Moore's Repair

First time repair and they were able to get us on the schedule in a timely manner. Very pleased.

I have been here twice in the last month. 2005 Toyota Highlander, valve cover gaskets and timing belt. Both services were performed quickly and reasonable prices. I will return when automotive repairs needed.

We were travelling through Indiana on our way back to Colorado and the brand new fuel pump my Father had installed on our Suburban went out. The Indiana State Police directed us to Moore's Repair in nearby Greenfield. After trying to fix the problem himself for 6 hours, my 74 year old Dad, who insists on doing everything himself, agreed to have the Suburban towed to Moore's just after sunset.

We left the truck there over night and called them in the morning. The Manager, although busy with a full lot, took the time to deal with my less than cordial Father (who can be irritable and testy. especially around auto repairs). They bumped us to the front of the line since we were stranded out of towners - staying at a nearby hotel - and had us back on the road by 1pm the next day.

We KNOW this is not something that Moore's regularly has to deal with, but WE THANK YOU IMMENSELY for taking care of us and changing up your day to accommodate us! You went above and beyond! You were not just helping a grumpy old man, but a grandfather, grandmother, Father, Mother and 3 grandkids (7 people). THANK YOU AGAIN.

We take my granddaughters car here for all the cars repair needs. They are nice honest people. They always do a good job. Prices are good.

We were on our way to Kansas from Maryland, when our car broke down. It was after hours so the tow truck driver dropped it off. We called Moores the next morning (8AM) and explained the problems. They diagnosed and fixed the problem by 9AM! We needed a new alternator. Since we were car-less they picked us up at our hotel! We were back on the road by 9:45AM! We made it to Kansas without any further problems. Moores service was fast, friendly, and very reasonably priced. Definitely Hoosier hospitality!

We had car trouble on a road trip. Moore's couldn't fit us in quickly, but Matt was very helpful. He ran the codes and made some calls and recommendations of where to take the car. Very helpful and friendly.

We went to Moore's off of recommendations of other, we called and received a quote of how much time and when to drop the vehicle off. We took time off work to do so and dropped the vehicle off. The next day they called us and said "yeah our mechanic decided he doesn't want to do it anymore" and you need to come pick up vehicle. Completely unprofessional, we still don't know if it's the lack of knowledge for the job or complete non desire to do the job but wasted our time. I do not recommend Moore's.

They did excellent job on fixing my car. They were pack with other car's & trucks were ahead of me. But they did l as I it runs almost like new car when I pick it up. Thank you Moore's Repair & it's staff.

These guys are fantastic. Went for an oil change and diagnostic on my very old car. There are many many things going wrong with it because it has over 250,000 miles on it. They had compiled a list of issues for me in order of importance too-which means the world to me so I know where to start. No way I can get it all fixed at once and they understood that and took it into consideration for me.

They even tried explaining it all to me and how each thing effected what problem and how I needed to fix each. Wonderful people. Great prices. Just best mechanic shop I've ever even heard of. Above and beyond any expectations of mechanical service!

We had a daughter's car in " the shop" 3 times and every time we got it back within days it had the same issues. My husband did a little online research and we took it to Moore's. We fully expected to be told either they couldn't find the problem or the car wasn't worth fixing. They did have the car longer than the last 3 places, but they were very meticulous and found 3 problems.

They fixed the car and we couldn't be happier. They take the time to really look at the vehicle, let you know what is wrong and how much it will cost to fix the problems. They are also reasonably priced.

I've lived here since 1984 and been a customer for 30 years. They are utterly honest and more than competent. They've fixed small things for me several times for free. Moore's also works well with the community. I don't even ask them how much anymore.

They're awesome. I took my car in to get my back brakes replaced (had the front done a couple months before). I had actually authorized them to go ahead and redo the brakes...they took everything apart, saw that the brakes were fine, put everything back together as is, and did not charge me a dime. They also only charged me about $10 to replace a rusted bolt in the exhaust. I won't go to anyone else now.
