I began my career in the school bus industry with A.R.A over forty-five years ago. I brought a truckload for this company. I was never told they need driver assistance, Never been told I need to bring a pallet Jack. So then they dragged the load with chains. I didn't say anything. And they didn't even tell me that they don't have docks. Darlene refused to sign the paperwork, yelled at me, threatened to call 911. Then called her workers to throw me out of the property.
She had a really bad attitude. I don't recommend for anybody to bring a load here. If I could I would vote negative stars. Over all I had a really bad experience. Hopefully what has happened to me won't happen to you.
