My car was shaking while driving pretty badly. I took it to Discount Tire and asked them to look at my wheels and tires. They rotated them and said all else was fine and gave me back my car. My car ended up shaking worse! So I took my car to Muffler Man to look into the shaking, fix my muffler Crack and an alignment. Muffler man identified that my tires were worn and one had cupping.
I bought new, affordable but nice tires from them, got the other items fixed and now my 2011 LaCrosse drives like a new car! They were nice, respectful and affordable! I highly recommend.

The flex pipe on my truck rusted out. I took my truck to belle tire in Troy and was quoted $1100. Knowing that price was way too high I first called muffler man in Troy and was quoted $300. Then I called this muffler man in Orion next and was quoted $175 and they completed the job for the same price. I appreciate their honesty in pricing repairs and I appreciate the work they did in fixing it. I will be recommending them to anyone with any exhaust issues.

The only reason it wasn't 5 star is because of time. Our precious time! Our wait was double what we expected from what we were told. But Brenda and Matt were super professional. They let me know what work needed to be done but also let me decide what work I could afford to pay for. I will definitely be a return customer!

Had some work done on my car. One of the things needed to be done was an alignment. Did an alright job. A little sloppy. But one of the big things I was not impressed with was how they left my car. After they had given me my car back when the repairs were done, I noticed the interior was greasy and there were some oil spots on my beige/white leather. Very unprofessional. Had the audacity to leave my interior a mess. Otherwise the work they did was fine.

Thank you to great staff! You helped us thru an emergency teenage disaster very quickly and with fair pricing. We appreciate you making time for our daughters vehicle. It's frustrating when you have issues with a vehicle and as a women feel like you are not being treated fairly or respectfully. Diesel Work Too. I am surprised at the wide array of services MM of LO can provide. They have a performance diesel mechanic on duty and the rates are far lower than most diesel shops and the mechanic previously worked for one of those big name famous shops. If you have a Classic Car, Tim is the best! People trailer them in just to have him custom bend their exhaust! I stop just to get pop corn some days!
