This is easily the best garage in Santa Fe! I recently brought my Mercedes here and Eric was an amazing mechanic! Not only did he provide outstanding service for my car, but he also provided extraordinary customer service. He is a true professional and I will definitely be bringing my car back to him. Shout out to Eric at Mozart as he has provided excellent service for ML350 and has also been very helpful with guidance on a few issues before we had them addressed. He may not have a fancy waiting room yet I'd rather save 100's if not more over the life of owning our car with close to 140K miles. If your car is under warranty take it to dealer if not take it to Mozart's.

Eric is a great, honest, hard working and knowledgable mechanic running a lean business. He has worked on my car a few times now and deserves credit for his great work. He has also helped me correctly diagnose problems over the phone for free, saving me lots of time and money. If he is too busy or doesn't have the means to do a job your car needs he will tell you - again saving you time and money. Highly recommend!

Eric was very knowledgeable and precise on explaining what parts would work best in repairing our car. He was thorough and quick with getting my BMW (2009 BMW 328I Xdrive) fixed. I've have not really found a mechanic that was this professional. I would recommend Mozart's Garage to anyone with car issues and will contacted him every time we need a service or repair done to out BMW.

We called Eric when the battery in our 2009 Tiguan died during the first hour of our vacation in Santa Fe! It was an hour before closing on a Friday and he took us right in, had the weird battery size for the Tig, and fixed us right up! A kind soul indeed!

We took our 2002 Audi TT to Eric to do an overall check and complete maintenance and any needed repairs. He was very thorough and honest about what the car needed. We trust his judgement and are very satisfied with all the work he did. He finished in the time he promised and completed the work for the estimated amount. We would recommend Mozart's Garage for any imported cars.

Eric Romero, the new owner of Mozart's Garage, is an excellent mechanic, so please note that the negative reviews posted previously were written about the former owner. To date, I've taken my Volvo C30 to Eric twice and have been extremely pleased with his work both times. He is meticulous, honest, reliable, will answer your questions and concerns with patience and thoroughness, and clearly loves what he does.

His prices are fair and reasonable. After experiencing the service and expertise that Eric delivers, I will never take my Volvo to the dealer again. If you care about your car and your pocketbook, and want to have a stress-free auto repair experience, go see Eric!

If you're looking for an affordable mechanic you can trust, look no further. Mozart's Garage is my go-to now. I used to take my car to a local Honda dealership, but hated that I was being charged hundreds and hundreds for basic stuff. Mozart's is affordably priced and provides excellent service, both during and after they perform their service. Eric, the owner, is open and honest about the necessary work and is never pushing hard just for a sale. I feel very cared for and considered every time I visit - I highly recommend!

I have an old Mercedes that has been repaired by an array of both independent and dealer mechanics in 4 states over the past 16 years. By far, Eric, the owner of Mozart, provided the best diagnostic, repair, and customer service I have ever had. Simply knows his stuff, and is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend him. This is a review for 2 seperate visits, one in April and August. Found out about them from a review of the old owners on Roadhaus. The new ownership is wonderful. The owner Eric and mechanic Daniel are both very helpful and knowledgeable. April Had to get a quick fix for my old VW rabbit diesel while traveling from AZ to oklahoma so stopped in Santa Fe as Mozarts Garage was able to see my car with only 1 day notice.

I came when they were busy working on another car but they switched over to help me real quick so I could get back on the road. I just needed a governor bolt adjustment but they helped me out alot more than that to fix my throttle cable response and made the rest of my trip feel like a new ride. Ive been learning to work on my car and they were welcome to show me what they had done and teach me how different things work.

They matched what I had asked for the work $ and I was on my way. August I needed new shocks and struts for my same car and trusted Mozarts enough to want to drive from AZ to Santa Fe to have them do the work. Again a pleasant experience. Showing me how components work and interact in the suspension. Got a call a couple hours after dropping off that I could come pick it up. The price for the work was pretty affordable and again what I had wanted it to be so they seem to be on the same page as the customer. Overall great shop!

Should have checked reviews. I gave this place a call to check the price for installing a boost gauge after getting told yes i came by they told me i needed some extra parts. I went to buy them came back the next morning all to be told he doesnt want to get involved to a simple boost gauge. Waste of time. New owner coming in a month hopefully they can turn it around.

The nice thing that I know and the folks at the garage folks don't know is that I have sent some of my friends in Santa Fe to their garage, and they are just as happy as I was. Unfortunately, my friends are technically challenged so they will not write a review, but both ladies said they were impressed with the manner their were treated. "They don't talk down to you, " Peggy said. This is one great garage!

I came to Santa Fe from NYC with my 1972 Mercedes. I was a bit worried about having my car serviced here. Upon arrival, I noticed a loss of power in the car. Initially I thought it was because of the altitude; I looked for a MB service shop and had the pleasure of meeting Steve and Julie - the owners. My car was initially tuned, but still lacked the extra power. Steve was able to diagnose a small leak in the vacuum booster which was causing the power loss.

This was something that the MB techs in NYC, as well as my local mechanic in NYC could not find. He was able to locate a new vacuum booster for me and the car ran fine. All during the time the car was there, it was kept in storage - not outside. The price was very reasonable for all the work that was done. Steve has had extensive experience with the classic Mercedes and is definitely the go to guy when it comes to having your car fixed.

The shop floor is immaculate - which is an indication of how the service is done. I recommend Steve and Julie totally. They are good honest people who know their work. This was a difficult diagnostic and I am very happy.

This kinda seems to be a pattern. If there was anyway to give this place zero stars I would. The owner was unbelievably unprofessional and more than willing to take advantage. He did not contact us with any updates regarding the vehicle and was very snappy when we made contact. And yet 5 thousand dollars and 3+ weeks later the car is still leaking coolant (which was the issue to begin with) and now it's another issue. I will not take any vehicle I ever own to this garage. And I strongly recommend that you don't either.

I'd give it zero stars, but that's not possible. The owner was exceptionally rude and condescending. Just because I am a woman does not mean that I don't know anything about cars. It is fine if you don't want the work, but there is no need to be rude. Stay away!

Sorry, it was a 230E. I find it insulting that the owner claims this did not happen. It proves yet again what a terrible business person he is.
