Michael opened the shop to provide a valuable service that people need and to help others. Today, we are a very busy auto repair shop, with Michael, Mary Anne, and their daughters all behind the counter.

Diagnosis & Repair - Better than the Dealership My BMW has been a very faithful car, especially (for me) considering it's turbocharged. The brakes have been a bit of a challenge, though. The front brakes (rotors and pads) were replaced by the dealer under warranty and it was time to do that again. The car 'shuddered' when the brakes were applied and I thought it was an uneven rotor surface but that didn't change when the dealer replaced the brakes.
Oh well. When NSAC was working on the front brakes, they identified that the upper control arms (on both sides) had a lot of 'play' and needed to be replaced. They described what I would be feeling as a result of this excess 'play' and it was exactly the shudder I was experiencing. I told them to perform the replacement and the car is again, smooth during braking that way it was when I bought it.
Not only did the dealer not identify the issue, a specialty BMW shop run by an ex-BMW mechanic didn't. My sons and and all bring our cars to NASC. They are very competent, honest, flexible and the entire team is a pleasure to deal with. We recently moved to the area and chose NASC because of their stellar reputation. It's well deserved. You would do well to trust your cars to NASC. - IRA

Efficient! Very friendly girls in the front! Went there for an inspection and failed. (They said all 4 of my tires were dry rotted, and my mechanic of 20 years disagrees, but he's not an inspection station.) There were various lights out, so I knew I would fail, and had to get things fixed. Registry gave me 3 weeks! So, I replaced the lights, ect, and after waiting for tires, NSAC was nice enough to squeeze me in on the last day at the last minute and save my registration!

NSAC is the best. Very professional, experienced and honest. I always know I am leaving my vehicle in the best hands! I can always count on them to get the job done right. I spoke with Sarah extensively all throughout the experience, and she was knowledgeable, transparent, and understanding. I ended up with a very large bill due to a failed power transfer unit and drive shaft in my AWD vehicle and they handled it with a lot of experience and kindness. I'll be going back here for all my vehicles needs from now on, because I've never had a shop so thoroughly explain the problems and solutions, or expected maintenance requirements.

First time using this place. The ladies at the front counter were very friendly and helpful. I ran over a screw on the way to work. So I took my tire here at noon time, which I'm guessing is a very busy time for them, and asked if they could help. The garage looked very busy, so one of the ladies at the front counter took my tire and had it plugged for me within 10 minutes. I would definitely use this place again. Thank you very much!
