Services
Automobile collision repair is our business. We specialize in repairing vehicles that have been damaged as the result of being in an accident, or have hail or storm damage. We fix vehicles that have been in every situation, from minor fender-benders to major accidents. Mitchell's can handle all facets of your repair needs from general body work and refinishing to major structural repairs. During the repair process, we handle all mechanical repairs and suspension alignment issues related to the collision.
I had an accident in Knoxville with my new Toyota van, but was able to drive it back home to Milan. I asked the Toyota dealer in Jackson where I should get it repaired, and they highly recommended Mitchell's Body Shop. I can totally understand why. Everyone at Mitchell's was so kind to me, and very professional.

I was involved in an accident (not at fault, Farm Bureau paid my claim relatively easily [I have State Farm]) that left my entire driver's side ruined in addition to passenger side tires/rims. Mitchell's was able to take my car in nearly immediately and called me within 24 hours with the initial update on timeline. They went above and beyond with their continued communication over the 2 months of part ordering/repair/painting/etc.
It was completed nearly on time with their initial estimate (but they communicated the 1 week delay well in advance). The repair work itself is incredible. I never would have known it was in an accident down to the smallest details. Mrs. Teresa was a star and the entire process was seamless. Give these folks your business if you're in the unfortunate position to need them!

When I wrecked my car I was devastated. Mitchell's Body Shop fixed everything and even took it to the Lexus dealer to have it calibrated. My car looks like new again. Hit a deer on the way to work that did some serious damage to my vehicle. Took my vehicle to Mitchell's Body Shop and they lived up to their reputation by doing an awesome job. Carried my truck in for repairs from storm damage. Was told 3-4 weeks from the start of the repairs. They kept me informed of the progress and any complications. Had to submit another claim with the insurance company about halfway through the repairs which added about another week. Very pleased with the repairs and the way they kept me informed. Will definitely use them again for any future body repairs. I'm not sure that the paint job is not better than it was the day it was originally painted.

Mitchell's did a restoration paint and body work job on my 1996 Ford Bronco. I am beyond pleased with the results. The Bronco shines like it did the day I drove it off the lot. I understand it takes awhile for parts to come in. That is not the complaint. The lack of communication is not acceptable. I was "transferred" to someone who could help me, however that person never picked up the phone. This happened multiple times. They had to send my vehicle to Toyota to be fixed. Toyota gets done with it and calls me to come pick it up. Mitchell's said they were going to pick it up that day and check it and it would be ready. They did not go pick it up for another two days! Very poor communication by this place.

Had to get a makeover on my whole driver side after a wreck. The work done was fantastic so it deserves 5 stars. They washed it and removed scuffs off the bed that I hadn't been able to get off. It took a few weeks longer than I expected but it was during Christmas/New Year so they were closed for a while which is understandable but I wish I'd have known that.
There was a hold on my truck at the end because of a mix-up where my insurance didn't send the full amount and that was very frustrating because if I'd known, I could have gotten that taken care of and my truck back sooner. Very professional and friendly all around. Just wish they'd give the owner a heads up if there's an issue with insurance so we can try to help settle it sooner.
