Summary: Excellent service - highly recommended! The Murphy team took the time to do a thorough inspection of my 2003 minivan. My service advisor Eric (along with input from the technician David P) provided me with a detailed explanation of the inspection results and gave honest recommendations on the feasibility of repairing all of the issues they found vs retiring the vehicle.

The inspection process took approximately 2 hours to complete. I was sent a text link to the test results that showed what areas were inspected along with corresponding pictures. Results are broken down into 3 sections. Needs Immediate Attention, Needs future Attention, and Good. Some of the actions items were summaries and would require additional testing for a complete diagnosis.

These items were not a priority for me compared to the other issues that were found so I did not pursue those. Overall, I would highly recommend the service especially if you are doing a pre-purchase inspection or are concerned about the overall health of your vehicle.

I brought my vehicle in to Murphys 4 months ago and was told I had $7,000 worth of issues to various items - suspension, radiator, electrical stuff, etc. I chose to have them do EVERYTHING. A week ago, I also had the oil changed there. This week, my tire CAME OFF WHILE IT WAS BEING DRIVEN. I had it towed to them and they billed me $2700 to repair a ball valve (and the resulting damage) that I guess they didn't think was important enough to repair in my previous visits.

Now my driver side door won't open and I will need to get the fender repaired by a body shop. Thanks for your help, Murphys. I would look at other options that will perhaps charge less or at least standby their "thorough diagnostic".

Murphy's was timely on the repairs of my vehicle. Unlike dealerships, franchise service stations, and discount repair shops, Murphy's Autocare took the time to investigate the issues with my car. They were up-front on the typical issues of the manufacturer. They were willing to communicate with me multiple times through the day, each day that they had my car. This is the second time that I have been there for significant repairs.and each time they fix the problem, unlike other service stations!

Over the top service paired with absolute honesty! They give your vehicle a full once-over and text you a summary with simple green, yellow and red indicators of current and future needs. Plus you'll get a rock solid estimate in advance! Highly recommend!

There is not enough room for a classic car owner to write all the details about my experience with Murphy's-and you wouldn't read them all. So, I will make a list. 1. Took care to protect my classic car's exterior finish during repairs. Kept it inside from the weather. 2. Listened to my concerns and observations of the car's issues. 3. Found many more issues but let me choose the most necessary to repair. 4. Did not advise me to make one of the major repairs that I thought was needed. Wow! 5.

This is the 4th water pump. Granted, only have the car back a few days, but all prior repairs leaked. Murphy's actually found the reason-a plate was severely pitted and perforated. They did not just put sealer on it and stick it back in place. They replaced it! I expect success. 6. The unexpected carburetor rebuild made an absolutely astonishing difference in the car's performance and drive. 7. Murphy's is connected in the community that permitted a fantastic carb rebuild for a 47 year old vehicle.

Finding someone that actually knows this ancient technology is amazing. Better, Murphy's knew when to outsource rather than attempt a repair beyond their usual wheelhouse or use inferior aftermarket replacements. 8. Communication was almost every other day, even when waiting on parts. 9. Summary: Competent, cautious, courteous, collaborative, communicating, yet humble. 10. Highly Recommend.

The guys at this Murphy's have been great and consistently do good work. I've taken my car there for the past few years and they have always been professional, honest and communicative, and willing to work with you if you have issues. As a solo-car owner, it is a real burden if my car is in for repairs for more than a few hours. If they have a loaner car available, they make it available for customer use which has enabled me to keep getting to work while awaiting car repairs. They are fair and upfront about pricing, which I appreciate, and they offer a military discount. Really glad to have such a good auto shop in Beavercreek.

Murphy's Autocare was the best on all respective. They deserve ten stars not only five. They are SMART auto care with very thorough diagnostic inspection and root cause finding. In my experience, Murphy's Autocare has fixed my car vibration issue with very simple forced tire balancing where other three different brand tire shops that I went to, were not able to fix it. I defiantly recommend them for any auto care.

I was very pleased with my experience. Eric, a service advisor there, was very courteous and transparent with the info regarding my vehicles issues. They got the repairs done fast and even made sure I had a vehicle to drive while they made the repairs. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest. reliable service facility. I will be returning to have additional issue taken care of.

My wife went to the shop with my vehicle keys and asked if they could take care of the needed winter maintenance. Murphy's went to my house and picked up the truck, brought it to the shop, did their full assessment with photos, and sent me the report. As I had anticipated, this was going to be more than just a normal oil change since the truck had rolled over 50,000 mi.

I called them after reading the report, authorized all the work, and they simply took care of it - everything. When the work was done, they dropped the truck back in my driveway, brought the keys back to the shop, and let me know when it was all complete. My wife went back to the shop to pay the bill and pick up the keys. Ladies and Gentlemen - THIS is what good, old-fashioned customer service looks like!
