All the team members I spoke with were very personable, and did not rush any of the conversations I had during the time working on my truck, and waiting for parts. As a vet I really appreciate that, also Mr Rich is one hell of a mechanic. My truck drives straighter than ever before, I had my 4x4 components replaced. I will be a customer for life with this shop.

This is the first time we've taken a vehicle to Garrys. We have previously used another shop in Meridian that is quite pricey. I chose Garry's because of the many, many 5 star reviews. I sure wish mechanic shops didn't have such an untrustworthy stereotype. I took my GMC in because the brakes make a grinding sound after driving it for a while. I thought I may need to new brakes/rotors.

They said the brakes/rotors looked fine and would hate for me to spend $300-$500 on a new brake setup for no reason. They checked the wheel bearings and couldn't find any reason for the grinding sound. He said that mechanically and safety wise, everything was just fine. There was no charge for the inspection or brake check. Although I still don't think any brakes should make a grinding noise, I am grateful to know the car is still safe to drive and truly hope it is just a rough patch in the brake pad. I'd be willing to use Garry's again after this experience. I appreciate the fact that they were honest!

Great service from start to end. This was my first time taking there and they got me in quickly without any appointments as I needed to get on a road trip. All the recommendations were on point. Just some issue with check engine light as it was not there when I gave my car, but they were nice enough to fix that for me without any cost and seems it was the dust due to the repairs. I guess they gained a new client and I would recommend to take your car here for service.

I have been taking my(family) vehicles to Garry's for 17 years. They have serviced cars/trucks/SUVs for us. I have found them to be extremely honest and easy to have discussions with. There is never any "high pressure" for repair. They will thoroughly review your vehicle, give you a report of what's what and a cost for the individual repairs. You can choose if you wish to do some/all/none of the repairs, no pressure, it's all up to you.

They have saved me money over the years by their recommendations. All of their staff are extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. And. they have no problem answering questions, for those us us, who are not, mechanically inclined (another very big plus!).

My parents bought a car from them for way too much then what it was worth. EVERY time they took the car in for a check up/tune up there was always something that was $1000+ that needed work done. This started 26 days after the date of purchase. My dad had a truck that had less than 100k on it and he took it in for a routine service and tune up and comes back with a $3,200.00 bill that was not itemized. 5,000 miles later he took the truck back in and same situation huge bill not itemized but bill was paid in full at time of service.

We finally took the car they purchased to a different place and they told us they had been throwing money into a pit for far too long. The new place covered the bill and suggested we just trash the car. Garry's takes advantage of those who have the financial support and those who don't know anything about cars. My husband and I kept warning my parents but they felt they would listen to the professional. a car that was worth $1000.

They ended up putting 10,000 into. And Garry let them. So very disappointed and disturbing that a company could take advantage of an elderly couple trying to get a running car for their grandson. Never will use them. Very upset for the elderly abuse.

My experience with Garry's Automotive was by far the best experience that I've had with a mechanic. Not only were they able to get my car in the morning after I called, but they helped me prioritize what needed to be immediately fixed and what I should keep an eye on. My car was finished the same day and has been running great! Highly recommend for any car repairs and maintenance.

We have used Garry's Automotive for a couple of years now. They provide a great service, at a great price and go above an beyond to help their customers. Trust is earned, and in the automotive repair industry, in my experience, its rare. I've used Garry's for years now, and over that time I feel confident and comfortable that the staff is committed not only to quality work, but truth and integrity in servicing my vehicles. I greatly appreciate all their team does to keep our vehicles on the road.

Got charged for service that was WAY over the estimate! I have been to Garry's three times in the last 6 months and will never go back again. The first time I went in to get a valve fixed and paid about $550. I was fine to pay that to get it fixed but they said my car was in fantastic condition after that so I thought I wouldn't need to get any more repairs done for a while.

Then my check engine light came on a couple weeks later so I brought it back in for them to look at. They told me another part of my car to do with the valves needs to be fixed which was concerning since not too long before that they said everything else looked good. They quoted me $681 to get this fixed. Since I had just spent $550 a couple weeks before I wasn't in a position financially to spend the $681 right then, putting the work done on my car to $1,231 in total so I waited about 2 months to save up some more money and scheduled the appointment to have the crankcase regulating valve replaced.

When I went to pick up my car today, however, the total was $1,924 which was $1,243 more than I was quoted for! They did NOT call to notify me of the change in cost before the work was done on my car which if they had I would've told them to not do the work because I am not in a position to afford that much extra with absolutely no notice. It wasn't until I got home after paying that jacked up total that I realized that they completely took advantage of me and charged an obscene amount more than they quoted me for. Needless to say I will be contacting my credit card company and perhaps a lawyer to get this straightened out. DO NOT GO TO GARRY'S!

I had extensive engine and transmission work done on a 20 year old truck at Garry's. The work was completed in April 2021. They treated me well and listened to my needs. They performed excellent work. Recently, my truck developed an electrical issue. They diagnosed the issue and repaired it. It has been 8 months since the work was done and due to that work, I was not charged for the current issue. In addition to excellent mechanics, Customer Service is key and Garry's has both! A shop that goes above and beyond to show and describe anything they find that need attention. Told me about a small seep around my oil pan but mentioned that was pretty common for an older vehicle and didn't try to push servicing it. Recommended instead to keep an eye on it. Excellent experience here. I had some concerns with my F250 Diesel. They were able to fit me in for an inspection on fairly short notice, and only charged me for time. They determined there actually were no issues, and didn't try to sell any unnecessary service - none. On top of that, they provided a local shuttle to get us to the airport while the truck was being looked at. They had timely communication and clear answers. Much appreciated!

I was traveling through town on a family vacation with my wife and 11 month old daughter when we started having issues with our car late afternoon on a Friday. Visited Garry's Automotive for the first time to have my transmission and 4X4 component fluids changed out. Scheduling was very easy and their availability was accommodating. We dropped my truck off for service and the only snag we ran into was not having a shuttle ride available. Garry's does ask that customers notify them ahead of their appointment if you require a shuttle.

Other than that my truck was completed by their estimated timeframe and done well. I'm pleased with the services and price paid. I will use Garry's in the future for services I myself cannot perform.

Had a wonderful experience yesterday taking in our car for routine maintenance. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind! They got us in / out on time, and even sent the detailed inspection by email so we don't have to keep track of paperwork! Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. They want you to be happy and are not out trying to pad the bill. Repairs cost money but when you receive those repairs how you feel afterwards matters. Garry's automotive provide exceptional customer service. I was well informed on the issue, called before they took any action, corrected the issue, and issue was fixed in a few hours. Had a really rough day because my car stalled on the freeway due to a computer malfunction. Spoke to Jared over the phone and he was super empathetic and helpful! Had my car immediately towed to the location. Jared worked it in between appointments and had it fixed in less than 24 hours. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Great communication. Awesome customer service.
