We offer the kind of service, dedication and experience you expect from a major auto center. The company has been in West Hartford Center for more than 40 years. The manager, Brian Caires is an ASE certified technician with more than 10 years experience as a technician and is now a Service Writer and manager. The owner Brian Hajdasz has been the owner since 2018 and has been in the industry for more than 30 years.

We are a full-service auto repair and tire center, located in the heart of Blue Back Square in West Hartford. OBD stands for "on-board diagnostics, " a computer-based system built into all model year (MY) 1996 and newer light-duty cars and trucks. OBD monitors the performance of some of the engines' major components, including individual emission controls. The system provides owners with an early warning of malfunctions by way of a dashboard "Check Engine" light (also known as a Malfunction Indicator Light or MIL, for short).

Brian, Brian and Scott are the best. Always great service. Alex helped me today. I only need air in my tires and windshield fluid. I'm older and they all help when they can. I had my car serviced today. I was very surprised how friendly and knowledgeable the person was who took my intake info when I brought my care in this A.M. 1-24-22. When it was completed they took care of all my concerns and explained the problems with the vehicle. I would certainly recommend them. They are very professional and would recommend them to my friends at work and family members.

Very helpful people. My car had a malfunction and was parked in a garage across the street. The person at the front desk was very helpful and despite being slammed with work, , took the time to come out himself to check on the car and get it going. Universe need more helpful people like him. Thank you again!

The mechanics and front house staff here are excellent! My van was repaired in a timely manner at a VERY reasonable cost, and they gave me tips on how to maintain and look after my vehicle to help with it's longevity. I would absolutely recommend this location and facility to anyone who needs work done or an inspection done for your automotive needs.

Fantastic first experience at Modern Tire WH with Brian and team. Brian was incredibly courteous and professional both over the phone and in-person, and took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and why. Prices were fair, and I was beyond impressed with their turnaround time. Will definitely be coming back for all future automotive needs!
