Towed my car there without asking me where i wanted to tow vehicle so ended up having to pay again for them to tow it to my location. Then to top it off waited 3hrs for them to drop my car off and they never came. So i called and found out they left my car around the corner from where it was supposed to be delivered parked with the key hidden with no heads up that it was delivered.

So, my side mirror got stolen of Toyota rav 4 hybrid xle 2021. Geico's inspector suggested I go here. They didn't attach it right and it f*****n fell off! It was loose and I told him. He said it's a new part, gonna be that way half an hour before it fell off. I immediately went to another body shop to get it fixed. Never come here.

Total scam artists and terrible customer service. Please save your money and go somewhere else. These guys will steal from you.

My car shut off on me and was towed here. Two gentlemen in their pick up truck noticed me and offered to help me. they knew a place ti bring my car and would try to catch them before they closed. The time was about 10 to 5pm. He called the shop. I assume they're friends. They hooked my car up to their pick up truck and took me there literally like 5-6 blocks.

I paid them a fee of $80. When we got there, i can tell they were preparing to close but i asked anyway if he could atleast tell me what he thinks it could be that caused my car to do what it did, just based on his knowledge and me explaining to him what happened. He said no and that they're closing. I respected it. I had to be to work anyway in the next 20 mins.

So we agreed that i would leave my car there over night and that he'd loook at it first thing in the morning. Now having had time to think i decided that first thing in the morning I'd have my car picked up and brought to my dealership. My car is brand new and shouldn't be having these issues. So i called first thing in the morning and told them that i scheduled a tow truck to pick up my car.

I was told that that wouldn't be necessary because they fixed the car and it was currently being test driven. I was a little confused because i didn't get a phone call about the findings or anything and already the car was fixed?! Allegedly it was a blown fuse. I insisted that I'd have the car picked up and that no one called me to tell me of the findings and if i wanted them to fix anything.

They were asking for me to pay about $75 because they had already fixed the "blown fuse". Long story short after being hung up on several times and having to cal back because the tow truck was already en route and being called broke and that i didn't want to pay the $75. It was agreed upon to just pay the over night fee of about $27 in which i paid over the phone and was again hung up on.

My car was picked up and test driven at my dealership and it was shutting off still. I actually needed an oil change. In this case i feel they could have had the potential to be god and i feel they knew they were wrong for just going ahead and doing anything to someone's car without communicating. This is a case of principle. Having a car, $75 is literally nothing.

So it wasn't the price it's principal. Would they have fixed something worth $500 before contacting me not knowing if they'd get paid or if i even wanted them to fix it. I appreciate them holding my car over night. I needed that and i wanted it to be looked at so i can have an idea. The customer service was decent at first then went horrible. I wouldn't recommend this place because they folded under pressure.

Fair place and as affordable as can be they will work with you to get you your car finished at a good price.

Came in to have the engine splash guard re-attached as it was sagging and scraping, they had me up on the lift and done in 20 minutes flat. Only charged the minimum for the lift. Will return

Good mechanics and staff. They have been taking care of my autos for years.

My experiences: Reasonable prices, reasonable time and cost expectations, no problems with their work. Everything has been straightforward and easy. They have been my go-to mechanic for the past four years, and have done exhaust work, brakes, tires, oil, inspections, etc. on my car. I highly recommend them!

No attempt at proper pandemic procedure. No masks on anyone; tiny unventilated office where I stood 20 minutes while unmasked men laughed, chatted and talked on the phone. Mechanic unmasked in and out of my car interior. Totally ignorant and disrespectful.

The owner is the mechanic, pleasant Israeli gentleman, he is very honest.

Though the work they do is usually good, today I had a run in with them. They serviced our car & all is fine. They parked our car on the street and it happened to directly in front of our apartment and exactly where we often park. I asked to grab my keys and I'd leave the car in PUBLIC STREET PARKING where it was. They forced me to move my car so that they could move another one of their cars into that spot. It's public street parking, not their lot. They were belligerent and I felt uncomfortable that I would be harassed if I didn't move it. I likely will not use their services again.

Harris is one of the most professional and helpful mechanics we've had the pleasure to work for. He's very transparent with all the work he does and figuring out what could be wrong with your car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have been going to Broadway Automotive since we got our (used) car in 2009. They do great work, they're really kind and easy to deal with, and *most importantly* they are honest and trustworthy. I've had several experiences where I was impressed by them telling me my car did not need any work even though I thought it did. That speaks volumes. I highly recommend these guys.

On three separate occasions I was stranded and Broadway Automotive always showed up super fast! One time all I needed was a jump, the second time my battery was totally dead but the guy had come prepared and actually had the correct battery with him. No problem! The third time they rescued me; I had been in an accident and was freaking out. The guy was a total gentleman, made me laugh it off, and made sure I got home safely. They are a great tow company in NY, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This winter, my wife was broken down in a very hazardous location. Broadway Automotive responded quickly and the serviceman arrived very fast to the rescue! He was concerned about her safety first, made quick work of the tow and minimized our costs by his efficient delivery of our vehicle to a garage. Two days ago, their service responded to my dead battery call.

