Not sure why my experience was so different from the other reviewers. I specifically came here because the reviews were so good! It took them 3 weeks to get to working on my car after originally telling me it'd be a few days and then they never called me to discuss what needed to be done/pricing before doing the work. The communication was just nonexistent. It didn't seem like they valued me as a customer.

I was forced to limp into the nearest shop, so I was happy to roll into O'Brien's where I found a shop that didn't raise my rip off senses. They fixed me up and had me rolling down the road again feeling fine about the experience. They even fixed another existing issue that had previously been looked at by a shop that wanted to replace the most expensive items, which was not the issue at all.

Allow me to start by saying, this is a great repair shop in Roseburg. The owner is professional and knowledgeable, the staff working under him are knowledgeable and professional as well. They can take care of any automotive, mechanical needs you may have. The shop is equipped with top of the line diagnostic equipment to find the problem with your vehicle, the first time. They listen to your complaint, they find the cause, and effectively perform the proper corrections needed. Honest, and reliable group. why go anywhere else.

O'Brien's has served me well now on three cars. He is VERY knowledgeable and provides diagnostic information that allows me to be well informed and make appropriate budgeting decisions. His customer service representative has been friendly throughout each transaction and phone call. I recommend O'Brien's to anyone who wants a thorough diagnostic of their vehicle and quality work in the repair of their vehicle!

I've been taking my vehicles to Kevin for at least the last 15 years and he's never done my wrong. He and his team always stand by their work and have always shoot straight with me on what needs to be done with my vehicles and what doesn't need to be done. In addition, his prices are hard to beat and service is outstanding. Because Kevin cares so much about his patrons, I really feel like it is more then a business to him, but rather a ministry. I'm thankful for his service and hope that he and his team around working on cars for many more years to come.

I was traveling on the weekend and had some engine problems, I took it to two different mechanics and they could not tell me what was wrong. They suggested some guess fixes but really had no clue. I then called O'Briens - on the weekend - he told me to bring it in and he would take a look. He thoroughly investigated and found the problem, then he called an auto part store and got them to stay open late so I could get parts. Long story short, he found the problem and fixed it. O'Briens definitely saved me on that trip
