Purchased my 2008 Nissan Titan with 138,000 miles on it. Jeff and his team at Nisstech have been servicing it for years now. Jeff and his team is best described as being professional knowledgeable accommodating along with great integrity. So when looking for someone to maintain your Nissan vehicle the above qualities should be the most important to you as there are to me By the way my vehicle was just there this past week for routine maintenance.

Nisstech is the only place i go for service and repairs. 100% honest.they only use factory parts and are just as good as dealer (if not better) at reasonable cost. They will never recommend anything thats unnecessary and treat your vehicle as if it was their vehicle. If you own a nissan or Infiniti, you should be going to nisstech.

His prices might be higher than you might expect elsewhere but he's been working on Nissans for so long he deserves to be paid for the experience he has because he gets the job done right and in a timely manner. Nisstech Imports is an awesome place. They are honest and fair. Their service is quick and most importantly cost effective. As long as I own a Nissan/Infiniti product I will go to Nisstech. We used them for 6 years and have had 5 vehicles serviced here and all taken care of perfectly. You can't go wrong.

Simply put - there isn't a better / fairer / competent Nissan techs out there. I'm a pretty fair wrench - but I was unfamiliar with the Nissan Xterra I bought- and always like to have folks who know the product give it the "once over". They went over it with a comb - knowing all the "weak links" and pointing them out to me (my car passed with a A). but just the fact they spent that time with me showed me the type of people they are.

And to Top it Off. the "charge" to do this was ridiculously reasonable. So --- don't waste your time going elsewhere. If you are thinking of buying a Used Nissan - save yourself a potential headache- and bring it here FIRST! Of course - I did it back asswards - but that's how I do most everything. Just got lucky this time!

Great honest company to work with. Jeff and his staff are top notch at what they do and the work they perform. They are NOT cheap but the work they perform is excellent, on time as promised, and they do what they say and the price is what they tell you. Just remember if you go somewhere else for a cheaper price that sometimes free cost too much.

This was my first visit to Nisstech Imports. Several things impressed me but I'll just share the one thing that impressed me the most. Their clients. While sitting in the waiting room waiting for my brakes to be completed, I had the opportunity to chat with 3 other clients. All 3 wanted to talk about one thing and one thing only. They all told me how many years they have been clients of Nisstech and why they were such loyal customers.

That was so impressive. I was told by all 3 that the work was done timely, honestly, using factory parts and for less $ than a dealer could do it for. Until Jeff and his crew show me anything other than what those 3 clients shared with me I'll be loyal as well. Great job guys and a BIG thank you!

Great experience here each and every time I visit for work on my wife's Infinity. Jeff and his crew do an exceptional job and are very accommodating to all. Very friendly, helpful with answering questions and offering assistance should you need it. The email service reminders are quite helpful as well. Keep up the great work gentleman.

I've been taking my cars here for years and never have been disappointed. It's hard for a woman to find a good mechanic, someone that won't take advantage of you. They are very honest and reasonable!

NissanTech is one of the best Mechanics around town for Nissan and infinity vehicles. I just moved here from Colorado and got a lot work done on my Nissan Maxima when I was in Colorado. The Mechinc in Colorado keep telling me different problem with my car and I end up spending $1500 and the problem didn't go away and it was time to move to Charlotte.

When I got here I research for a good and honest Mechanic! yes I did say honest. First I was skeptical taking my car to Nissan Tech due to bad experience in Colorado, but I was glad that I took my car to them they are excellent mechanics.

I have been with these AWESOME guys x 28 yes.from their old shop in Indian Trail. I am a 'senior' now and after 3 300ZXs just can't get in/out of these lower cars any longer. Mine finally died and went to Z car Heaven.so I am looking for another vehicle. I feel lost out there now.and don't trust anyone like I did here @ Nisstech.

If it wasn't needed they didn't say it did to add $$$ to a bill.ever. They fixed what was wrong, gave a heads-up on anything that might be coming down the road, never made me feel bad for calling to ask a question about anything I observed with my Z-car. 28 years ought to say it all!

I just recently traded in my Infiniti, switching to a non-Nissan branded vehicle. One concern that I have now is where to find a place to service it that I would trust as much as I did Nisstech with the Infiniti. My Infiniti was generally reliable and only had a few problems, so I did not have to visit them often, but for the times that I did have to go to Nisstech, they always promptly repaired the car for a reasonable price. Also, while just sitting and waiting for your car to be ready, you can overhear the detailed, in-depth advice that they give to other customers.

They know their Nissans, Infinitis, and Datsuns, and it shows. I have always found Nisstech to be reliable, trustworthy, and reasonable, and have recommended them to my co-workers who own Nissans (even though it is a hike across town from our office).

Top quality service that is honest and dependable. Wouldn't go anywhere else with my Nissan.

We have two Nissans in our family and I wouldn't consider taking them to anyone else. Nisstech has been taking care of these cars for eight years and I've never had a problem. I trust Jeff. He doesn't add a lot of additional work, and if something doesn't need to be fixed he'll tell you that also. The prices are not cheap, but they are reasonable. If you have a Nissan you won't do better than Nisstech.
