I purchased a brand new car from Mike Duman Auto a couple years ago. I revisit them periodically for routine maintenance. Andrew, in the Service Department, is great! He is polite, professional, and helpful at explaining everything you need to know about your visit. The ladies at the car drop off area are also very nice.

My family has been coming here for years, I remember coming here as a little girl to buy cars with my grandparents and parents. Safe to say, I trust them, and because I had NO idea how to buy a car myself, I went to a place that I trusted. I'm very happy with the service! Mervin our dealer explained everything very well and was able to accommodate our less-than-ideal situation.

We went in there completely understanding that we might not get the best deal because of credit, but we walked out of there with an amazing car within the range that we needed. He even phoned us this morning, telling us that he found us a better rate. It's amazing that they go above and beyond; we didn't even ask, but he did that for us. We had an excellent experience, enough said.

I would say that I had a 10 out of 10 experience buying a vehicle from Mike Duman Auto Sales. Being a first-time buyer, I was very hesitant because I had no idea what I was doing but Mervis Knight made sure I felt comfortable and he explained every detail clearly. Any questions I had, he explained in a way in which I would understand! Very patient! Very nice! Very Reliable! I purchased my second vehicle from them last week and my experience was just as good as the first time I walked in to buy my first car!

Went one night after work just to browse. Met Mr. Angelo Scott, and he was a tremendous help. He advised me on a few things and really gave me the best deal for the best car that I was looking for. Next thing I knew, about an hour after getting there, I was driving off in my new car. Incredible staff, and everything was top notch. I recently purchased a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage from here. I knew finding a good dealer was just as important if not more so than finding the right car. Here I found both. The high rating on google reviews is well deserved. Justin was amazing to work with and was very patient as well as responsive to phone and text communications. He kept things simple but fully explained and he even was able to even transfer insurance coverage right there at the dealership.

After final fees and taxes, the price of the vehicle I purchased was more than fair, as there were very few of that model I was looking for on the web that met my prospective price range. I actually financed through the dealership, which I thought I wouldn't end up doing, but they gave me an amazingly low fixed interest rate on a 60 month term, with no penalties for paying it off early.

They also enroll you in their rewards program which includes, free state inspection/check engine light diagnostic, other discounted in shop services, as well as discounts on local establishments. If I ever need a new car later, I will very likely have them first in mind.

A great place to buy a low milage used car that's in excellent condition! Mervis Knight is a great salesman that made our purchase easy and offered a fair deal for our trade. We will certainly recommend that family and friends check out Mike Duman Auto Sales for their next car.

I drove from North Carolina which is a 3 hours drive for a specific car that said was available online just to find out it was sold the next day when I got there. I even called beforehand to check before the drive to Virginia just to make sure. Wasted 3 hours of my life, I do not recommend this place or any word they say if you're looking for any kind of their service.

Bought a car from Mike Duman The check engine light came on and went back to get them to look at it they told me one of my spark plugs was not firing correctly it would cost me $790 to get it fixed I'm not a mechanic but I'm not crazy either went on YouTube and learn how to do it myself Cadillac CTS more work than I wanted it to be but it wasn't $790 worth of work That was the second car I bought from Mike Duman Auto Sales and the last one

Went into this dealership last week looking for a car for my daughter. Mervis Knight was our salesman and was great. He showed us the different styles of cars we were looking for and found the car and budget we were looking for. We picked up the car that afternoon. Everything about the process was smooth and everyone there was very helpful. I recommend this dealership and Mervis! I want to thank them again for making my teenage daughter happy helping me pick out the best car.

It took the team at Mike Duman 11 days to fix the AC in my car. The car is nice and cold now so if you are very patient and don't need your car for long periods of time you should definitely bring it to Mike Duman but if you like to get your car back in a timely manner I strongly suggest you go anywhere else.

Don't waste your time. These folks are crooks. I saw on the internet a BMW 2008 328i for $8k, and in the paper it was$6k I called a salesman Justin he said the car was being serviced but I can look at 2 days later. I went in and this salesman Nick assisted me as I looked at it, it looked ok from the outside. When I took it to a BMW repair shop and paid a fee to have it checked they found atleast $4k worth of things wrong.

It had a really bad oil leak, the starter was going, and they said the oil had been cleaned up to hide the problem. I'm so pissed. So I bring it back and tried negotiating the salesman Nick said they're not lowering it, they will fix the oil problem but I don't trust them if he said it was nothing wrong. I said ok no deal, he said have fun searching.

What an asshole. The customer service sucks, they're liars. Even the owner Duman himself had poor service. I'm considering calling the BBB on them. I mean I have cash and left displeased.

Scott McCormick was my first ever experience of an honest car salesman. Thanks for your help. We love our car. The reason for the 4 and not 5 starts is because we had to come back to fix a few things but the service was great!

I would give this dealer negative stars. Their slogan is if anyone can mike duman can. What a joke! We contacted them a few times by email after test driving a vehicle and making a reasonable cash offer but they wouldn't make the deal and worse, they didn't even bother to contact us or call us back-simply ignored us. Worst dealer we have ever visited. Thumbs down will never even consider going there in the future.

Stingy stingy General Mgr! Spencer was great to deal with but they let us leave over a measly $200 instead of making a sale and making us happy. Finally bought our vehicle. It was a long grueling process all the way to the end. Items not ready in time. I wasn't falling for the empty promise to fix the burn hole. The processing fee, while lower than some, is still wrong to ask your customer to pay your business expense which is also write off. Biting the hand that feeds them.

The practices that caused our 2009 recession are still in full force all over Hampton Roads. I mean predatory lending based on imaginary funds from the future they refer to as credit. Good luck people!

This review is for the Suffolk location. I took my '07 Suzuki XL7 in for service. The problem was brakes sticking. According to their service tech the sticking was caused by an 1/8 inch of rust on the outer edge of the rotor. The only reason I took it to them is I have an extended warranty and they are the closest dealer. They did no trouble shooting what so ever.

I took the truck home and checked it out myself. Bad rubber brake lines. They wanted to charge me $700+ for a brake job that would not have fixed the issue. I repaired it for $90. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SHOP. THE SERVICE MANAGER DIDN'T EVEN MAKE THEM TROUBLE SHOOT. BUYER BEWARE! THEY ARE OUT TO GET YOU WITHOUT ACTUALLY FIXING THE PROBLEM.
