The customer service experience was impeccable, all businesses should be this way. They took such GREAT care of me. I never had to worry about a thing, and my car was repaired and back to me in a timely manner. If you ever need car repairs, this is your place-hands down. I will never go anywhere else now. I took my 2012 CL63 to Motorwerks for a tune and some scheduled maintenance and I could not be more impressed! These guys were professional, were in contact with me every step of the way and all of my questions were answered. Their overall knowledge and attention to detail of vehicles is second to none! Hats off to Rusty for his hard work and dedication to getting the job done in more than a timely manner. I would recommend Motorwerks for all of your automotive and performance needs. Hands down best shop in Michigan.

Came in to swap summer tires for winter, a few days later noticed loss of pressure in one tire. Came back to the shop and they managed to find a possible factory defect. Took some extra work to seal it, no charge. I don't think an average tire shop would have found the underlying issue. Great work.

Motorwerks is the best! Rusty and Matt are God sends they're beyond professional, personable and knowledgeable about any kind of vehicle! Prior from bringing my BMW to this shop, I called about 3 other shops along with the dealership. This shop was the only shop who will actually explain to you everything about the possible issues, pricing estimates, and future work that will need to be done without just saying "won't know until it's here". By far the best experience and worth every dollar.

Everyone there has a great customer service personality and will notify you every step of the way while your vehicle is there on the news (good or bad). My situation: I have a 2014 535i BMW (came from Cali). I was aware that my valve cover gasket was done. They gave me an instant quote but I understand an inspection was still required. The urgency of bringing my car in was my TPS and parking sensors malfunctioned along with the reverse lamp at the same time.

Where I live, we as a neighborhood are having an extreme rat problem. They were able to find the issue within a day, fixed it, and get my car is great condition. Compared to California costs, I would have to say because of the type of work they do, they are worth it. You pay for what you get.

No one better in the buisness for your high end cars! I had issues the Benz dealer couldn't fix and Motorwerks crew had me handled and fixed in days! (Benz dealer is reinbursing me for the work they did) Highly reccomend for performance and service needs.

I live a little over an hour away and, from now on, will refuse to go anywhere else. I went in a few months ago, for a CEL, and was instantly impressed: the building is clean inside and out, there are always beautiful cars on display, and a phenomenal staff is waiting to make your dreams and hard work into a reality. Ask for Matt! I wanted to modify my "executive luxury sedan" into an "executive luxury sedan with a little bit of power" and he made it all happen.

Towards the end of my most recent visit, I unknowingly stumbled into a conversation with a gentleman named Satish, the President of Motorwerks Group. I could not find a way to explain to him how I felt about the staff, until Satish stated, "They are enthusiasts first." That statement perfectly reflects all of my appointments and phone calls I have with Motorwerks and its staff.

The individuals I have encountered throughout my journey Are Enthusiast. Matt and Rusty showed me that they care about my car; as well as, what I want to accomplish. I trust Motorwerks of Commerce and you should too.

I have used MotorWerks for a Number of years and the service has always been outstanding. Several weeks ago I had an unplanned repair right after having a Knee replacement. Matt and Rusty went above and beyond with getting the car fixed but also dropping it off as I was not in a position to drive. Thank you for being the best.

I've had two great experiences within the last 2 months with Motorwerks. First, I had purchased new rims for a travel van, and Matt was very helpful in figuring out the best way to coordinate remounting the tires. The wheels look great and are very well balanced! I worked with Rusty at Motorwerks to have a dented fender repaired as well with a difficult paint color to match.

I just received the vehicle back, and the repaired area looks amazing! The paint is perfectly blended with no trace of a repair. In addition, the car was returned perfectly clean outside AND inside. I really appreciated working with both Matt and Rusty and would not hesitate to use Motorwerks for any future automotive service or repair needs!

These guys are absolute pros! I've known Satish the better part of two decades, around common cars (500E, C126, AMG, etc), and over the years have used him to maintain my cars, alternating between Motorwerks and dealerships. Lately I'm inclined to use his shop for everything, because they truly are a one stop shop that you just don't have to worry about.

I like older "specialty" cars that dealer techs anymore don't know about or care to know about. Maintenance, Tuning, Paint, Wheels, electronics, you name it. Satish has an encyclopedic knowledge of (and passion for) MB, BMW, Audi and Porsche vehicles and a commitment to excellence that permeates the entire shop. I continue to recommend them without reservation. He's a true auto enthusiast in every since of the word, and has built a shop that consistently performs to that premise - the auto enthusiast's independent mechanic. maw

This is the first time I used Motorwerks. They did an equipment install that was fairly complex. Satish and his team were very helpful, knowledgeable and answered my questions in detail. They are very passionate about their work and respectful to their customers. I would use them again and highly recommend them for any work on your prized vehicle.

The team at motorwerks did a fantastic job on my f10 m5 project. i needed several things done - coilover, exhaust and carbon fiber lip + spoiler install as well as a tune-up/oil change - and had to have it exactly the way i wanted it. we worked through a couple hurdles along the way and it turned out to my spec. I'll be back soon for more work.

If you have a foreign vehicle and need repair, these guys are top notch. Our 19 year old son needed a transmission for his BMW 328i. These folks took great care of him, and went above and beyond to help him out. They absolutely earned our future business. We had a tour of the shop, and it's amazing. They do body work, restorations, and repair, . and with all of these types of work, the shop is clean and bright and a pleasure to see.

The guys are very professional, honest, and a pleasure to talk to. Talking with them, you know that your vehicle is in good hands. Give them a call if you need work on your car. You won't be sorry.

Unprecedented customer service and quality of work! Motorwerks is the shop that you've been dreaming of, but had no idea it actually existed. i've had the pleasure of working with Rusty. Great guy! Same can be said about the rest of the folks working there. The customer service is superb. You and your car will be taken care of extremely well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Especially if you want your car to be in good hands!

This was the first time I have used Motorwerks services after driving by it a hundred times. Picked up a 2021 Supra and had multiple items to be done and di not know of anyone around here who could do it all in 1 shop, well MW was the place to go. They perfectly installed a CF rear wing, front lip, lowering springs/alignment and mounted new wheels/tires.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Matt was super helpful and always answered my 1000 questions. He is professional, very responsive, always kept me up to date on the progress and got me in real quick and turned around the car in 3 days. I could not be more please. The car look fantastic and I love it even more now. The installers (Dan and others) just went beyond what I was expecting, the installation was performed to perfection of all the parts.

It was worth every penny for peace of mind to have it at a shop that was qualified to mount the parts and I did not have to worry about the car. I knew it was in good hands. I would recommend MW to anyone around the SE MI area to give them a shout for anything they need, you will be well taken care of.

5 stars! Highly recommend motorwerks! Rusty has been been great when taking care of my car. He would treat it as if it was his own! His communication skills were also phenomenal! He would call with an update. almost everyday and let us know exactly what's going on. I never felt uncomfortable with my car being there. There were a couple of things I had noticed when picking up my car and without hesitation he apologized and he asked if he could hold onto the car for a bit longer in order to take care of all the issues.

At the end, he personally went and inspected everything A-Z on the car. And he himself told me at the end that he noticed a very very minute scratch(that I may not have even noticed if not paying close attention and i doubt you can even see it in photos) on my bumper that was caused by them. Due to that, he offered me to bring my car in anytime in 2019 and he will repaint the bumper for me. Which really showed his honesty! This place has really won me over && I plan to take all my work to them!

This is a great place to have your car loved! Satish Tammala helped me with my SL500 years ago. I remember when he first open!