They provided prompt, honest service, evaluated my problem and replaced my battery within forty minutes of my first call to them. They were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I recommend NYC Towing very highly. They are the best!

I cannot say enough nice things about these guys. I just sold my 1983 Mercedes Benz diesel. They worked on it for 6 years and were always honest and fair, and always did a great, clean job. Highly recommended!

Could see us right away and not only diagnosed the alarming sounds coming from the breaks, they fixed it for a small amount of dollars too. I'm very grateful to Broadway Automotive's work on our car and I definitely will go back, even if I have to make a small detour.

Got an oil change here 2 months ago after I purchase my first car from an Auction, drove my car 800 miles now my oil is charcoal black. When I first entered the garage I explained to them I wasn't sure which oil my car was using at the time before the work was done so the little Mexican guy they have proceeded to change my oil anyway. As I now look the receipt I see he also put the wrong oil. 5w40 Reg and my car uses 10w 30 so this dude had no care in the world what would happen to my car.

I ask for diagnostic test on my car because I had a check engine light and I wanted to repair the vehicle. Put it like this I was charged $122 for an oil change and the little Mexican dude putting the diagnostic machine and tell me the error code. The man also put fake work done to my car as he stated on the receipt changed and rotated tires, checked brakes and all fluids as I was there when everything was being done and I'm obliviously not F**king blind. long story short I will be visting this establishment in a few weeks with an attorney and the COPS U f**King Thieves covered in oil Smfh

Nice. Courteous. Fast. Efficient. Did not gauge me. I have gotten a car inspection there a number of times, including today. I ha e also gotten tires changed. Will use again.

The good news: they did the work, they finished in a timely manner and they were friendly. The other news: I came in with a clunking noise in my car. They diagnosed it as bad shocks and struts and offered to replace them, which they did. However, this didn't solve the problem. Additionally, I asked for some minor body work to be done and was given a price. They then took it upon themselves to do more work then we asked them to do and tried to charge us more than originally agreed upon.

I recently used Broadway Automotive towing service. Much to my surprise the truck arrived within 10 minutes of me calling; the driver said he had just finished a call in the area. He changed my tire and put all my tire tools back in the vehicle and secured them doing a really nice job. I called this NYC towing and also commended the driver. Thank you so much, it would have taken me hours to change my tire and figure out where everything was at. Would use Broadway Automotive again in the future and recommend to others.

We had our vehicle towed through Broadway Automotive earlier this morning. This tow company in New York helped us get our vehicle to the mechanic's shop to be worked on. I just wanted to let them know how much I appreciated their service. It was VERY timely. The guy who towed our car was very helpful and friendly (not to mention pretty adorable)! My experience with tow companies in the past has been horrible so it is so nice to have a good experience. I just wanted to compliment all the staff at Broadway Automotive on superior service! I had my car's alignment done here, because I was in the Washington Heights area. The alignment came out okay, but they weren't finished at the time they gave me ( about an hour later ) and I feel I was overcharged. The customer service was cold, and the counter person said they were having a busy day in a smug way. I won't be going back there

I've gone to this mechanic twice, once for new brake pads and once for an estimate on some body damage to my car.and I have refused to go back. I believe they didn't have the standard parts to switch out the brake pad so they gave me a subpar product. As a result my brakes would make a terrible screeching sound anytime I stopped. When it rained, forget it.it screeched even louder.

When I took my car into another shop, they told me that the brake pads were poorly installed and fixed it right away. After this first experience, I should have never returned. The second time I went to this business, I simply needed an estimate for some body damage repair. A woman who worked there told me that I would have to pay for the estimate.

Pay for an estimate? NOBODY charges for an estimate, and if they do, you should RUN.which is exactly what I did. It's unfortunate that this is such a shady place, as it's conveniently located very nearby. Sigh!

I've gone back to this place several times and I'm finally finished. I always felt like they were chearting me. Twice I've asked for a wheel alignment. The first time, there were other requests I made, so they were like, 'oh, we forgot to do it.' The second time they claimed they did it, I paid for it and it doesn't drive like they did it.

I finally took it into someplace else and they said, it was only halfway done, never was balanced and had to be redone. They treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about when I requested the service. I will never go back to them again.

My 1990 Honda Civic had a tune-up and the car ran better than ever - I could tell the difference.and then I needed a new starter and alternator - the car was starting intermittently. They showed me how they diagnosed it and fixed it while I waited.(It's not like they didn't have other business, either.). I used their wifi to work on my laptop while I waited.

Plus the guys in the garage sing while they work - an added bonus. A nice place with nice people. I wrote the first review in 2008. I believe management changed a few years ago. I sold my car a few years ago, so I can't vouch for this place anymore.
