I emphatically recommend this auto shop to anyone needing a basic oil change to bigger more complicated repairs! The owner, managers, and front desk are people of integrity, professionalism and highly skilled in each of their roles. I would trust my 16 year old to bring their car to New Concepts alone, and have the confidence that they will do quality work and only what is necessary. I'm not taking my car anywhere else. New Concept is not just a fancy name, the whole experience was great. I got a full synthetic oil change at New Concept Auto Service and the communication was excellent, appt reminder, estimate was all done by text which was very efficient. I had to wait for a part and was kept up to date on the progress. Without waiting on the part the hole process would have been done in 30-45 minutes. Definitely going back.

The whole experience was great! Vicente and his team know how to fix a vehicle the right way, in a timely manner, for a great cost! They put new tires on my Ford Fusion, changed my brake pads and did an oil service. I left the shop with my car feeling brand new. Highly recommend! Outstanding service! I found New Concept Auto Service after another frustrating diagnostic appointment at Audi Shawnee Mission. New Concept charged me HALF of what Audi was asking, not to mention they were speedy! It's been months since the major repair. I waited to write this review to make sure the fix holds up. And yes, no issues! Front desk is also super accommodating and friendly. Making appointment is a breeze. no convoluted phone line transfers. I am never taking my car anywhere else.
