A. First off, if you are here, you are on the right track! We will help you through this process and make it and easy one. You should contact your insurance agent first. They will provide you with information on how you can have an insurance adjuster assess the damage to your vehicle. You do not need to get estimates at this time.

People usually don't take the time to write reviews for places that meet or beat their expectations. Instead, people tend to write reviews on places they are unhappy with in an effort to warn others about how they were treated. I am writing this review to tell others about my fantastic experience with a locally owned small business, New Visions, here in Frisco.
Recently a hail storm came through and caused major damage to my home's roof and my autos. Overall, I was most upset about my car, as I have worked my butt off to get my dream car which now looked like a golf ball. I called several places to get estimates on paintless dent repair, but one company stood out based on the level of customer service provided. Tanya, who answered all of my questions over the phone told me, "even if you don't choose us to do the repairs, feel free to call and ask any questions you have, insurance related or whatever".
The thing is, she had answered all of my questions and some. I dropped my Porsche off at their shop, hoping I made a wise decision with a check for $2,295 that my insurance (Allstate) gave me in hand. When oil changes at the dealership cost $350, I knew I was being dealt a bad deal from my insurance company. I was dealt a bad deal. Tanya and Brian took care of everything and made the insurance company pay what they should have, which was around 9k, and I didn't have to fight with the insurance company.
They did that for me. Now to the most important part.the results. Brian is an artist and a perfectionist. He removed every dent, ding, imperfection, you name it. The car looks better then the day I bought it. This is how all businesses should operate, quality customer service and expertise all around. If you need paintless dent repair, these are the guys to go to.

WOW! I am completely blown away by what New Visions was able to do with my Infiniti. I had owned my Q50 for 4 months when I got trapped in a crazy hail storm on the freeway. I was told by my insurance company that I'd need to replace the entire hood because of the number and depth of the dings from the hail. Brian and Tanya got looking like new again.
When I dropped the car off with them and when I came back to pick it up, they took me through a full inspection of the car. They clearly set expectations about what they'd be able to do, and then proceeded to beat them. I could not be more impressed with the level of attention to detail that this team has. Amazing work. Brian is the Rembrandt of the paintless dent repair world. Not Monet, not Picasso, but Rembrandt. One of the Masters. We had a very nasty dent in the top edge of our new 2015 Honda Pilot. It was right on the top ridge line of the cargo area in an area where it is double-walled. My wife and I were quite upset because there is no way you want your new vehicle with less than 2,000 miles to go in the shop and get Bondo and painted because you know eventually it's going to show.
That is why we decided to look at paintless dent repair first. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found New Visions. We would have been happy even if he had only gotten most of the dent out. We were so shocked to see that we couldn't even see where the dent had been! Brian did a spectacular job of removing a very nasty dent and we greatly appreciate it.

Brian and Tanya are amazing! My husband and I have both used them for our cars and were extremely pleased with their customer service and the repair work. My car had a smaller dent, but it was almost more of a crease and was very difficult for Brian to get out, but he continued to work on it until it was gone and you could see NO evidence that it ever existed. I won't use anyone else for dent repair!

Called New Visions out to fix a few (or so I thought) hail dents on a new car. I did the online estimate and got my quote and I was pleased with the price. Once they got out there they discovered nearly twice as many dents in twice as many body panels. Needless to say I saw the dollar signs. To my surprise however they ended up giving me a very reasonable price which I agreed to and they got to work.
I will warn, watching them work isn't for the faint of heart, especially on a new car. However after several hours of work I went out there and didn't see a single dent. I'm thrilled by the quality of their work, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Hopefully I never need this kind of work done again, but if I do I'll be quick to call New Visions again.

Absolutely amazing work! I used to use Jeff Detrich from Auto Dents and Dings for going on 10 years. However, he retired and I was looking for someone I could trust to work on my vehicles. I put a rather nasty 4 inch crease in my new Silverado. I decided to try New Visions Dent Repair based on the positive reviews I have seen. Please understand that I am extremely particular.maybe a little OCD about imperfections on my vehicles.
When they got done repairing my vehicle, I could not find the damage. They did that good of a job. I think Brian maybe more particular about quality than even the most demanding of customers. I believe it is a matter of personal pride and it shows in his work. I would highly recommend them!

When I first saw their work on my truck, I was literally speechless! I recently purchased a new Dodge Ram and not long after I bought it, I found a large dent/ crease in the passenger rear door. I was told by three or four different automotive professionals that the dent would need to be repaired by a body shop because it was damaged beyond the possibility of paintless dent repair.
I was referred to New Visions by a friend who assured me that they could definitely repair it without bodywork, and I have to say I was skeptical, but I figured I'd at least try it in effort to avoid having bondo & paint work done on my new truck. I was AMAZED that Brian was able to completely remove the dent & crease in my truck. I honestly would have been happy even if there was still a small sign of the crease, but when he finished, I couldn't even find where the dent or crease was originally located on the door.

"Miraculous" was the first word word I said when I saw the result of Bryan's work. He took a very complex dent and gently massaged it away. His patience and obvious craftsmanship was something to behold. My car is two months old and a careless, unknown coworker put a sizable dent in the rear door on the driver's side. I found New Visions after some research on the paintless dent removal procedure.
I used their quick estimate tool and sent in some pictures of the damage. I was quickly contacted by Tanya, who provided a very reasonable estimate for the repair. She then set up an appointment for the work to be done at my office. Tanya called me the night before to confirm our appointment. Bryan and Tanya arrived at my office on time and performed the work. Apart from their expert work and fantastic reults, Bryan and Tanya are just good people, a pleasure to talk to and do business with. I highly recommend New Visions!

Brian and Tanya are true masters at their craft. I took my car to New Visions after reading several of the reviews on goole and am beyond pleased. I got some fairly decent hail damage on my 5 day old 370z. They were able to make the car look as if it rolled off the assembly line. There isn't a single visible remainder of any of the damage. You can tell these two truly take pride in the job they do. Their customer service is phenomenal. I wouldn't think twice about referring New Vision to anyone. If you want your car done right take it to them.

Awesome quality. Prompt service. They come to you! Had dents on both front fenders on my Toyota Tundra, one dent running about 9 inches long. Brian and Tanya did an fabulous job restoring the fenders back to brand new condition. Brian is extremely particular with the quality of his work, and it shows. One of their competitors turned down the work, saying it was a job for a body shop. Am extremely pleased I found New Visions to do my repair work. If you have dents in your vehicle, give them a call.
