They are very understanding with your problem and repairs. They let you know if other problems exist. If you still have a problem after having service done they listen and try to fine it. There prices aren't any higher then other places and they warranty the work. Everything I had done was done the same day. I recommend Northwest to everyone they know what they are doing been in business for years.

Being new to the area includes finding someone new to repair and maintain our vehicles who is fair, reasonable, trustworthy and good. I needed the serpentine belt replaced in my Jeep before it gave out and caused a whole lot of expensive problems. I called NW Auto and asked for a rough estimate of the cost. Liked what I heard and they gave me an appointment for the next morning.

I dropped my Jeep off and they had it ready earlier than promised and the cost was exactly what they told me over the phone. Everyone was very friendly as well. We found our new repair shop on the first try!

Called for an estimate, very pricey. All I'm saying is there are a lot of other places in the area that can do the same job for a lot less. Being in service for 40 some years doesn't mean a thing. I love it when these shops brag about the years they've been serving the community. It actually makes me sick.

These guys were so professional kind and outgoing it was a great experience. I went there for some information for my all wheeled drive Subaru. They gave me many options quality/ price & still actively listen to me needs guiding me to the best product within my price point- (1) week later very happy with the product. Thanks guys!

I've lived down the street from this place my whole life. I can't seem to understand why I've never considered them for my car repair needs. I went yesterday and now they've won a customer for life. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I received several phone calls throughout the duration of the labor explaining what needed to be done and how much it would cost.

They were very transparent and my car was serviced within a VERY reasonable timeframe. Above all, my 2016 Acura rides like a 2020 Acura. Not only will I be returning in the future, I'll also be recommending them to everyone I know who lives in the area.

I went through a construction site and got two flats and made it to Northwest Auto and Tire. They took care of my vehicle right away and were very courteous and friendly. They have also helped me out with keeping my son's cars in good running condition. Very reasonable rates!

Everyone is so nice and service is very fast would definitely recommend to anyone! I went for a low tire pressure alert that showed on my car.

Took my kids truck there for an alignment they didn't even write up an estimate. They just put a bunch of nonsense that was not all true and told me to pick it up even though they wrote the vehicle should not be driven. All the while it drove just fine when we bought it 3 days prior to taking it to them and looking it over knowing what was good and what was bad. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK.

Stopped in this morning with no appointment after hearing a rattling from my exhaust on my way to work. First time going there, they took a look at my car right away and had me out of there within an hour. The receptionist was super nice, the turn around time was quick, the cost was low and the communication was great. I had yet to choose a mechanic local to me since moving to Zion but I know I will be bringing my car back in the future for regular maintenance.

I've trusted Northwest Auto for all my repair needs for over a decade. They cost a little more than some places, but I've never had to bring my vehicles back in due to shoddy work. Highly recommended!

My family has been coming to Northwest Auto for years and I can't say enough good things about how much they have helped us. They supported me as a veteran with discounts. They have helped my wife when I was deployed by going the extra mile of making sure she got back on the road as quickly as possible but safely. That means a lot and they have always provided great service. Pete and Mariska are easy going and very personable, ready to explain whatever is needed. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs their vehicles looked after and easily give them a 5-star rating!

Initially I read the reviews and decided to form my own opinion of them. I dropped my truck off a day ago for a diagnosis test for 160$ well the guy call today and says yeah we have to run more test that will have me at a total of 400$ I said hell no put my car down I said what was the point of the diagnosis test it didn't make since I now have formed an opinion that they are scamming and taking advantage of people in a time of need and help all I need to know was what was wrong with my car that's the point of a diagnosis test and then he tried to tell me my total was 200 and something dollars I said no you guys told me 160$ I'm not paying 200 and something dollars buyer and people please don't give them any business they are a waste of time and money

This has been my go to place for 3 cars(20 yrs+) now. I cant tell you how much i appreciate their honesty & service. I knew i heard a noise so i had them check. Yuup! It sure was an expensive noise but it was fixed in a day! My 11 yr old car is like new again. It was nice that the owner was willing to offer a payment plan. They always give me a ride home too! They will have my business forever.

I have been coming here for over10 years! love the punch card for oil changes as I've gotten a few free ones in the past. also love that most of the time i dint need an appointment to get an oil change. Mariska is always helpful in mentioning ads if they are available. they have always been honest & fair to me which means more than getting a cheaper deal. my whole family comes here now!

I was ten minutes late for my first appointment at this shop. The owners/staff were very kind and accommodating and still let me keep the appointment, even though it was the last slot for the day. Very nice and friendly. Comfortable little waiting area. There was an adorable puppy there too and they were nice enough to humor my love of dogs and let me pet her for a while. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back here again.

My wife and I have been customers at this shop for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. They employ highly trained technicians and the rates are very reasonable. I have never thought that they were trying to "upsell" me on anything (i.e., they don't try to sell parts you don't need). My wife feels comfortable coming to this shop alone and has always been treated well by the staff. Being a "computer geek" I appreciate the fact they they always have the latest equipment (this is important since nearly every car now has a computer onboard).

Very kind and considerate staff. Service performed in a timely manner. Honest and down to earth family owned business that sincerely cares about the quality of their services and the satisfaction of their customers.

Dealing with this company is a nightmare. Their customer service is terrible. I've actually had them hang up in my face after answering a question. STAY AWAY.

Service is good until after you pay them. After you pay they simply walk away from you while you are talking to them. Dave has something to learn about customer service, I have never been that insulted after spending over $1000 getting new tires. After spending all that money and 4 visits to get the tpms to work he finally tells us that they cannot reset the system and we would have to go to the dealer.

When I told him he should have told us that before they worked on the car and telling my wife that it would reset itself, which is a lie, he simply said "let's say that was our mistake" turned around and walked away. They also did a front end alignment and now the front end is squeaking they simply said they cannot duplicate but if you drive the car fir more than 5 feet you can here it squeak. UPDATE - Yes Northwest did call me a couple of days after this incident and did the right thing. For that I give them a thumbs up for doing the right thing.
