First class operation, from top to bottom. In a day and age that customer service is an afterthought or not available cuz of the workforce, Monicatti Auto Sales does it all. Found us a great car two years ago! I can't leave another review so some news! These guys! WOW let me tell you! Our Cadillac was at a local Cadillac dealer from October 27th, 2021 waiting for a rear differential and once Mike and Ryan opened their brand new state of the art service center I asked out of curiosity if they would have any luck finding the rear diff.
So two weeks ago their service guy Jake said we found one and get your car over here and Thursday we picked it up. (two weeks start to finish). They even replaced the radio screen (warranty thankfully) and did a few other things including cleaning it up after 6 and a half months of dirt was on it. You guys are awesome and I highly recommend Monicatti Automotive Sales and Service

I went in for a oil change and tire rotation and not only did they do that, they fixed the noise I had for months due to a missing bolt for free, washed my car, washed the floor mats and vacuumed it. That's the kind of great service you get there! Plus free coffee, pop, or water. Very kind people! I highly recommend Monicatti Auto Sales to everyone! You won't be sorry! Happy customer Anne Drew!

Took my 2003 Ford Excursion in here for alignment, and was trying to find a place with professionalism and patience. I needed someone with the right Equipment. My truck has a 6 inch lifte on 35s. Buying a car is a big purchase, it is very stressful, and tedious. At Monicatti Auto sales the process couldn't have been more smooth and stress free. The staff was absolutely amazing, and so very helpful. Please don't get me started on their new service center. The team over there is so wonderful and friendly. Communication is key and they kept me updated every step of the way. We loved the complimentary car wash and vacuum. I will recommend this dealership/service center from here on out.

Just bought a classic car online from Monicatti. I live out of state and they made the process very easy. I dealt with Mike (the owner) and James. Mike provided me with video of the car when I requested and was very quick to respond when questions came up. They made the process very easy, and were very helpful. Straightforward, honest guys. Great to deal with, rare to find these days.
A small issue came up with the third party delivery service and after a quick phone call to James, he had it resolved in minutes. The car arrived sooner than I expected and I'm happy to say the car looks great, exactly as described.

Monicatti Auto Sales and James Meek provided a stellar buyer experience! Being that this was my first-time car purchase over the Internet, I was very cautious every step of the way. I had been searching for a Mercedes-Benz CL-550 4Matic for six months. It seemed like every dealership I looked at had horrible customer reviews. They ranged from unscrupulous sales tactics and exorbitant dealer fees tacked on after an agreed-upon price and more. Bait and switch advertising for cars sold already and remained on their site to lure potential buyers into contacting them.
After contacting them, I received an email reply from James Meek, Asst Manager. We exchanged emails where I asked many detailed questions, and James was transparent across the board with every email and phone call. He picked up the phone every time I called and replied to all emails within minutes. Their facilities are beautiful, adding more buildings.
The grounds are kept impeccable-all the signs of a thriving business nearly 100 years old, which tells you volumes about their integrity, loyalty, and honesty to their customers. There were no dealership fees above the advertised sales price, and James laid out all the costs in writing. We did a Zoom meeting where James went into great detail as if I were there in person showing the interior, exterior, under the hood, and working every control on the dashboard and console.
I have never received such stellar service from any dealer as I had with Monicatti Auto Sales. They earned my total trust, and I decided to proceed with the purchase. It went smooth, we closed the sale in one day, and the car was delivered from Michigan to New Jersey the next day. The car was even in better condition than I thought or saw in photos and live Zoom meeting, it was in impeccable mint condition, and the price was fair and exceeded expectations. James's price estimated for shipping was $150 higher than he quoted at the beginning of our conversations, and the dealership held their original quoted price, which was terrific and unexpected.
Service after the sale has remained consistent before the deal too. He discovered the car had a second key and tracked down the original owner to have it sent to me. I highly recommend Monicatti Auto Sales and James Meek for anyone looking to buy a car, especially auto buyers looking to buy a car online. I will surely recommend them to friends and family too.

I purchased a 2010 GMC Sierra LTZ from the Monicatti team and I love it! I had a great experience working with them. They were professional and willing to work with me. The sales rep James was very attentive, honest and helped any way he could. Even when an issue unforeseen issue with the truck came up after the purchase. They went out of their way to make sure it was resolved. I fully recommend them and would buy from them again.
