Several years back I had work done to my van which required a door being replaced. Northfield collision stated that the door will be covered for life for corrosion. Fast forward a few years and I had some corrosion at the bottom of the door. Northfield lived up to their warranty and covered and fixed the door at no cost. Highly recommend using them.

I recently hit a deer that did a lot of damage to the front end of my car. Northfield collision did a great job of repairing the vehicles outward appearance, however I had to bring my car back for more repairs after they initially cleared it for release. Still it has issues with the steering, and since I've gotten it back my check engine light has been on wich they will not repair.

I have issues with a company that, when repair costs would be clearly covered by insurance, will not repair a car to completion. They communicated well, but between the extended repair time and issues that remain still, I would not recommend them as a facility worth trusting your vehicle to.

After a few accidents over the past year my car looked absolutely terrible. I took my car to Northfield Collison and they did such an amazing paint job and body work, way better than the ford dealership! its unreal how beautiful, and new my car looks, and how fast the process took! Cannot forget about the wonderful customer service too, id recomend this place to any and everyone.

Staff is super friendly. They did an awesome job with my Jeep. Only took them a little over two weeks. My car is like brand new! I was referred to Northfield Collision by my insurance company after damaging my car. Everyone that I came in contact with were nice and professional. They got my car in quickly and returned to me when promised. They did a walk around with me to ensure I was happy with the work. I highly recommended Northfield Collision. I hope, I never have to use them again, but would if needed.

I highly recommend Northfield Collision! After making an unfortunate acquaintance with two deer, I was referred to Northfield Collision by my insurance company. The assistance I received was very good and professional. My attendant thoroughly explained my estimate, pointing out everything on my vehicle that would need to be repaired. The printed paperwork was very detailed.

They were very attentive - I never had to wait to be served. I received a ride to the rental car agency, even though it was only two blocks away. When I came to retrieve my vehicle, earlier than expected, I couldn't tell that it ever had any damage at all. They also allowed me to leave my rental car at their shop, which was a nice convenience.
