Impala A/C problem Highly recommended! My husband and I were very satisfied with their service. They are doing business with honesty, very professional, responsible and efficient. They kept updating us with the car status. The owner and the staff were nice and understanding. It's a bit expensive, however, it's definitely worth it! Thank you very much!

I initially took my car to another shop in town to have the AC looked at. I knew I needed the compressor replaced and was pricing it out. Getting an AC system repaired is never cheap and I didn't expect it to be. However, the first shop tried to up charge for the new compressor almost 200 percent and the total cost was going to be near $2000. I then called Natale's after being referred to them by a coworker.

The quoted cost for the repair was half of the first shop and I was able to get my car in and fixed within a couple days. The communication was good as well and they even voluntarily offered a small discount on labor for military. Got the car back today and the AC is blowing freezing cold air just in time for a move to an area with average temps over 100. Great value and honest and professional service. Thank you Natale's!

Recently purchased an older high performance Japanese vehicle and searched the Monterey area for a automotive repair shop that could help me bring the vehicle to like new condition. Just wanted to say thank you to Natale's Auto Service for doing a great job with all the maintenance and repairs. It is a pleasure to cruise around in my 1992 Dodge Stealth Twin Turbo time capsule.

Thank you for bringing her back to her former glory. My technician Eric was truly amazing. I really can't say enough about how satisfied I am as a customer of Natalie's auto service. My work truck broke down and needed a ton of work. Natalie's went above and beyond my expectations with the quality of the repairs even giving me a great deal when some unexpected problems arose to help keep the cost down. I needed a truck in Monterey inspected (I'm in Southern California), and found papa Joe at Natale's. They made room to fit me in right away, then called me to tell me the mechanic started the inspection but quickly discovered that the necessary repairs would be more than the truck was worth, and they refused payment. This is the kind of integrity that is sorely lacking in business. My hat's off to these guys. I only wish I lived in the neighborhood so I could give them more business. Absolute consummate professionals. I highly recommend.

Finally going to Natale's Auto Service Center was the best decision I have made since I had major starting issues with my vehicle. At first I tried taking my car to my local dealership but they were not as professional, nor able to offer the quality work I was expecting to receive. I didn't have success with my starting issue there so I attempted to save some money and utilize my free time to try and diagnose what was the issue with my vehicle by working on it myself in my garage.

I was only able to get so far before my own mechanic savvy skills could no longer help me troubleshoot my problem. Before I knew it a year passed by and my car had just been sitting and I was almost nervous to have my car towed anywhere for service because of my bad experience when I had taken it to the dealership last time. So I hear through word of mouth about a local family owned automotive shop called Natale's in Monterey and even checked out the stellar reviews by the pleased customers who had been servicing their vehicles there.

Once I called and was able to book an appointment and had my car towed to their shop, it was only a matter of time until I received the call that my car was back to fully running, and running strong! Ever since then I always feel more than confident when I need service done to my car to take it over to Natale's Auto Service Center. It is a true family oriented business where I always feel comfortable and welcomed when I stop in and can drive off in my car with a big smile on my face. Professional, honest, quality, precision automotive service is all they offer there at Natale's Auto Service Center. I highly recommend them. During these challenging times of balancing significantly reduced income with day to day needs, it is uplifting to find a company that is honest, fair, professional and competent. Natales Auto Service is that organization! Papa Joe didn't hesitate when I told him I had a 26' RV that needed some work. Michelle's friendly, professional and thorough communication combined with Gary and Bob's way of explaining things without making you feel like an idiot will continue to make Natale's Auto Service our only choice for our Auto service needs. If I could make any suggestion it would be to not change a thing!

Mechanics you can trust! Took my car into this shop back in November after getting the run around at another shop down the road about a faulty evap valve connected to the service engine light. The mechanics here took a look at the faulty evap valve and told me there was actually a recall put out for it that would be fixed by the dealership. Other shop had wanted to charge me $600 plus 140 I paid for the original diagnostic.

The mechanics at Natale's didn't charge me anything for checking the valve and I was happily on my way to the dealership. Very military friendly, if you're at DLI this is the place to go, they won't take advantage of you like some of the other greasy shops around town.

These guys rock! Expertise in all makes and models of cars. Very honest people. Don't go anywhere else but Natale's.

Natale's is without a doubt the most honest and customer aware auto shop I've ever been to. I've been using them for around 2 years now and I'm definitely going to miss the quality service when I move. For one they always come in on the low end of parts pricing, I double check online before I take my car in to get an idea of how much I'll be paying and I always end up paying less then I expect.

These are the kind of guys that will go out of their way to get you what you need in a timely manner too. Bobby ordered a new sun visor for my Camry yesterday, I drove in today at the end of their work day and Billy installed for me and they didn't charge me labor. These guys without a doubt have hearts of gold and I wish every auto shop was this good.
