I have been to a lot of tire & wheel shops. This place was by far the most respectful shop. They have excellent customer service. Damion was the guy helping me and done a great job. While I was there I talked with the owner. He treated you as a normal person compared to other owners who normally put their noses up. I drove 1.5 hrs for this place to get new tires on my truck. This is the first tire shop that hasn't scratched my wheels.

Repeat customer here. 1st Chance takes pride in their work. From lift kits to wheels and tires, I do not have one complaint over the 6 years I've been doing business with them. This last visit, I had to take my old wheels and tires back with me. I could tell the tires had been cleaned and then put into plastic bags prior to loading them into the Jeep. What other shops would provide that kind of care in Middle TN?

I came in to get an alignment yet my vehicle was "ready for pick up" without the actual alignment. Instead, they notified me saying that my rack and pinion were leaking yet it was in perfect condition before. They have scammed me and damaged my vehicle. DO NOT COME HERE. Edited: I just found out that the workers also did not tighten the tidrods after telling him MULTIPLE TIMES. I wish I could give a 0/5 stars

When my local shop closed I decided to give these gentleman a chance. Came highly recommended by a competitor. All I can say is very awesome place. Brought in two wheels to replace two broken wheels and needed new tires and an alignment. Very quality service and kept me updated. Highly recommend! Great job Chris and staff! Chris & Damian went over the top to look at both of our cars on the same day! Both cars were able to be diagnosed and repaired, one free! The other they diagnosed and aligned perfectly! I was a mechanic and service manager for decades in a previous life and so I know how good they took care of me. How they do it for the low price they charged I did not ask! Thank you!

1st Chance has been one of the easiest auto shops I have ever dealt with. I do not have very flexible hours at work, and their implementation of an afterhours drop box is perfect. I was able to drop my vehicle off after hours, select the services I wanted, pay the bill, and have it ready for pick up within hours of them opening the next day with out ever being interrupted at work with a phone call.

This was my first time doing business with 1st Chance. I had heard good things from people I know though. I bought a new truck and wanted the factory exhaust upgraded. I called SEVERAL places for pricing to remove my dual resonators and Mufflers to replace with Flo-Masters Single Chamber versions. Nobody came close to their value. Not only that, but their exhaust expert dropped what he was doing and walked to my truck to give me his input.

I had planned on keeping my factory tips since they're molded into the bumper, but he showed me a few more options and I fell in love with the Black Chrome rolled edge tips. The tips were very reasonable as well! I was texted when he started on my vehicle and it was done faster than I expected and was kept spotless just like I dropped it off. I LOVED the ride home.

I will be bringing all of my future business to 1st Chance. Now I know why I've had people recommend them! I would give 6 Stars if I could! Side Note: For people worried about Covid, they are prepared. They have new tires set up for distancing.
