was immediately "cat-called" by three employees including the manager/lead of that particular shift. They proceeded to refer to my spouse as "baby girl" and "sweet heart" numerous times after being politely asked to stop. They proceeded to make my spouse uncomfortable by talking about his/her body.

These unwanted advancements by the employees forced my spouse to leave the shop while they were maintaining our car. They proceeded to try and talk my spouse into staying and not leaving the shop after all three employees were caught staring and clearly talking/laughing while pointing towards my spouse. Once the car was ready, we had received the call for pick up where the employee took the opportunity to use the call and continued to make unwanted advancements saying that they will take the time to either visit our personal home to work on the car at no extra charge or to just simply "visit and hang out".

We will obviously never come back however the sole reason why i am writing this review is to be courteous for future individuals to be weary about the employees as well as the management. Do not let your spouse go alone.

My car needed a power brake booster replaced on my CRV. I had gone to a few different places some were over the top expensive or they weren't able to get the part for 7 - 10 days. I'm a single parent and have two jobs, there's no way I can be that long without my car. Bruce was able to get the part in two days and once it arrived they went straight to work. My car is running safely again.

Handled an oil change and new filter and Mario was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful with the maintenance and service!

Well my experience has been great Ron has taken care of me several times I've had tires done oil changes brake work all kinds of things on several vehicles BMWs Hummer's Chevy trucks Alero you name it we've had stuff done and they have been upfront with us and what needed to be done now or what could wait if you're on a budget and you just can't afford to do everything at one time don't hesitate to talk to them and let them know That you need to break up things that you might have to have done on your vehicle and they will tell you what is the most important they have never put us in jeopardy and They have always been upfront I highly recommend them thank you. This is a good trustworthy auto place to bring in your car :) I took my car in for a synthetic oil change since they had the best rate out of anyone who was in the local area (I wont put the price since it may change). Bruce is the one-man rep who speaks with all the customers and leaves a great impression on customers. Everything went pretty smooth as I called in the morning, took my car in the afternoon and my car was ready 1 hr after. I typically do my own oil changes since its easy but when your pressed with time and need someone to take care of it, this is a great place to leave your car in good hands.

This shop has that feel as it should. I come here and every time I get treated like family I've been going next door the tire place for 10+ years now, but coming here have made it easier for me and my family. We own 5 cars. 4 Mercedes Benz and 1 BMW. I trust these guys they've been honest with me. I can only say good things about these guys. I highly recommend Oceanside automotive.

We moved to San Diego this fall from Boston and so far I have used these guys for both mine and my husband's vehicles for oil changes, smogging, 90 K service (my car), 150K service transmission flush (my husband's truck) and more. I REALLY appreciate how they take the time to explain everything to me and work to resolve any issues that come up. Recently, I was worried about my tire pressure indicator not working correctly so I stopped by and they fixed it immediately and told me what had likely happened was that I was putting far too much air in the tires than I was supposed to because I was going off the recommendation for those tires independent of the effect that my specific vehicle had on that standard recommendation) I feel good knowing there are people so close to where we live that I trust for vehicle issues. Very friendly people who helped me put on custom tail lights on my 1995 Civic! Was a headache at first to figure out the wiring but had a lot of patience! Great people! Would recommend to anyone looking for any sort of work to be done to their vehicle!

I've come here a couple of times to have my Ford F-150 truck repaired, once for brakes and once for a bad ignition coil. Both times, Mac suggested other maintenance repairs that I "should" get done - but I love that there was never any pressure to do them. It was completely up to me and I didn't feel bad for not choosing to do the other procedures.

Both times I felt I was given an honest quote and never felt misled in any way. It is light years ahead of other garages I've dealt with in North County. So glad I found a winner.
