Fantastic experience at this place. Had to get my tailgate for my Tacoma replaced because some scumbags stole it. Worked with my insurance and then directly with Mark (ask for him!) at North Ranch and the whole process was very easy, clear and well managed. He managed to accommodate my schedule by getting me in a bit earlier than they thought they could and sourced A+ grade parts to fix my truck. 10/10 recommend

When I drop off my car, I asked them if it was possible to paint half of the part where there was the damage, they told me they can't do that, because it was a single part. Well, On the day of picking up my car I realized that they painted until half of my bumper where they had some risks, a lot of hypocrisy. I am totally dissatisfied with the service, there is a mark in the painting that are very visible

Todd and his crew are the best! We've been taking our cars here for years, but more recently had something happen to our steering and our truck wouldn't drive. We called AAA, but couldn't find a place to take the car because it was Memorial Day. Todd took our call, worked it out for us to get it to his place and took care of us. Amazing service and body work!

North Ranch Bodycraft was a preferred body shop that State Farm recommended. They did an excellent job replacing my driver's side window due to theft/vandalism. Todd was my main point of contact, he was very kind and communicative throughout the whole process. Their work has a lifetime guarantee and should anything else happen to my car, I would definitely return.

Not one to post reviews often, but everyone I worked with here was incredibly helpful. Had a fairly straightforward repair of my bumper and they walked me through everything they'd be doing. Quick turnaround, great service. Really appreciate Todd and team's knowledge and guidance. Highly recommend!

Promised like new repair. Took the car back 3 times to repair mistakes made by them and every time it came back with another issue and given illegitimate excuses. Don't waste your time.

I love this bodyshop. Todd originally helped me a couple of years ago when I'd been in a bad accident on the 405. He was attentive, thorough, fair, and went above and beyond to walk me through the whole process anxiety-free. I'm a convert, and always send people here when in need of the craftsman-approach. Everybody at this business does incredible work, and I appreciate the personal touch Todd always provides very very much!

Their work is excellent. I have been there twice and you can't even tell where there was any body work done on my car, even I can't tell. Todd is very knowledgeable. I give them four stars, no reflection on their work, it is absolutely the best. I would have given them 5 stars but they don't take American Express.

These guys were just great. Fixed my car quickly (less than 1 week) when there was a lot of rear end damage. Mark was really nice, very professional. I highly recommend them.

Went in for an estimate to get my Auto Body Fixed. The individual that hit me was going to pay for it out of his pocket, and asked if I could take it to this business for a quote. The quote came in higher ( $3100) than the individual wanted to pay. So they submitted it to their insurance. ((It turned out the Body Shop inflates bids for people without insurance. and screws Private Parties. They adjusted the bid to $2600. ($3100 is 18% More) WHAT A RIP OFF IF YOUR ARE COMING OFF THE STREET. Never take the first estimate.

I originally called the Thousand Oaks location and they told me to call the Venice location since I lived in the area. I called and spoke with Mark and he was very polite and helpful in getting my 1982 Mercedes Benz 240d in for a hit and run that did some decent damage on the rear passengers side door. There was a substantial dent to the door, the chrome trim had to be replaced as it was dented and the paint got pretty chewed up.

Originally I had went to a bodyshop that my insurance (AAA) suggested but they could not work on my car due to its age AFTER I drove all the way over there (30 min drive). Luckily at North Ranch Bodycraft & Glass, Mark told me I would be okay and he even made sure that the pinstripe on the car was preserved and not affected by the repair job. They did a fantastic job and she looks great!

It was such a relief to pick her up. When I came to get her Todd was there and helped me out. Overall, the price was fair, they were very good with communication while being noticeably busy (rainy season) and I am glad that I drove over there the day that I did. Thanks Mark and the team!

I called AAA for a battery change. They were out before the time that AAA said they would be. Steve was super cool to work with. He changed battery quickly. He was very professional. This is the second time I have used U.S.A. for AAA service. Always have been courteous and efficient.

Was recommended by some friends to go to Bodycraft so I went to the Venice location for a quote on some scratches and Mark helped me out. He was great! He really took his time even though I could see he was very busy. He polished up the scratches for me and it looked as though they were never there at all. Everyone there was so polite. Awesome customer service. Life-time customer right here. I will definitely recommend this body shop to everyone I know! Thank you Mark!

The front end of my beloved 2007 Toyota Land Cruiser recently smashed by another driver and it seemed to me to be a profound amount of damage. I called my State Farm agent and they mentioned North Ranch Bodycraft in Venice as being an approved vendor. In the past, I've used Caliber Collision on my rear-ended Audi and while they did a good job, I had lesser damage and it took a few weeks longer.

