I have had an ongoing problem with Craftsman Auto Body (now called Caliber Collision) since 2010, yes you read that right - over 5 years. My left axel on my car was damaged. It had to be replaced. Finally I got them to do it after much resistance and needing to prove, over and over, that they did not do the job correctly in the first place. I don't live near the Purcellville garage and had to take time off from work multiple days to sit out there while the repairs were not done right.
Finally they agreed to rent a car for me, a new axel was installed. Now there is a leak from that left axel. I am beside myself. And furthermore, the headlight cover on that side didn't match the other side, and that one needs replacing. Five long years of butting heads and still no resolution. Don't bring your damaged vehicle here unless you are prepared for a long and expensive aggravating ongoing insult to your intelligence and stress beyond any telling of it. Oh, and I forgot to mention, a brake rotor on that side was mounted inside out. Excuse me?

Excellent craftsmanship received to repair our 4WD 1998 Chevy Astro Van. (The front end was seriously damaged.) Their price was reasonable (we paid cash for this project), the staff very pleasant, and helpful. When followup was needed after inspection (replace a light bulb), immediately replaced it without any argument. These folks treat their customers well. Recommend them!
