Broke down next to Model Garage last Saturday. Slept in our car there at the gas station next door with my kids on Sunday, as there is no hotel there and the shop is closed on Sundays. It was freezing and my truck had no power at all. Woke up at 6 on Monday morning and went to a local coffee shop to get warm and wait until the mechanic shop opened up.
Once opened they got me on the schedule for the day, which I was grateful for but it cost me a hot bill, even though I provided my own alternator. Super long and expensive and not fun "day" adventure. They fixed it and it got us home back to Sumner but it's now making new noises. I think it probably would have been smarter and cheaper to have it towed back home. Oh well.

My first time using this garage. I went to them because another garage was going to charge $100 for a brake inspection. Model said they'd do it for free. My brakes were rubbing really bad and loud. Got my truck in the next morning. They inspected the brakes, adjusted them so they didn't squeak, and told me how much I had left. All at no charge! I will definitely use them as my go-to while I am living in the area.