I live closer to North Ranch so I called them instead this time. I got Manager Todd Hawkins on the phone and he immediately dispatched a tow truck. The following day I went in to discuss the repair. Todd was super nice, knowledgeable, accurate, and most importantly, gave an honest assessment of the damage. 5 weeks later, I picked up my LC and it was as nice as the day I got it!

I mean, flawless. The paint on my LC is a complex metallic grey but they matched it perfectly. North Ranch is a smaller operation but they delivered quality work in a timely fashion. If you find yourself in need of auto body repair, go there and ask for Todd!

My State Farm auto insurance agent recommended North Ranch. My car side view mirror was partially broken in a hit-and-run accident, so I was looking for a cheap fix. North Ranch helped me order the part and they snapped it on for me at no charge. I will be going back to North Ranch in the future.

The work they did for me was excellent, my car looks brand new. I was worried because I had never had work done on my car before really, but they went above and beyond. The car was ready right on time, there was a small scare that it wouldn't be done, but they made it happen. They are right near a Hertz rental facility and Hertz will come pick you up so it's a convenient place to get a rental car too.

They also worked with State Farm so I didn't have to deal with any of that. Overall I had a good experience and will go there again if I ever need their services. One side note, my damage was on the bumper but also on the undercarriage, I drove out for a quote (they seem to always be booked two weeks out so be aware) and they didn't lift the car up to see the undercarriage they just poked their head under my car and said it'll be about $1,000.

It ended up being $2,000, so just be aware that if your damage is hard to access it might not be worth it to go in for a quote just schedule your appointment for two weeks out.

I got my car repaired here about 1 year ago, but I am considering returning for body work. I was involved in a collision, and these guys truly took care of my car. In only 2 weeks, my car came back to me in brilliant condition. They even gave care to correct panel alignment. The detail they did on my car lasted a month, too. (I don't even park in a garage) I noticed when I left the shop that my hose for the windshield washer was not spraying.

I'm not sure if it was related to the collision or not, but I returned to North Ranch and addressed the issue. They repaired it in an hour or two for no addition charge. Great guys and exceptional service!

They are one of the kindest most efficient team I have come across. They whole staff is awesome! Had to take my car to body shop due to accident but was worried could not drive my car since left signal wasn't working. The team drove to my house and picked it up. Through the week, they kept me updated via text and phone about the progress of my car.

My repairs were completed on time and there was no sneaky fees or extra issues that mechanics tend to add up. In fact they also fixed a minor issue I had with my car for free! I highly recommend this shop. Honest, kind, just good ol plain and simple awesome customer service!

We brought my wife's Mercedes SUV to North Ranch after a recommendation from our insurance agent. She was invoved in a minor fender bender that caused damage to the front valance and grill. Knowing how expensive Mercedes parts can be, we were ready for anything. Mark Zivojinovic took a look at it and much to our surprise, told us we needed fewer parts than expected, and that he could do the work at a price that made us smile.

I was in need of some major auto body repair on my VW JETTA! Todd stayed true to his expert quote and quality of work! He said it would take 5 days to repair. They got it back to me in four days! They saved some money on my rental car. Thank you again North Ranch Bodycraft! % SATISFIED! KEN My VW Jetta needed it's trunk latched repaired. After Todd special ordered the part' he called ME over to install said peice. It took a little over a half an hour. Once again TOP NOTCH service with Todd and his CREW

Wow! From the moment I dealt with Mark I knew this was the place to have work done on my beloved truck. Customer service is great! The quality of work is AMAZING! They transformed the look of my truck. I told Mark not to worry about saving the grille letters, but when I got back in the vehicle, they were in perfect tact in the console, super score as these at impossible to find anywhere. I would not hesitate to bring my truck here again, or recommend it to anyone.

If you just need a new bumper or fender bolted on and painted they can probably do a decent job, but stay away if any bodywork is involved. After North Ranch fixed the car, my car had major paint flaws and the body contours were poorly matched in the area that needed repair. I pointed out the issues to the manager is he was very willing to redo the paint and bodywork.

On the second try the paint was ok, by the quality of the bodywork was still sub par. The manager did offer to try again, but I needed my car back, and it seemed to be unlikely that there would be much improvement on the third try.

Great shop because their staff is great to work with, and the quality of their work is top notch. They are good at what they do- they delivered within 3$ on a 800$+ estimate and performed the job as they described in the estimate. They estimated the cost and timing accurately, and delivered when expected with a high quality result. The job was performed during the busy Christmas/New Years time, and was completed within one week, as expected.

The result is very high quality- i can't visually tell where the damage was. Customer Service was great- honest people who will take care of you here. I would come back again and give them my business, if i ever need car body work again. (knock on wood).

I have been taking my cars here since 2005. Every time I pick up my car, it looks better than I expect. It's a bit more expensive than most other shops I have priced out in the past, but the quality of work these guys provide can't be matched. No joke.
